I love Panera but I hate this particular location and won't ever return again. They close at 9pm and I walked in on a Monday around 8:40pm for a take out order. They did not seem pleased that someone would come in so close to closing. Someone was mopping the floor so it was slippery and I was overcome by the smell of cleaner. Against my better judgment, I stayed and I ordered take out. A soup and a Caesar salad. The food was fine but I was given Italian dressing instead of Caesar and it didn't taste right with what I ordered. Will not return to this particular location. read more

Needing somewhere to stop for lunch, Panera magically appeared in front of me. I was with 4 friends, and we all ate here. I had the tuna salad sandwich. It was really darn good! Although not the best ever, it still tasted great! I tried my friends chicken caesar salad. Nothing special, but still a pretty nice and decent. It was very clean, and I would defenitly come back. I would highly recommend this place. I am a tough rater, though, and only my favorite places ever get 5 stars. read more

The Pros: Lots of fun and cool stuff for breakfast, including the mediterranean egg white sandwich and egg white, turkey and basil breakfast bowl. Also bagels are the best. Seating atmosphere here is really nice with a nice patio away from traffic. The new advanced ordering via app is helpful. The Cons: The staff never seems relaxed but overwhelmed in every Panera I go to even when there are few customers. I think it's just the nature of their process which is so food prep rather than customer focused. Also the wifi is awful. I have yet to be in a Panera's anywhere with good wifi. Overall: A great place for breakfast. Lunch and dinner choices never interest me there, but others like them so I pass judgement. Atmosphere is very nice inside and out. Not much if your a vegetarian or vegan. Bread is good. Its pretty fast from order to eating. But they never clean the tables in this location. I have to say, when I go, you have to look for a clean table. In a place where you are expected to remove you plates when you leave, they should at least clean the table and seats. read more

It's funny to review a Panera. Its a chain and every one knows it. Like any other Panera the place was buzzing with customers. I ordered two sandwiches to go - I went back to the hotel where we were staying, and found both were prepared wrong (asked for certain ingredients to be excluded such as onions). That was not a big deal, just not done correctly. More importantly, they did not include chips even though I paid for. I called them and they said if I can come over they will give me a bag of chips - really. I will have to drive another 15-20 mins to get a bag of chips. Then they said they will send me voucher for a sandwich by mail, which should arrive in two weeks - two months later, I'm yet to receive it. The place was clean and everything what you would expect from Panera. Just that the service was poor hence only one star. read more

I love your food so much. I wish I could get it all the time. Your homemade juices are literally the bomb! However, recently 4 times I have ordered something from here, it hasn't been right. The first 3 times I ordered a Southwest Chicken Chile Lime Ranch Salad and you forgot the avocado on one, forgot chicken on the other, and gave me things I asked to not be added which were the dressing and cilantro. The 4th time I ordered the same salad but with a Corn Chowder as well. The manager on duty brought me what I thought was my order. I looked at it and it didn't look right to me so asked if it was the correct one, and he said yes, and walked off. I looked at it again and knew immediately nothing on the tray was right. I took the order back up to the counter and told him it wasn't right. He was convinced it was until the other workers told him that it was the wrong one. Usually love their food and service; however, today's encounter with a certain rude cashier left a bad taste in my mouth. "D" looked bored, acted like she was being inconvenienced by the CUSTOMERS and her snide attitude made me want to cancel my order and have my meal elsewhere. (And if i wasnt starving, i would have!) This is a great place to get catering for work. I've used them several times in the past with great reviews from co-workers, but they really outdid themselves today. We had a luncheon today for our recently hired employees. I found out that one of the attendees birthday was also today. I called Panera an hour before delivery to add-on a cupcake. The staff at the Moorestown Panera are awesome. For several consecutive days I tried to purchase a bacon spinach soufflé although there were other types they never seemed to have the one I wanted. When I recounted this to the store manager he asked me if I could wait 10 minutes for the next batch to come out of the oven, meanwhile I got a free coffee and when trying to pay for the soufflé I was told it was on the house. Oh man, I've never had such a bad experience with a restaurant that I felt the need to write a review but damn if this wasn't a bad one. I work at a business and we order from Panera pretty regularly and something else that's pretty regular: no drinks with our orders. Doesn't matter who delivers it, we never get them. The first handful of times we complained, the driver has come back in minutes with our drinks and apologized. This time, however, we were told that Panera no longer does deliveries for insurance reasons (?? no idea what that means) and that our order was processed with a third party (DoorDash). When we didn't receive our drinks - surprise! - we were told that we had to contact DoorDash, to which DoorDash told us that because it wasn't ordered through them, the merchant had to call for us. Did they do that? Nope. They also lied to us about who the manager was (Tarryn?) just because they didn't want to help. They kept saying they can't do anything and "sorry" but refused to call DoorDash to fix the problem. One of the managers, Alex, said he was going to "put the phone down and do something bad" because he was so "fed up" with the person on the phone. They REFUSED to help us in any way shape or form, would not give us any options aside from apologizing for the inconvenience, and actually asked my coworker to stop screaming at them; I promise you, if she was screaming, they'd know. This was AWFUL and absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Panera. I hope no one else has to deal with these awful ass, unhelpful people. And I hope these people find a job they like one day because clearly, customer service ain't it. read more

