I tried thier delivery app for first time. I set up my profile and ordered my first delivery.. however, when looking at my order, the delivery address and name was completely different from mine. I had to call the restaurant and spoke with a person who said "wait, let me get a piece of paper and write down the correct address". WTF. I do not recommend! Food is always great, however I have to knock off some stars just due to all the catering issues we've had. I have personally ordered catering from them once, and it was 20 minutes late. This would have been OK with a heads up as we could have adjusted our scheduled lunch break. I now have a regional director in town about to leave for the airport, who is still waiting on our catering order to be delivered. We have used them a handful of times and they have yet to EVER show up on time. 15 minutes late so far and never again will we do this to ourselves! read more

They were out of hot drinks, however that happens. However, that was nothing compare to the experience in the drive through line. 25 minutes to get to the window (and there is no way to get out of the line once you are in it). The girl at the register couldn't figure out how to run the Panera rewards card and I asked her to just forget it as we had been in line for so long. I told her it was ridiculous to have to wait that long. She then said it wasn't her fault because they were busy. I shared with her it is as she is the person running the window and I wanted to talk to the manager. She then said told me "oh I will get the manager" and slammed the window shut. The manager came to the window, told us she was sorry and would talk to her but she had to get back to taking her own orders. What a mess of a restaurant. That is one way to ensure customers never return. read more

Not sure why I went to this location because in the past it has had issues. I was just ordering a dozen bagels and it is very close to my home so I made the mistake of ordering there. My bagels were very thin, dry and the whole in the middle was so big I think a child could of stuck its hand in it. One bagel my husband took back because it was so thin and hard all they did was shear off the top because there was not enough to slice! I wish I would have gone a little further to the one on 144th. That store has much better quality....literally had a bagel there the day before and it was delicious! read more

I just finished meeting with a client at Panera and had the Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Jamal, the store Manager went above and beyond and won my business for years to come! I find Panera to generally have better customer service than most in and out restaraunts, however this was an outstanding experience and worth taking to time to write about! I'm vacationing and this location is across the street from my hotel. I ordered a steak and egg sandwich on a brioche bun. I picked up the order and it was on a bagel. They offered to make me another one but I declined. I also requested the egg scrambled . What I got is a precooked egg ( not fresh) and the steak was not fresh either read more

Zero stars if I could.. absolutely the worst Panera I have ever stepped foot in. Every time I go to the drive-thru and order soup I have to check my purchase because more often than not they ignore my requests for more noodles than broth in the chicken noodle soup for my toddler. They never seem to have a stocked bakery display when they claim to be a bakery. Just disappointing. read more

Weird things going on at Panera locations. They have stopped offering or providing Ketchup. This is mostly a breakfast restaurant, they are continuing to provide mustard (with eggs?) & Mayo (which is made out of eggs). They are successfully alienating me and others from heading to Panera for breakfast as i have to run out to my car for ketchup packets. Additionally, they asked if I wanted eggs over easy, even though they precooked the eggs prior to serving, how can you have a fresh breakfast with eggs over easy if they precooked my eggs 20 minutes before I ordered them. Also, this is supposed to be a bakery and the Brioche my sandwich came with was hard as a rock. They are calling plays from the McDonald's playbook. Make a crappy sandwich, if they complain make a replacement. read more

Unfortunately, I have had two back to back negative experiences at this Panera. I choose to let the first experience slide, but when another happened at my next visit, I decided I need to let someone know. Hopefully someone in management will be alerted. 1. I ordered a salad and asked for chicken to be added. When the salad was served, there was no chicken. I took it to the counter and asked for the chicken to be added. Soon I had chicken! Unfortunately when I cut into the meat I found it was still frozen solid on the inside and just warm on the outside. I ate the salad without the meat, and decided to let it go. 2. Today was my next visit. I ordered the cob chicken salad without the red onions. I received a Mediterranean chicken salad. I took it back to the counter and asked for the correct salad: cob. There was a little stir and I was told that what was ordered was a Mediterranean salad. I said no, I ordered the Green Goddess cob. Shortly, I had the cob salad, with onions. I really like the menu items at Panera and that is what will bring me back. I live directly between the Panera on 120th and Washington and the Panera at the Orchard. The one at 120th seems to have less traffic congestion so I frequent it the most. I work for a company who asks for feedback to those we service. Unfortunately people who have a positive experience keep quite and those who do not scream. I promise to correct this review if my next experience goes as it should. read more

When I entered this location the two employees behind the counter looked me right in the eyes and actually walked away from the register. I was still figuring out what I wanted so I waited a bit; they came back, saw I was still there, and left again. Only after I decided to use the self serve computer did they return to the register area. I work in customer service so I get it, but maybe just be a little more discreet about not wanting to deal with customers. read more

