The chair on which I sat.

This restaurant is not clean. Our soup was served just slightly warm which concerns me. It was definitely not a safe temperature. We stood at the table because it was so dirty we revised to sit down. Should have left at that point but we were too tired. See photos of the chair I sat in. It will be obvious that a good thorough cleaning is needed. Our meals were not bad.

My food was so good! The service was absolutely amazing. I made new best friends. Their names are Aiden and Marcus they were just amazing. I feel kinda bad tho cus we were pretty annoying but over all we had a fun time. We made great vibes. They also gave my friend a bag of the chocolates.

Veterans Day lunch treat. Ty. We also purchased take home specials as well to go. "OG" is a great place for the entire family with various preferences and for those on a budget. They also have lunch specials that are significantly cheaper than dinner pricing to note. We love ordering the bottomless soups and the salad however... ...the star of the show is a side order of Alfredo dipping sauce for their famous breadsticks. Yum! We don't want the breadsticks anymore unless we have a side of Alfredo now, period .

It was alright. The steak had way to much pepper, 40 minute wait for our food, but the breadsticks were good

This Olive Garden is one of my mom-in-law's favorite restaurants. She often orders takeout food from here. This past weekend, she ordered dinner for our family, and the food was ready for pickup on time. Here are my ratings for the foods: Chicken parmigiana - 5 stars - This chicken was crispy rather than soggy--yay! It was topped with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I enjoyed the flavor very much. On the side was spaghetti that was cooked nicely and had the right amount of sauce. Salad - 4 stars - Whenever I eat inside an Olive Garden, I usually rate the salad as 5 stars, but I deducted one star this time, because the salad did not contain as much cheese and vegetables as usual. Bread stick - 3 stars - This bread stick was cold and squished flat. I did not feel like eating it. Donuts - 5 stars - These donuts were baked nicely, had a wonderfully sweet flavor, and were accompanied by a tasty raspberry sauce.

We ordered takeout for my Mom's bday today. I was very happy that they offer family style pans of several options. We ordered the chicken parm, cheese ravioli, salad and breadsticks. I loved that you could order everything online without speaking to someone. I placed the order last night and chose a pickup option for today. When you arrive you check in via the text they send you with the number parking spot you are in. Shortly after I checked in, a girl came out with all our food. It was so easy! When we got home and unpacked everything I was pleasantly surprised to see there were serving utensils provided for us. There was plenty of food and everyone was very satisfied. I definitely will be ordering again in the future. Great for large parties!

I ordered to go with friends and their food was all hot. My lasagna was cold and the cheese wasn't even gooey, I had to microwave it. My chicken soup didn't have many gnocchi in it either. Everyone's bread sticks were cold and hard. We were at pick up on time and only had a few minutes to drive from the location. I would be more understanding if we were late or had a far drive or even hit traffic. I just don't feel like we got fresh bread sticks and maybe my lasagna was the first they made so it just sat while they prepared the rest of the orders (3). Staff were very fast and friendly and flavor was good on everything. I just feel like I got the short end of the stick out of the group.

Fettuccine Alfredo- AMAZING it is so creamy and cheesy

Overall fine. Like it's an Olive Garden what did you expect. I really enjoyed my time there, but our waitress in training was having a breakdown. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and it was honestly amazing. Along with that I just got some breadsticks which were kinda mid. The place was kinda dark and empty, but I would go back.

A new shrimp appetizer that I can't pronounce the name an Zuppa Soup..yum!

I have to say this was the best experience we have had at Olive Garden. It has literally been years. Mostly because the last few times were just terrible experiences. I do love the Zuppa Soup so much though. Francis was our waiter and he was just fantastic. We sat at a booth in the bar area. This also worked out perfectly as no screaming children were present, at least not close to us. Unfortunately for other poor souls, I could here one screaming off in the distance. We ordered the unlimited soup and salad. It is and will always be my favorite, with breadsticks of course. Along with an appetizer called Shrimp Fritto Misto. It was amazing. Francis was attentive, friendly and just great. I wish he could by my server everytime. Good and friendly staff goes along way. Considering this is chain, I am thankful we stopped that evening for dinner. It was surprisingly fabulous.