Gross. So over this location. This is my first ever yelp review and well deserved. The management at this location could care less about customer complaints or customer service. They do not even know what to do when presented with a complaint. Me and my coworkers order from here once a week in excess of 50.00 orders every time for the past 3 years. I usually get the pick 2 soup and salad. Today I ordered soup and a side ceaser salad. If you know what a ceaser salad is then you know that it does not have corn in any version. Mine today did. I removed the corn then opened my dressing to find a human hair in my dressing cup. I am so disgusted I threw my entire lunch away because I feel that the same person prepared my whole meal. This is actually the third time this has happened to just me. We are always missing items and have to drive back. Something has to be done here. I will avoid this location for a while. Thanks but no thanks. FYI. I also bought a 12 pack of cookies and only got 11. Lol. read more

I had the WORST DISJOINTED MEAL ever in a Pick 2 combo here ...it was 7:40pm and very few patrons and I was waiting for my order.....I saw the server put down two trays and the woman says 3 times that is not my salad order! After like 5 mins of talking and spitting over the food he brings the one tray to my table which I refused.....I went to counter and told manager so he was to remake it.....when it came out the Cuban sandwich was 1/2 the size and the salad was not only missing the Arugula & Apple cabbage slaw but there was no chicken in the salad as well!!! The manager was in a hurry to leave but I told him he forgot the chicken....he hands me a cookie and pats me on the back like that makes up for his locations screw ups and shortages!!! This location is not 1/10 of the value for price from when they first opened and after paying 12.56 and eating I was still hungry from their skimpy portion size!!! The service and inconsistencies at this location have turned me off of Panera Bread stores. I use rapid pick up order through their app, which is most efficient for a professional on the go mother. The first issue I experienced was with the fulfillment of my order request of a BluePrint Green Juice, I was given a green tea. Within a weeks time they were late with my order, gave me the wrong oatmeal (power) instead of the seasonal), and no dressing on my salad. All of these inconsistencies within a 10 day period is daunting and calling corporate does not do you any good because this is a franchise location. On top of all of the errors the morning managers (Marc / woman) responses to each of my reported incidents was lack-luster at best. In a final attempt to give this location a chance, I ordered one more time this past week.The salad was dressed this time, over dressed the extent the dressing was dripping through the bottom of the box. Another example of inconsistent is depending on who makes packs your food, your roll could be placed inside of a paper bag (how i like it) or rolling around in the bag with the salad box that has been handled with dirty hands etc. Is it too much to ask for quality control? read more
