I really like the layout of this Panera location. The front is more spread out with a fireplace and the back is a little narrower with a nook-like long booth - perfect for introverts like me who enjoy their Panera meals alone in peace! I got a parfait recently and the employee putting it together really took the time to mix in all the ingredients and make it all look nice for me. It tasted delicious too! A family at the neighboring table couldn't help but ask what it was because it looked so tasty. The staff here is gracious and phenomenal. While I was eating and working on my laptop, one of the workers passed by and asked if I needed a glass of water or anything else to make me more comfortable. She also wished me luck in my classes, which was super thoughtful :) I noticed that the staff made a small error with one customer's meal, but they fully owned it and offered her a pastry for the inconvenience. I was impressed! All in all, saying this is a great establishment (and kept very clean too, by the way) is an understatement. I just love it!

Half Cuban sandwich and mac and cheese

It's been a long time since I've been to any Panera Bread location. We received a gift card over a year ago and finally decided to go. I placed an order for pickup and left my house at the same time. My order was ready before the pickup time given. After I got back home, everything in the order was correct. I ordered half a Cuban sandwich and macaroni and cheese, with French baguette as the side. The macaroni and cheese is to die for! It's now one of my favorites. And I'm picky about my mac. It was very flavorful and creamy. I'll be back just for this. The sandwich was slightly better than average but definetly could have used more meat. The bauguette was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'll get the full sized macaroni and cheese next time!

This was my first time eating IN a restaurant since February. I met a friend for breakfast here. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I got the steel cut oatmeal and an Early Gray tea. Everything came out as requested and quickly. I really never go on this side of town, but if I ever am again, I'd definitely stop into this Panera location.

Love me some Panera! This location is one of my most visited! The employees are always great and has fast service. At my visit this nice young man even gave over and took our plates when we were done! They are never out of any items and always a good experience. Highly recommend this location!

I went here to enjoy a day out while still sticking to my 'diet'. My boyfriend and I both chose the (full) Greek Salad w/ Chicken. We had the choice of a side: hunk of baguette, apple, or kettle cooked potato chips. Not the best sides for one on a low carb diet so we left the chips for the next customer. The salads were fresh and delicious, with a nice amount of dressing, not too much or too little. I did notice that they either got rid of the pickled onions or didn't have any this day, because I got normal sliced red onion. Also, a couple pieces of our chicken were actually frozen in the middle (they were fully cooked and everything, just literally frozen) which was off-putting but we just ate around them until they thawed out a little bit lol! Although clearly fully cooked and frozen from a bag, their chicken is always delicious and seasoned nicely. My boyfriend tested out most of the teas- he really liked the green tea w/ mango and stuck with that one for his meal. I think $8 for a salad is a bit high for fast-casual but in my opinion, it has a restaurant quality and portion size to it and also it comes with your choice of a side, so I am just fine paying that amount to be able to treat myself to a nice fresh healthy lunch.

Before I woke up this morning my wife ordered food for us. She loves Panera and I also enjoy the taste of the food. However, 90% of the time my food is seriously lacking. Today she ordered me a smokehouse chicken sandwich and a Carmel iced latte. When it arrived I first tried the latte. It was really, really good. Then I grabbed my sandwich and sat down to eat. This is where the problem I have with Panera always comes in to play. My sandwich has almost nothing on it. The bread is normal size but there may be 1oz of chicken on it. I didn't think of reviewing until after I had finished and then made myself eggs (because I was still very hungry) or I would have taken a picture. I am including a picture taken directly off of a Yelp ad of what my sandwich was supposed to look like. Please understand that in this picture you can see more than double the amount of chicken than what i received. Everytime we have Panera (my wife always brings me or orders for me) I am left still hungry and feeling like we didn't even receive half of what we paid for. Needless to say, I am 100% disappointed in my breakfast this morning. There wasn't enough chicken to feed an infant. Is that how the employees are trained to make your food or am I just always unlucky and get food that wasn't made properly?