OVERPRICED!! Panera has been a favorite for years but the prices have increased significantly and are too pricy for a sandwich shop where you serve yourself. Last week we had 2 sandwiches, 1 cup of soup, 2 medium drinks & each got a 1/2 price cookie. With the current payment option with the "guilt" option for tips, our total was $50...for lunch. Considering we can go out for a sit down meal for the same price, WHY would we ever go back?? I think others have decided the same as there were few others there eating at a time they would have been very busy in the past. Panera needs to reconsider their pricing structure & do away with "guilt" tipping. When you have to either decline or give a tip before your meal the only reason to tip is so they don't spit in your sandwich because you didn't tip, not because I got service deserving a tip. We pulled in to the drive-through close to closing time, and the cashier Justice was so kind and unbothered. Based on other experiences at other Paneras we were expecting annoyed workers but received the opposite. We will definitely return to this location because of the Wednesday night crew, specifically Justice. read more

This is your basic Panera, I think the food is decent for a chain restaurant. The steak sandwich is good, but served cold unless you ask for it to be warmed up before they give it to you, once you have it you just get to eat it cold. My kids enjoy the kids' meal foods, and we always find something we like. The cookies are delicious too. read more

If only there was a way to give negative stars. I ordered catering for a work event, and they showed up over 30 minutes late. I called the manager to complain, and they offered me a gift card.. it never came in the mail.. I hosted a second work event a couple months later and ordered Panera catering. Knowing that they were over 30 mins late the first time, I asked them to be there at 6:15am. They called at 6:30am to say that they would be there at 6:45am, which was 30 minutes late. I asked them please don't be later than that. I have 150 people waiting and hungry. At 6:45am I called and was told that the driver was on his way. At 7am he had still not arrived, so I called again. The manager Jamal was rude and told me that if he hadn't had to answer my call then he would be able to load the car quicker for the driver. I asked why the driver hadn't left yet because I was told at 6:45am that the driver was on the way. He hung up. The driver didn't show up until 7:20am, which was over an hour late. The driver said that it was his fault because he overslept.. Jamal said that he would refund the order and do whatever it takes to make things right. Now he dodges my phone calls and will not call me back. He has been unprofessional throughout this whole process. Do not eat at Panera. read more

After prepping a beautiful tray of smoked salmon, homemade cream cheese with capers, tomatoes, sliced radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. The last thing we needed were the bagels. I was hosting a birthday brunch that was set to start at 10:30. When my sister arrived with the "mixed" bakers dozen of bagels we opened the box to find 6 chocolate bagels, 6 cinnamon bagels and an onion. After returning to the store to complain we were told they are out of bagels. Apparently what we go were the bottom of the barrel bagels. Probably the least popular ones (the ones no one is buying) and all sweet (even though we specicifally asked for some savory cream cheese. At that point, let us know. Explain, "Hey, this is all we have left, will these work?" Instead, we trusted that this location cared about what they were offering and their customers. I now know better. So we drove back, we did get our money back, but that wasn't the point. We ended up driving to a local bakery- Delight Me Sweets, at 12720 Colorado Blvd in Thornton. They actually bake bagels until noon and had a great variet available to us. The damage was done though. We didn't get home until an hour into our brunch and held everything up. This was the result of business that just doesn't care. Either the staff just doesn't get it and the expectations aren't being set by the manager, or they were intentionally trying to pawn that off on us to get rid of the last of their bagels and make a buck. Either situation leads me to certinaly never go back. I will say thanks though, your awful service and lack of care led me to a shop that does the opposite. read more

Panera Bread opened this wonderful new location in Northglenn at the newest shopping center in Northglenn at 120th and Grant. It is just great! They had a wonderful Grand Opening, and the soup was so good. I love Panera, and I am glad to have one so nearby. It has a nice little outside patio too. They had a nice Grand Opening giving the first 1000 folks a free travel mug with free refills for like three weeks! Can't beat that! We have already been back to fill the mugs and get some great soup and sandwiches! read more

However when I opened the bag there was no bread bowls so I called and got the manager and was asked "are you sure I packed them in there" ummmm now I have an empty bag no bread bowls so she stated she could have a driver run them out well it's only a small so the website said large so when I asked her this I was told that's all it will hold. Ok them can I order another small I was told I would have to do an online order... why would I wait again and the order wasn't right I told her no and she asked what do you want me to do.... We ordered two salads with the substitute chicken, full-size. We got two half-sized salads with no chicken. We also ordered a chicken avocado sandwich, which I said twice to the person taking the order, and they gave us a BLT sandwich. We will never be returning. Get your shit together, Panera. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews having worked in food service for nearly a decade, but this is truly deserved. Went to Panera this morning for a quick bagel and iced coffee. I had ordered my iced coffee and asked for extra cream. I get to the window, and the girl says "I'm sorry, we're out of blueberry, what else can I get you?" I tell her no problem and pick a different one. I am handed an iced coffee that is as close to black coffee as it gets, no matter, I ask for creamer in individual servings to minimize back up in line. I am handed a bagel that was once a circle, now four ripped in half pieces toasted to . I get parked and go inside. I politely tell the young man "I'd like my money back for this bagel I was just given" he gets the manager. A female manager approaches and says "what's wrong?" I tell her the bagel is smushed and ripped in half and I'd like my money back please." Manager says "how about a new bagel?" I said "oh no thanks. That made it past several eyes and hands and was served anyway, I don't need another." No apology or acknowledgement that the product was absolutely pathetic and shouldn't of been served. The manager seemed stressed and short fused. I watched a very obvious new hire standing nervously in the wings waiting for a chance to speak or be spoken to.
