I get sucked into this place at least once a year because my kids like the green tea but I always leave feeling like we completely overpaid! $30 for a 1/2 Cesar salad w/Mac n cheese, a small soup and and a green tea. $8+ per item is too much for what you get. My daughter calls it "overpriced hospital food", it should be half the cost. They throw in a piece of French bread, but the crust is beyond hard and crumbles if you try and break it to eat. I would much rather not get the rock hard bread (it doesn't get eaten anyway) lower the prices or have the portions match the cost. You could do so much better Panera. Your prices are ridiculous.

My wife as the waiter if they have any Gluten Free options, but the waiter didn't really know. He went back to the kitchen and another gentleman came out to talk to my wife about the gluten free options they have. I thought their menu selection was pretty good. A little bit on the pricey side, but they do have lunch specials. My wife ordered the chicken stir fry lunch special. I ordered the Special Rice plate with four types of meat. My wife enjoyed her food and I enjoyed mine. Both dishes were delicious. We were impressed with the portion size of our food. They were huge portions. The service was okay. I thought our waiter was attentive. He checked on us a couple of times and make sure our drinks were filled. We would definitely come back here again for lunch or dinner.

The gentleman working the register, who then cooked our order, and served us Our food was very accommodating. Uncle Henry's personality and communication changed that and made him feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you, I really appreciate you for that. My Husband enjoyed everything I ordered. The combination fried rice, lo mein, and chicken wings were made to order...hot, fresh, and delicious. It isn't a large restaurant, it's more like a take-out joint, with dining in as an option, we dined in and got to enjoy the warmth present of this family run business. We needed that. They ran out of roasted duck so if you're looking for that recommend not coming in late. Got the double meet dish with char siu pork and roasted pork belly. Tasted good, but pretty fatty for both. Not sure if they already used up the good parts of the meat and that's what they had leftover, but this is what's keeping them from being a 5. Otherwise it tasted good, I could see the potential. The stir fried beef noodles is as classic as it gets. No notes , adding sriracha is a personal touch for me and it tasted familiar. Otherwise, open to trying it again if their meat isn't as fatty. Prices were reasonable too.

A group of four of us came in to try their 90-minute all-you-can-eat hot pot experience, and we left completely satisfied. The value is outstanding, especially considering the incredible selection they offer. You can choose from 11 different broths, 9 meat options, and an impressive variety of vegetables, noodles, seafood, fish balls, and sauces to customize every bowl. One of the best parts was experimenting with different combinations throughout the meal. We mixed broths, tried different meats, created our own dipping sauces, and enjoyed learning what flavors worked best together. It turned dinner into a fun group activity rather than just a meal. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Since it was our first time, they walked us through the process, explained how everything worked, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the experience. Whether you're a hot pot veteran or trying it for the first time, The Hot Pot Spot delivers great food, excellent service, and a memorable experience at a fantastic price. We'll definitely be back!