    I hadn't eaten a bite yet. This cost $7.00

What do I love about Panera? The food is prepared fresh, they use whole foods, and their chicken is raised without antibiotics. That's awesome! I can't wait until more restaurants start following suit. What do I really, really, not love? The prices and lately, the portions. Prices are going up while sizes, particularly of their salads, are decreasing-and that's the chain, not just this location. Today I got a cup of soup and a full size greens salad. I didn't go for the pick 2 because I never feel full after going the soup and salad route there. I thought if I got a full salad instead, that would fix this issue, right? No. My salad didn't come close to filling the bowl. I paid $12+ for my meal, no drink, nothing but the soup and salad. So the tiny greens salad-which is the cheapest one on the menu and the most plain, without any meat or ANYTHING but greens, a couple slices of red onions, and dressing-cost nearly $7.00. That's crazy. All they have to do to improve the salads is just add more lettuce/greens. Even when I'm ordering a specialty salad, I don't want or expect more chicken/nuts/etc. Just please. Please help the salad to not look completely pathetic. I like Panera, I'll keep going for the food, but I'm staying away from their salads for good. My wallet hurts looking at what cost $7.00 when it would be less than $1.00 for me to throw together at home...any maybe then I'd actually be full after.

We ordered Panera catering "Assorted breakfast sandwiches" for a safety meeting at work and it was quite a treat. The sandwiches were delivered warm and were quite delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and each sandwich was individually wrapped. I really liked the steak egg and cheese.. it was da bomb baby! Thanks Panera.

Me and couple of gals from work went to try this location. Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup with steak and arugula sandwich. The soup and the sandwich tasted pretty good as well as the service but is really bugged me how the place was dirty and no attention was given to clean up after some customers and it was just a mess. We couldn't find a clean table to sit so we had to clean our own table . Did not enjoy eating in dirt like that

    Best sandwiches on American soil!

With Pittsburgh's lack of Bagel places, Panera fits the bill perfectly. Asiago Cheese bagels are some of the best i've ever eaten. Try toasting them under the broiler then rubbing them with a little raw garlic and dip into a good extra virgin olive oil. Great soups and sandwiches. Good people at the counter!

They have a series of vegetarian appetizers, but that's not their focus. In terms of the overall experience, the staff is very friendly and on top of things. We ordered takeout, but the online ordering site didn't give us a confirmation of our order. A quick call to the restaurant confirmed that everything was received and already in process. In terms of the food, the wood ear mushrooms and tofu skins was a clear winner. The broccoli was fine, but I would have preferred Chinese broccoli or watercress if they were available. The five spiced eggplant was fine: steamed to a custard-like level of softness, then paired with a salty sauce and served cold. The dan dan noodles were probably best suited for a dine-in experience and didn't really travel well. My partner tells me that the stuffed pork buns were good, but the solid piece of pork in the center was less optimal than something shredded or thinned out with some vegetable matter. All told, this was a good experience. The vegetarian appetizers were good but not exceptional. The various noodle and bun dishes were very nicely crafted. The hand made noodles were a particularly nice touch, with a lot more flavor and texture than I would have ever expected. If I have any requests, it would be for more vegetable centric noodle options.

I wouldn't really call this a supper club to be honest but the place definitely carries a house music bar vibe and the back bar area and seating is very dimly lit, perfect for cozying up and enjoying a drink late night. The ladies' room was so dark, I mistook it for a storage area because I could only make out a white ladder in the corner that was being used as cute shelving. The place is seat yourself. Our waiter was not super friendly and didn't offer to give us napkins or anything when our wobbly table caused our drinks to splash all over the place. The cook served our chicken with a big smile and happy interaction and we really loved his personality. The bartender also stopped by to bus our table and he was very pleasant as well. We enjoyed the perfectly fried small plate cauliflower with the plum sauce and the fried cheese/garlic wonton bites with the sriracha mayo spicy dipping sauce. The fried chicken breast on the large plate was slightly overcooked with a maple gochuchang sauce that was very bland. We were so thankful that the large plate fried chicken came with a side salad to offer some respite from the heaviness of the fried dishes. It would have been great to have some side acidic or fresh vegetable options like Kimchi or something. Maybe we tried the wrong dishes and there are other not fried things that are delicious? The dirty martini cocktail was just so-so, not really much flavor at all, but the mojito was very good and refreshing. It's probably a good late-night place for a bite and drink.
