Came for dinner at 5:30 with 4 adults and 2 children. Seated right away with menus and asked for a drink order. I was in the mood for a complete dinner so I ordered Fish & Chips which came with a choice of soup or salad. I ordered the Clam chowder, I love that theygive you Oysteretts instead o crackers with soup. My enter came with 4 pieces of Cod and a mound of French Fries. My 2 great granddaughters loved their creamy Mac and Cheese. The other entrees were Steak fajitas , Chicken wings , and a Fried Chicken platter. For dessert we ordered one of the flaming waffles with center that normally is ordered for a birthday. We weee celebrating the 1st day of kindergarten for my great granddaughter. I came here on a Sunday around 12:45. I thought there might be a wait for a table, but we were seated right away. The restaurant has the vibe of a slightly elevated diner. They have wooden booths and the walls are filled with framed photos of celebrities. They have a small Sunday brunch menu, which is served until 3 and includes juice, coffee, or tea. Basic brunch cocktails are also discounted for $3.50 if you order from the brunch menu, which is a great deal. All of the portion sizes were quite large, including my orange juice, which came in a huge glass with ice. For my main, I had the pancakes and eggs. You can get the eggs served any style. I also added monterey jack cheese. It was tasty and filling. The dish included 3 full size pancakes, which were hearty and fluffy. I also enjoyed the accompanying breakfast potatoes, which were well-seasoned with bell peppers mixed in. My dad got the three egg omelette, for which you could customize the veggies and cheese. My husband had the eggs benedict. Both seemed satisfied with their meals. Service was fast. We sat and chatted for awhile after we finished our meal and they didn't rush us out. The service is good and the interior is full of tvs surrounding you at the bar and booths. then there's another separate area away from it. Good establishment for watching games with friends or some food with family. the food quality and overall ingredients just didn't hit for me, i personally had far better. we ordered wings and steak quesadilla. both were pretty lackluster and missing flavor on the quesadilla. the wings were pretty good we got cajun bbq so the flavor was there by default. the waitress is very kind and attentive always checking up on us and helping out with our questions and overall very delightful! thanks Barbara you're the best ever for taking care of us 10/10 if you go here try something else. the soda there is over priced and is from the bar fountain so not worth it just expensive for what they offer vs quality. read more

The wait was already long just to place an order, and then this happened. I ordered my drink and food along with my partner and my cousin's. The server repeated everything back and said "got it." My cousin's and my partner food came out, but mine never did. When the server came back to check in, I mentioned I still hadn't received my food, and she said, "I don't have an order for you," with attitude even though my cousin confirmed I definitely ordered and was actually the first one to do so. There was no apology or effort to fix it, just a dismissive attitude like it wasn't her problem. The margaritas were also poorly made. Between the long wait, rude service, and lack of accountability, this was a terrible experience. Definitely won't be returning. read more

Food was ok, nothing extraordinary. Stick to the bar food stuff and it's a solid meal. The lobster roll was not good. Chewy and rubbery and also lacking taste. That's what you get for ordering something so put of place at a bar. Lesson learned. The burger was good. The Chicken was good but the waffle was a soggy mess. Fun place. Lots of tvs if you're inclined to watch sports. Excellent beer selection. The food was fine. What raised this from a 4 star to a 5 star rating was the exceptional service. Our waitress was simply outstanding- friendly, efficient, and took extra time with the 3 year old at the table. Even the gentleman who seated us went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Great burgers. They are known for their burgers here. The beer selection is good, but the different sizes they offer for beers and their growlers are perfect! Service is great, everyone here is pleasant. Nothing like getting a 100oz beer for yourself. lol. While they are known for fantastic burgers, I went and ordered their steak burrito bowl. I've had their burgers and wanted to try something different tonight. I also love my rice, so why not go with the burrito bowl. This was very good. Nice meat ratio compared to the dish. The perfect amount of cilantro as well. Plenty of seating at the bar and tables. They have mini hi top seating which is great for those shorter folks. lol. On November 16th, I met my date at Rockwells. I had the Italian wedding soup which was very good and the jerk chicken which note so good because it was extremely spicy. The only negative issue I had was the server (Michelle). She flirted with my date the entire time we were there. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I found her actions very disrespectful. Other than that, Rockwells is a nice establishment that I would recommend to friends. I will return but would not want Michelle as my server! read more

We came right as Rockwells opened and sat outside with two youngsters. The menu is quite large, so if you plan to order something right when you sit down, look at the menu ahead of time. Unfortunately the menu on Untappd for beer is not up-to-date; the availability is much smaller than it appears. There was an issue with a receipt printing, which caused our kids' meals to come out last even though we ordered immediately. I wish that mistake had been acknowledged in some way, especially since the bill was pretty substantial. Get them pulled pork quesadilla. Skip the lobster roll. Kids' meals are big and also come with milkshake or sundae! read more

Ate at Rockwells last night with my wife. She ordered a hamburger rare with a side of onion rings. I ordered the pulled pork sliders with a side of fries. The sliders were excellent. Service was great but the side of fries cost $8.50!!!!!!! Yes $8.50!! WTF!!!! I'm pretty sure you can buy a 10 pound bag of potatoes at the supermarket for less than $8.50. We decided to try a place close to home and this place did not disappoint. Food was great. I ordered the lobster roll with fries and it was pretty good. What I really enjoyed were the boneless teriyaki wings; so flavorful! (The wings were really good that I ate them before I took a picture). Hostess was really nice and helpful and our waiter was so nice and provided great service, very polite and also accommodating to our requests. But what really impressed me is that this is the first restaurant that provides with a lot of safety due to covid: they had a washing station for people eating outside, to open the doors they provided with towels, had hand sanitizer stations, and in the bathroom they had a feature to open the doors without touching the handles.
