Nice staff, usually pretty helpful. But some times, the person isn't trained in all of the things they offer and that makes it difficult to try new items. Their bakery items are usually taste pretty fresh, but their coffee isn't too good though. I have the coffee subscription that I got for free, unfortunately still not worth it though. I have the Apple Card which is where I got the coffee subscription from and every time you purchase Panera Bread you get 3% cash back, which is nice though. It helps offset but they are pretty price for what you get. Sizes are pretty small and quality sometimes can be an issue. I have cold soups, overly toasted bread, undercooked food items, burnt coffee or coffee with a cup full of coffee grounds, etc. I do love their Vanilla Cinnamon Roll, Broccoli Cheddar Soup and when their Mac and Cheese isn't watery like soup and their roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT. They have a shared parking lot with Walmart, Quodba, a few other businesses. It's hard for me to always recommend them, but if you in the area and have never been I would recommend trying them. It can't hurt.

I paid 14 dollars for half of the plate

Portions are getting smaller and smaller and food quality is awful. I paid 14 dollars for something I'd say was half of the plate. When I asked for help, people from the kitchen said that that was the portion. I used to have that exact plate everywhere, that's why I know it was not the same. Also, when you ask for the big soup, they give you less, it's more convenient to buy the small cup of soup because it's pretty much the same amount. In addition, salad quality is not the best. Very disappointing.

I like Panera Bread. This is a great location. Food: Fresh and Delicious. i ordered the sandiwch and panini. Service: Workers were friendly and nice. They were very helpful. Seating: Plenty of seating when I came during lunch. Drinks: They have fountain drinks. Their ice coffee was pretty good. My favorite green tea drink was not available at this location.

Horrible experience with this Panera location! They threw an unwrapped baguette into my bag, not particularly sanitary!

I have no idea why reviews here are that bad. I have been to this location so many times, and always got the best service, delicious delicious coffee and price that I would expect to be lower. I even sometime stopped here just to get coffee to go and move on. I take their coffee over so many coffee places. Love the concept, the way they plate the food. It all makes a good clean presentation and make you feel you are eating at a clean restaurant.

Full-sized order of soup. $6 for this?!

I love Panera's soup, and typically have no issues with their service or food. However, I just picked up an order that I placed on their app, and this is what I got. I paid $6 for this cup of vegetable soup and a hunk of bread. Really, Panera? This is worth paying $6 for? When I order this in store I think I get double the amount. What gives, Panera?

Friendly staff, great food, loyalty program, easy online pickup, call in or fast order in store. No matter how you order the food will be amazing.

It was quite busy when we arrived on a late Sunday a.m. in January. Tables were filled and there was a line for ordering. We decided on a tomato cheddar soup and the Churn it Up sandwich with Havarti and provolone. We were told the wait would be 40 mins, giving us the option to wait it out or go elsewhere. We stuck it out and the food was at our table in less than 20 mins. The sandwiches were ooey gooey toasted cheesiness and paired perfectly with the creamy tomato soup. It came with a lighty dressed arugula salad. I had a freshly brewed ice tea and my dining partner got a Dr. Brown's soda. The breakfast rush was soon over but people were still coming in to eat and grab take out while we enjoyed our meals. They also offer beers and wines and hot chocolate. The entire place was very clean, including the restrooms, although I did not see any table wiping going on. Staff were smiling and polite. Plenty of parking in lot shared with other business.

The staff was super friendly, and I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. It was made on a Brioche roll with a fried egg. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of the egg or the sandwich overall. It was okay, probably a three-star kind of thing. Next time I went back, I tried the Calise sandwich, which has chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. I asked for the broccoli rabe on the side because I know everyone makes it differently. I get that it can be bitter, but some places make it taste amazing without the bitterness, so I wanted it on the side. The sandwich was really good, so I'd give it four stars, especially since the breakfast one was just three in my book. Sometimes you gotta visit a place a couple of times to really get a feel for their food. I wasn't really a fan of the broccoli rabe--it was a bit too bitter for me. But the sandwich itself was tasty, with well-seasoned chicken and really fresh mozzarella. Not sure if they make the mozzarella in-house, but it's delicious. It tasted just like you'd expect from an authentic Italian deli. Very good. Third time I went, I tried the Mother Clucker, which has a chicken cutlet, Russian dressing, cheddar cheese, and bacon. I wanted to try it because I'd seen it being made during my last visit and it looked awesome. It took about ten minutes to get ready. When I opened it up, I realized it had melted cheddar, not sliced like I thought, but it was all good. The sandwich was tasty, but a bit over the top with the bacon and melted cheddar--almost too much. I think using sliced cheddar would bring everything together better. The melted cheese kinda takes away from it, in my opinion. The bacon was crispy even with the cheesy sauce on top, and the chicken was nicely seasoned. I definitely plan to come back and try the Chopped Italian Combo. The staff's always friendly and welcoming, and it's a solid spot if you're looking for breakfast, with plenty of breakfast platters and other menu items that might catch your eye.

They have a fun burger selection, ranging from a classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato burger to the KC Burger, which I ordered. Mine came piled with an onion ring, jalapeño peppers, cheddar cheese, and Sweet Baby Ray's sauce on a toasted seeded roll. All burgers come with a small side of coleslaw, pickle chips, and your choice of fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings, which is a nice touch. The person I was with ordered the Chino Burger, loaded with bacon, fried onions, and plenty of fresh blue cheese. The food came out hot and tasty, and the burgers were definitely thick and filling. My only real complaint was that the burger could have used a little more seasoning, and I think it would have gone up another notch if it had been flame-broiled instead of seared. Overall, this is not a fancy place, but it is a solid spot for a quality meal. If you are in the area or just passing through, I would recommend checking it out.

As a Middle Eastern food lover, I was blown away by their shawarma platter, salads, and everything else on the menu it was all top-notch. I visited New York a month ago and then headed to Connecticut. While there, I searched for the best restaurants and found this fast-food spot. I absolutely loved it! The way they received customers and the level of hospitality was outstanding. The people there were amazing. For me great customer service makes the whole experience and they nailed it. Now, let's talk about the food it tasted incredible. They told me they also serve biryani and haleem and as a huge haleem fan, I had to try it. I'll never forget that taste! I even asked to meet the chef and they introduced me to Chef Bala. He made an unforgettable haleem that truly tasted like the original Hyderabadi Nizami haleem. I asked him how he made it and he told me he's from Hyderabad and does this work with passion not just for money. You could really feel that in the food. The prices were surprisingly affordable but the food was high-end. The quality, the people, the taste everything was superb. Honestly, this was one of my best experiences in years. I'm definitely coming back again, at least for the haleem! Their biryani was also incredibly flavorful it felt like I was eating back home in Hyderabad, India. You guys are number one! Please maintain the same quality and standards you're well on your way to being the best in North America. I was in Norwalk, Connecticut for three days and I wholeheartedly enjoyed your food. The gyros, salads with egg, chicken sandwiches, wings, falafel you name it, you gave 100%! I love the food and service.