Good deal for cheap filling food. Not authentic Italian by any means, but it's fine. This is a pretty well kept Olive Garden. Nice employees, although we did have to wait a while to get the waitress's attention. Got the minestrone soup, calamari, chicken Alfredo, shrimp scampi, Sicilian cheesecake, and zeppole with chocolate dipping sauce. Bread sticks where semi warm and salty. A bit hard, too. Calamari was not properly crispy and the sauces were mediocre. I've had better calamari at many other locations. I really enjoyed the minestrone, though. Lots of vegetables, beans, and even some noodles, too. It's unlimited savings if you order an entree. The soups are all quite salty so keep that in mind. My shrimp scampi was decent. Nothing outstanding but not bad. Had a fair amount of vegetables, too little garlic, but large shrimp. The chicken Alfredo portion was far larger than the shrimp scampi. It was quite plain, buttery, and the sauce was not well mixed. The chicken tasted like it came out of a frozen package. Don't know why people praise this dish. Finally, the desserts were the saving grace. I thoroughly enjoyed the Sicilian cheesecake with strawberries. It was a bit airy and had a whipped consistency. Not too sweet either. The zeppoles came in a large portion with a chocolate sauce. They were still warm, had lots of powdered sugar, and had a fantastic flavor+texture. Good portion too (8). Still, they are overpriced for fried dough. I've had their Tiramisu before, too, and it wasn't stellar but not bad. Most of the food here is forgettable.

The one thing I wish is that they had a salad size between the kids portion and the regular. Because the kids isn't quite enough and the adult always seems to be too much. I love that you can add basically unlimited toppings when you create your own salad. The only limitations are proteins and cheese. I've made some strange combinations, but they ended up being delicious. I also love that they mix the salad together for you (if you want that) so your dressing is nice and spread out throughout the entire salad. Their burgers are also delicious. They have some that are ready-made creations or you can build your own as well. the one downside is that it seems whenever you order a burger or fries it takes forever. Even when I've ordered online in advance the items from the back seem to take quite a bit of time. They are worth the wait, though!

There was one day that I think they must have been having an off night because everyone seemed crazy stressed and very short with us when questions were asked. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the side salad was. It was a great balance/mix of ingredients with delicious dressing. My main entree (Strozzapretti) was tasty but a bit seemed like there was a bit too much grease/oil or something that made the dish seem heavier than it needed to be. In general, a tasty place but could improve if service was more consistent.

Circling the small parking lot looking for your spot, reminiscing on the alumni sports team photos on the walls, and doing the twist in the entryway to navigate your way to your takeout, Gateway Grill is not much... but the food is usually fire!!! The pizza slices have big bubbling crusts with pepperoni so rustic cut that you will wonder if they accidentally gave you the whole piece... over and over again. Don't sleep on their meatball pizza. Because you will have basically full size meatballs for every slice... and they are delightful. We had family in and bought a large order - and we opted to try their sandwiches. The Chuck Roast sandwich and Turkey Rachel both sounded delicious... and Gateway Grill does have fresh smoked meats too! Takeout is a trip. In a full restaurant, you have to kinda stand in the way at the front counter and flag down someone to grab your order. But they definitely do a lot of to-go pizzas so you'll be able to handle it. Unfortunately, with their current to-go containers, the sandwiches ended up being sopping wet with condensation... the bottom toasted bread on both was basically dripping instead of crunchy. The fries had lost all texture too- air fryer to the rescue. I'd still recommend going - just stick to only pizza when ordering takeout until they find a way to ensure quality of other options.

My wedding soup and my husband's French onion soup were delicious. The wedding soup was loaded with meatballs and chicken. My husband has a thing for French onion soup and tries it every chance he gets. He said this may have been the best ever. We split a Reuben sandwich and upgraded to onion rings. The waitress brought us each a half portion so we didn't have to divide it ourselves, which was nice. There was plenty of meat on the sandwich, making it acceptable, not great but good enough. Onion rings were very good. Dessert sounded tempting, a cherry crème brûlée. It was okay, kind of like cherry jello with a sugar crust on top. A bit disappointing to say the least. Our waitress was on top of filling the water glasses and was very nice. Now for the bad news and why I'm only giving 3 stars. I went to the ladies room before eating and there was no hot water to wash my hands. I asked my husband if the men's room had hot water and he said no. We both let it run but it never got hot, not even warm. Then I noticed (after drinking several glasses of water unfortunately) that there was a crack in my water glass. I mentioned it to my husband and he said, "you should see the chips in the glass tabletop over her on my side". I get it that wear and tear happens, but these things should be caught before serving guests. And as far as the hot water...how do servers and kitchen workers properly clean their hands after using the toilet without hot water? So the food is fairly solid and reasonably priced. But be on the lookout for chipped glassware and table tops. And use your own hand sanitizer if you have it!
