    Ciabbatta Cheesesteak.

I cannot believe people pay for the inadequately made sandwiches. I bought the ciabatta cheesesteak and there were more onions cheese and peppers than meat, literally thumbnail size bits of steak in not even a full layer. If I didn't have a gift card I would never go back. It's outrageous!

Sometimes, you just want something with fresh, healthy ingredients, as opposed to other greasy chains. Panera tends to be pretty consistent and predictable, with the exception of serving portions. They have a great app that makes ordering easy and highly customizable. They clearly post nutrition facts, which is helpful in making choices and comparing options. This location also has a drive-thru, outdoor patio, and a pick-up shelf for pre-ordered items. This location often asks you what you want to drink with your meal without disclosing that it isn't included (even with the kid meals), as a heads up. My kids enjoy the mac and cheese and usually get the apple as a side. Be sure to ask for it sliced if your kiddos are too young to bite a whole apple. My own go-to items include: -strawberry poppyseed salad (bummer...but it's seasonal). I add tomatoes, cucumber, and feta and it is perfection! -chicken wild rice soup -butternut squash soup (also seasonal) -chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich -SW chile lime chicken salad Did you know that they offer family meals at an affordable price? They have flatbread meals, sandwich/soup/salad meals, and even breakfast sandwich meals, all at $30 and under, which to feed a whole family Panera is pretty dang good. We plan on trying one of these for our next family night.

I wanted something light to eat and ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Garden Salad with grilled chicken. It was refreshing and very tasty. Romaine lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapples with pecans and light vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious!

This is the amount of food you receive for $25.

Significantly late on Rapid Pick up. Staff seemed more concerned with going home then delivering to the time commitments for the order

Reliable place to eat for soup and sandwiches, especially for out of towers that don't want burger fast-food. Well run place as well.

Too many better Family owned and run restaurants in town. Old folks like it in the morning.

I clearly stated that I wanted certain add ons to my sandwich for example: green bell peppers, yellow mustard, and banana peppers. And I also clearly stated that I DID NOT wanted mayonnaise and tomato. Guess what I got. Mayonnaise and Tomato. ALSO guess what add ons I got. NONE. Not my green bell peppers, banana peppers or yellow mustard. Really?? How hard is it to make a sandwich. When I called down to the place to explain what the problem was. Keep in mind. I kept my temper and I did not engage in any rude behavior. I kindly explained the situation and the person who was on the other end began to tell me that it wasn't his fault and that he made all the sandwiches correct. Well that's funny. Cause you clearly didn't. Seriously this place needs to step up their game. This place always has me writing complaints. And yes. This isn't the first time... Mind you I spent 40 dollars for all my food together. Just to get the polar opposite of what I asked for, when I could have just made the damn sandwich myself at home but I needed the connivence.. see how that turned out. Safe to say, I'm tired of given this place 2nd chances. I will never be returning. -Fuck off Firehouse

Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious and I LOVE the blazing dragon drink! Patio area where we chose to sit was very nice, shaded and they have ceiling fans! There are tables, booths, bar/counter seats, plus outdoor seating, and windows galore that flood the room with natural light. It's bright, cheerful, and instantly welcoming. Every visit I've made, the place has been spotless--dining room, restrooms, everything. Plus the WiFi is solid, making this a great weekday spot to work from when I want to linger; they've always seemed fine with me setting up at the bar counter in the corner and staying until closing. Service has always been great. Contrary to some negative reviews I've seen, I've not had a bad experience here. Every server has been courteous, attentive, and hustling--nothing sloppy, no waiting around. As for the food--nothing but hits so far. Every dish I've ordered has been delicious, the temperature spot‑on, and the presentation pleasing. Some of my favorite go‑tos: Morning Meditation Fresh Juice -- crisp and refreshing Market Hash -- two cage‑free eggs any style, atop fresh seasoned potatoes, with house‑roasted Crimini mushrooms, zucchini, shallots, red peppers, baby spinach, melted Mozzarella, and herbed Goat cheese; served with whole grain artisan toast Bacado Omelet -- bacon, avocado, Monterey Jack, topped with sour cream, served with house‑made Pico de Gallo, lemon‑dressed organic mixed greens, and artisan toast They even rotate seasonal menu items, so there's always something new to try. Portions are generous--you're getting your money's worth and likely won't be hungry again until dinner. Bottom line: I'm a big fan. FW has raised the bar for breakfast in Oak Ridge, and I'm so glad they're here. Highly recommended.
