The "diet bagel"
Richard S.

Over priced for tiny portions. I literally overheard two people leaving the restaurant saying "see it was a lot smaller than you thought it would be, just like a side dish. Did you get enough to eat?" My bagel looked more like a puffy slice of bread than an actual bagel.

Kiosk to order
Rebecca M.

This is not my favorite Panera location for several reasons. First, don't even try to walk in and order your meal, this place is jam packed and there is always only one person working the register. Your best option is online ordering, and they also have a kiosk at this location for you to enter your own order. Secondly, I have been here a few times to pick up lunch and have been sadly disappointed each time. The food is so TINY and so EXPENSIVE! I kick myself every time I order from here. Last week, my tiny and expensive salad was so wilted that I couldn't even eat it, so I paid $13 for a tiny cup of soup.

My first time at this location and visited with my girl friends. We sat outside because the temp inside this Sept day was downright frigid! Much too cold for us and most of the kids inside were in hoodies and jackets. This impacted my rating. I ordered a half tuscan chicken sandwich and BBQ flatbread. There were four of us and the food was ready very quickly. I LOVED the sandwiches; very flavorful and delicious! We all ordered cookies to go and they were also scrumptious! Well done!

Food is decent but it's always understaffed. It took over 10 minutes put a couple of scoops of chili in a bowl.

This is a new location so I think they are still working on efficiency with the drive-thru.

They have a series of vegetarian appetizers, but that's not their focus. In terms of the overall experience, the staff is very friendly and on top of things. We ordered takeout, but the online ordering site didn't give us a confirmation of our order. A quick call to the restaurant confirmed that everything was received and already in process. In terms of the food, the wood ear mushrooms and tofu skins was a clear winner. The broccoli was fine, but I would have preferred Chinese broccoli or watercress if they were available. The five spiced eggplant was fine: steamed to a custard-like level of softness, then paired with a salty sauce and served cold. The dan dan noodles were probably best suited for a dine-in experience and didn't really travel well. My partner tells me that the stuffed pork buns were good, but the solid piece of pork in the center was less optimal than something shredded or thinned out with some vegetable matter. All told, this was a good experience. The vegetarian appetizers were good but not exceptional. The various noodle and bun dishes were very nicely crafted. The hand made noodles were a particularly nice touch, with a lot more flavor and texture than I would have ever expected. If I have any requests, it would be for more vegetable centric noodle options.

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.
