If you are going to this location stay out of the drive-thru. You will be stuck for 30mins waiting on a mobile pickup. They won't park the cars that hold up the window at all. This happens EVERY TIME I go in the drive through. read more

This is the slowest drive through I think that's ever been. 25 minutes plus more than once. It is absolutely insane to me that it takes 25 minutes for a coffee. Have the people waiting on food that is being cooked in the drive up spots you have designated so those getting drinks and quick pastries don't have to wait this absurd amount of time. read more

I went through the drive thru where the girl taking my order was so patient and kind, as I was having to ensure the sandwich would be heated and without ingredients my sister would be allergic to. The app is terrible when trying to order for curbside pickup - it's clunky, and didn't take my gift card as payment. I didn't find this out until I got there to pick up - it used my credit card instead for the whole order. The receipt on the bag showed none of that info, and when I asked for a regular receipt, the guy took about 5 more minutes and brought out a literally unreadable receipt, and said that's all they had. So I got no receipt for this purchase! (Isn't that some kind of illegal?) When I asked to speak to the manager, he was it! Bad, bad, bad business. Ughhhh. I find myself stopping here more and more as an option in the area.... adding to other local favorites. Drive thru service is generally quick and friendly. My order is correct. And I like this feature they have on your receipt-- showing it was checked for accuracy. Their accuracy matters promise is that if your order isn't correct they'll fix it and add a treat for the inconvenience. Pretty neat! Today I tried on recommendation of a friend, her fav the Chptl Chicken Avocado panini and chicken and wild rice soup You Pick Two.. it was a great taste combo! So now I know that this particular Panera is locally owned and whatever they get in will be passed to the customer. Ordered CREAM of chicken and wild rice soup today. That soup was so watery there was no "cream" about it. Threw it out. Called the location and spoke the "manager" Alex. I was informed that's what we get in so we will not throw it away so that's what the customer will get. Did not apologize or offer a refund. Good food good services great attitude to work They just need to clean that places. floors are dirty so do the tables. Keep an eye of that ! I've known of Panera Bread for many many years now, however I've been incredibly impressed with them as of late. Not long ago my employer catered in Panera bread and the food was fantastic. As we ate my entire office spoke about Panera, our favorite menu items, the quality of the food, and how much we were enjoying it. It certainly left a lasting impression. Lately I've been visiting this location primarily to study for an upcoming exam. I haven't ordered much outside of a coffee, but I've personally witnessed much of the staff as they've gone about their workdays. I've seen countless acts of kindness - employees chatting with guests at their table, offering to refill coffees, taking away their trash, etc. The dining area is continually being cleaned and the overall atmosphere here just makes you feel good. My only two caveats - parking kinda sucks as the lot fills up pretty quickly. The delivery vehicles should be parked out back but I often see them right up front. And the other being the lack of ordering from your table through the Panera app. Several other locations have this but not this one - it'd be a great way to increase some revenue from the folks that sit down to work or study, and don't want to leave all their books/computers unattended. Regardless, this is still a wonderful place to eat, study, work, or meet up with some friends. I'll be back for sure - even after I ace my exam! read more

There was a young man named Nathen who when my order was wrong he corrected it surprisingly fast and even came to check in me and my food and took the dishes when I was done. This was very surprisingly pleasant being I was at a fast food place and having this degree of costumer service makes me want to come back. I usually go to this Panera but this time it was a bad experience. They don't have enough help or something. I waited 45 min in the drive thru-no joke! Not only that but the food was barely warm and the coffee was just warm. I got a refund but I'm still so disappointed. Panera is expensive and has good food but this time something is really odd with this location. Several people standing around not knowing what to do. I could see the people behind me in the drive thru getting really frustrated too. I hate to say it but I think they need to get a new manager or something. Come on Panera get it right. read more

It's the McDonald's of the delicatessen, but the food is pretty okay. This one is usually pretty busy and they also have a drive-thru. They keep it clean and they are quick with your orders. The food is okay, it's not bad and I don't think I've ever had anything terrible, but it's also not "wow" either. They usually run out of bread bowls which can be frustrating if that's exactly what you had a craving for, but are nice to give you some extra bread for the inconvenience. Ordered rapid pickup of bakers dozen bagels, when I reached store, I was told they were already sold out. Same situation happened a few months later. I talked to manager both times and asked why wouldn't they give a courtesy call to inform me before I travel 8 miles to pick. No apologies, no make up both times. Some times the service is fine, other times its horrible. I understand what it feels like to work at an under staffed fast food restaurant but this is too much. At the window I hand them my card to pay without them saying a single word to me, they hand me back my card and food at the same time before they immediately shut the window. They don't ask for the rewards phone number so I always have to use the receipt afterwards. However, most of the time they close the window before I even get the chance to open my mouth to ask for the receipt so i'm constantly missing out on rewards. So I'm only making this because I'm having a consistent issue with this location in particular. I order my usual sandwich and there's onions and sauce on it. I don't prefer those toppings, so I request them off. I do have my receipt and it does show that I requested none of those two toppings on my sandwich. Always check your To go orders guys because this location gets your meals WRONG most of the time- whether it's the type of egg on your breakfast sandwich, to missing a key ingredient in your noodle bowl (i.e. chicken that is extra and you paid for it), or bakery item... check your order before you drive away.
