On entering the establishment I was greeted by the sound of a irate lady who was mad that the person taking the order had walked away without no explanation leaving her feelings disrespected!! Rude service. I initially called ahead of time to make sure they had all my items before I purchased on Uber eats. They confirmed they had everything and still messed up my order. They stole about $20 from me when I asked for a coffee tote box and they gave me a coffee cup. I also asked for a broccoli and cheddar mac and cheese and they gave me a regular one. If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. Whatever you do, don't order from them an hour before they close. They will keep your order for themselves and tell the courier that they are closed. The courier told me that this happens all the time with them. Went there for dinner with the family. I'm so glad to have a healthy fast food option. We had the cobb salad, thai salad, mac and cheese, autumn squash soup, and broccoli and cheddar soup. Brand new Panera Bread location in Pelham Manor Ny, it's located inside a small shopping center with ample of parking and safe, clean exterior. When we entered we were greeted by the manager staff asking if we would like to wait on the line or use the "new" kiosk to order, we elected to try the new kiosk ((pretty funny to see these things after all the fast food workers requesting $15 min wage)) anyway after getting a little help with the kiosk we placed our order and grabbed a buzzer, and sat down to wait for our order... The store is spacious, clean and dine in friendly. A nice little touch is the fire place. I love the do it your self soda machines, which all PB's have BUT they have the ice green tea and lemonades at your disposal, refill away! After receiving our food, we were happy, the food was Panera fresh and as usual it was enjoyable, I'm not really writing the review to review the food, the staff is very nice and friendly, However I only dealt with the management staff and not the regular staff, but while seat staff did pass us and acknowledge me and say hi and were VERY polite. I normally love panera but this location is just awful. They consistently get our order wrong. Twice I've ordered salad with chicken and both times they didn't add chicken when it's clearly written on the order that I want it with chicken. I order with rapid pick up and usually grab the food and go so I don't realize the mistake til I get home. Last time they even forgot the yogurt that comes with my sons sandwich. I've also ordered extra dressing which I'm charged for, understandably of course, but then I never actually receive extra dressing. As well as getting my orders wrong, they skimp out on the portions. Every time we order sandwiches they put so little chicken. I know there should be more because whenever we go to a different panera there is enough in our sandwiches. It's such a shame that this location sucks since it was much closer to us. read more

Was craving panera on the way home from work and didn't realize that this one was open yet, I do remember passing this location once before a few months back and it wasn't open yet, the entrance makes this place look small but once you enter there is a ton of space to the right, now I love panera but I've never once had less than a 15 min wait to get my food, as soon as I entered I was greeted by the friendly and pretty cashier and I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out of here in about 5 minutes, now that's amazing! I used to love Panera Bread. I even worked at a Panera previously. This Panera, however, is the worst one I have ever been to in my life. The service here is HORRIBLE. I ordered a you pick two: macaroni and cheese with a grilled cheese. My friend ordered ahead of me. She received her food within 5 minutes of ordering. I received my food nearly 15 minutes later. While she was already done eating. I ate my macaroni, and then went to take a bite of my half grilled cheese and noticed it smelled strange. I took a bite because I was hungry and was anticipating the delicious melty cheese. Do you know what I got instead? I tasted the sandwich and immediately spit it out. I opened the sandwich and there were literally gobs of chicken strips in my grilled cheese! I am VEGETARIAN. I wasn't offered a refund, they deleted my $1 off coupon when ordering, and I was so turned off I didn't even want the replacement grilled cheese. I was so disgusted. I still am. This is basic grilled cheese, it's not rocket science. I have never felt so uneasy in my life. I didn't even eat dinner because I felt so grossed out. I will no longer be a patron to this restaurant chain. I really hope that they will get their act together over here for the sake of loyal customers. while in pelham manor on a sunday early afternoon and the rest of the gang roaming around the outdoor mall i decided to grab a bite at panera .a simple concept is to get on line ordering a sandwich or salad or soup or pasta bowl or whatever other organic food is available or maybe a sweet pastries or hot or cold beverage if you prefer . i did the half turkey and swiss on baguette with small garden veggie soup with a bag of chips and i can't forget the green tea cold drink which is really good with extra ice . plenty of seating options with booths and tables if you can find one empty which i recomnend you claim first as you wait your turn for the menu board to move your name to the top .after 5 minutes my name is called and the girl working the pick up area did a horrible job bagging my food as the soup spilled out which happens plenty at many panera's which results in the manager saying sorry and giving a free cookie for the screw up. sign up for a free panera card which adds freebees and discounts for future visits . overall panera is ok but sometimes the wait is long and most workers dont really give a sh#t but food is good so that warrants semi regular visits . read more

I placed a large catering order for today. I have been trying to contact the catering coordinator or the manager or a live person all day and cannot get anyone. The automated system tells me to hold and I do, then a busy signal comes on. I contacted live chat and they told me If I cant get a hold of them, then they won't be able to either. I'm extremely stressed and nervous about the order for my event tonight and would LOVE if someone could contact me. I come here almost everyday with my mom. The food is so delicious. The staff that works here are very friendly, great and fast customer service, and once again the food is AMAZING. I like to get the steak panini sandwich with the macaroni and cheese and it's just so perfect. Inside is set up very nicely, and the tables are always clean. It is the perfect place to sit down with your family and friends, or even by yourself to study, have a nice chat, or do your homework.
