    Hard flat cinnamon rolls

DISAPPOINTING, Spent $130 for a delivery for 3 people. Salads and sandwiches were great, however French onion soup was lukewarm at best and cinnamon rolls were hard and flat. (See photo). As much as people are paying anymore restaurants should step up!

Any place that you can order ahead will always get my business. Easy ordering on the app. Walk in and head to the pickup area. It's always timely, the people are nice and the food is always delicious. I love the outside sitting as on a nice day you can enjoy a bagel, coffee and the view. Some stuff is pricey but worth it

Came by Panera to grab a quick bite. Ordered an artichoke bacon soufflé! Wow! So good!

Coming from New York City where Panera bread is a staple in my diet and being in Nashville area for a week I tried it on my second day and was thoroughly disappointed. I will never, ever, which ever one is longer, visit Panera bread in the Nashville area. my bread bowl was thankfully appropriate but my Baja bowl with chicken was a complete waste of 15 bucks. As you can see by the pictures, it was literally less than half full. It tasted good. Some of the avocado was spoiled but all in all the taste was OK it's just such a small amount for the full price of $15. My baguettes were hard and that to me is a problem. I am very disappointed more upset that this was put out for delivery and nobody saw it. Very pathetic.

Tried a chipotle chicken wrap. Awful. Horrible. Don't. First, the wrap itself was between a tortilla and pita bread in thickness without any particular taste. Kind of stale. Second, first quarter was empty except a little melted cheese. (Maybe baking contributing to the dry staleness of the wrap?). Next, the chicken was thinly sliced, like prepossessed meats. Not much taste - but it was okay but not chunky like I expected. There were some eggs - at the bottom end. Problem was that by the time I got there, it was just eggs and wrap and the one slice of avocado. Which leads me to the avocado. Hard. As. A. Rock. Unripe avocado is not my jam. So if the wrap had everything across the middle instead of this layered approach, it might have been good. With lots of ripe avocado and tasty chicken it could have been awesome. But the tea was good and so was the pastry. So should have gone for their strengths instead of trying something new.

Asiago bagel, cranberry orange bread and a cup of coffee

I received Excellent service from TenNeile. I had to ask her to write her name down for me because she was incredibly sweet to me this morning. It made my day! Also, I redeemed a free bagel for being a repeat customer and using the app. The only thing I wish Panera would improve on, is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There is always dirt and trash on the floors. Other than that I love Paneras and I will continue to frequent this restaurant.

This location is mismanaged. Took 15 minutes for a bagel. Manager was doing what he could with others standing around.

Worst experience ever! People in line to the door and no one working the four cash registers. We left! All we wanted was coffee.

After our soccer game, we stopped by with a group of 14 people. They easily accommodated us on a Saturday night. Our server was excellent and always there to fill our drinks and grab more beers. (She even smartly dropped by extra waters so we wouldn't have empty glasses for long.) Jonathan's has a diverse menu to match anyone's tastes. As a big pizza fan, their pepperoni is great, and it has a little extra kick to it with spicy seasoning. Make sure to stop by on Tuesday nights for 2-for-1 pizzas and happy hour drinks.

They are all kinda the same setup, which is half restaurant and half sports bar. They have covered outdoor seating with plenty TV's to watch the game on and a full bar area as well. It's a scratch kitchen serving elevated bar food with a main menu, late night menu, daily specials and happy hour. The menu is a little overwhelming with a huge amount of food options. They serve Apps, Flatbreads, Wings, Salads, Bowls, Sandwiches, Burgers, Tacos, Quesadillas, Pizzas, Soups, Sides and Desserts. I gave a 3 star today because the wings barely had any sauce and were way overcooked and the Pizza was we got was just middle of the road ( nothing special ) The entree I got was good and the Meatball sub was good. This is a good place to go watch a game and have a beer or cocktail.

My friend was at this Olive Garden location with her 5 year old, they were looking forward to a…read moregood meal at a restaurant they used to love. She ordered her 5 year olds meal no problem but had to be selective about what she ordered because of her allergy. She explained this to the manager and the waitress and they told her she couldn't have what she originally wanted due to her allergy and the ingredients that were in the dish. So, she asked if they would be willing to cook her a grilled chicken breast with some red sauce. Well, the 5 year olds meal came out and he ate to his hearts extent. Her meal took a little longer and she understood because this was a specific request and she assumed they were accommodating to her allergy. 45 minutes after her 5 year old had finished his meal and began falling asleep at the table she asked the waitress if her meal was ready (as they had already been there an hour and a half and she had put her food order in 45+ minutes ago). She asked the waitress if the food was ready -and if it was- if she could box it up for her as it was getting late and her 5 year old was asleep at the table. She expressed if the dish wasn't ready that it was okay, she just no longer wanted it. Her waitress tossed/slid her order across the table at her and said, "well it's your fault, you're the one with the allergy!" First of all, WOW. Second of all, this is not an allergy she was born with. Recently, she was mowing her yard and was bit by a tick that gave her Alpha-gal syndrome. She can no longer eat meat, sugar, and alot of other things. Instead of showing compassion and hospitality, Olive Garden showed their true colors.

At the time, the AC was out and the restaurant was very uncomfortably hot. There were a few fans running but it seemed pointless as we couldn't feel any breeze. If it weren't for the heat, this would have been a 5 star experience all around, which is amazing because where we lived in NC, that Red Lobster was atrocious, so it had been a long time since we last visited one.
