This Chick-Fil-A is AWESOME!!! I ordered a pick up order through the app; and grilled chicken sandwich I ordered, without the sauce, I put a note that I had an egg allergy. Anyway, went inside to pick up my order and the manager, Shawn, was telling the employee making my sandwich, to change their gloves when making my sandwich! What a blessing to hear that!!! I had been seeing the TV ad for the new pretzel bun chicken club sandwich and wanted to try it. Hubby and I went for lunch today and we both got the sandwich and I must say I was underwhelmed. The chicken filet was okay although barely warm and the rest of the sandwich was cold as though it had just been taken out of the fridge. It would have been so much better if the bun had been warmed and the cheese melted a bit. Very disappointing as I had really been looking forward to it. Chick-fil-A at Kingston Overlook is back. The bigger parking lot is nice and I am glad they moved the entrance of the drive thru so it doesn't spill into the street anymore (at least I hope it won't!). I got chicken tortilla soup which is my favorite and always get it when CFA has it. A few of my fries were pretty dark and I couldn't stomach them so I just ate the ones that were normal and not burnt. Overall the service is quick and we love CFA so other than the burnt fries the food was good. I am not going to lie though. We are really disappointed they got rid of the play area. This location used to have an outdoor play area and my kids loved climbing up it before corona and were looking forward to when they could play again but the new building doesn't have an indoor or outdoor play area at all. The tables are also super tiny and barely big enough for a family of 4 to sit down at with our food (and our kids share a kids meal and the table still feels tiny.). The table at the booths is not even the length of 3.5 napkins across. Overall we loved CFA and this is the closest one to our house but we will be visiting TC or another with a play area if we are going to meet up with friends with kids. read more

Chick-fil-A id our favorite place to stop for a meal when we're traveling. We tried this location since it looked brand new and was not extremely busy like many other locations. We pulled into the curbside order spot and placed our order on the app. Within 10 minutes an employee was at our car door with our order exactly as we ordered it. Everything was hot and delicious. Seems like they have increased the amount of Mac and cheese in the side order, but the Broccoli Salad seemed smaller. On Saturday November 16, 2019, around 2pm in the evening. My 12-year-old son wanted to eat at Chic fil a before going to Urban Air Adventure Park located in the same parking lot. The line at Chic fil a was almost wrap around, to the take out area in the lobby. But my son was willing to wait all day for his Chic Fil a nuggets with waffle fries and apple juice. Once we arrived at the register, our cashier greeted us both with a warm friendly smile. She even apologize for our long wait in the line, most of all she was very happy to take our order. Julia was the most amazing cashier that I have ever met, at any fast food restaurant. Her kindness and her attitude were very professional and pleasant. She even went a step further, to double check to make sure my son order was perfect. It was my pleasure to have lunch with my son, around the amazing team of employees working at this Chic fil a location. Slowest line of any CFA I've gone to. There is always something wrong with my food. They consistently forget to give straws, utensils or dressings for salad. I recently got fries and you could tell they were using old oil because they tasted like old fish oil...no exaggeration. I would recommend the location in Fountain City instead. read more

They got rid of the playground which is a huge disappointment when you have a 5 and 7 year old. Get that it doesn't make money for them, but was something the kids always looked forward to. Tables are very small for 4 adults to sit at. Still the best fast food restaurant and service in the country and it's not even close. Just bring back the playground:) read more

Every time they are so nice! We went today after not eating there in a while and from the minute we got in, we had outstanding service! They ask everyone their name and address you by name when they talk with you. Our order was hot and ready in less than 3 minutes. The drive through its always busy here, but with great service, it's bound to be! I would suggest go in before 11:30 or the place will be slammin' busy. We love Chick-fil-A. Our hometown CFA is under construction so we had to make the longer drive. The consistency in service and quality of food is superb. That is why this visit was so unexpectedly, unusual. Blame it on later than usual drive in experience on a weeknight or blame it on milli vanilli.
