Oh tongave wonderful vegan options like this at home! The entire menu is vegan. The spring rolls are huge with great textures and flavor. She had a very flavorful smash burger. She was very happy with her choice. I think a second patty would give more flavor and the meaty feel Inlike when I hiteninto a burger. I had a great Reuben. The sauerkraut to meat ratio was off a little, the cheese could be more gooey. However, it is a wonderful bite. Again flavors and textures made my mouth happy and my stomach full. I had the pleasure of dining here with my husband and in-laws after a visit to Nana. This place was definitely worth the stop. It is in downtown Harper's Ferry, a former home renovated to be a charming restaurant. The menu is large and has plenty of options to shit what ever your craving may be. My group enjoyed the spring rolls, seitan philly, nachos, and brat. Everything came out quickly and with substantial portions. My in-laws are not vegan but still enjoyed their meal, noting that the consistency and flavor of the brat and cheese on the nachos were good. If you can't sit inside, there are a fair amount of patio sets in the front grassy area to dine. I didn't try any sweets, but saw individually wrapped cookies and cupcakes neartly lined near the register and on a shelf next to it. I would certainly eat here again. read more

I've always eaten veggies but I've recently changed my diet to include even more. I've never been particularly impressed by vegan food but Kelley Farm Kitchen was excellent! ALaura took our order and helped out since it was our first time. I got a in-house made veggie burger on salad, without a bun. We got our food to go since it was getting late and ate it 2 hours later, when we made it to our hotel. The food was tasty, fresh, well seasoned, colorful and delicious. We popped into this vegan restaurant during a weekend visit to Harper's Ferry. There are about 4 tables in the restaurant and a nice outdoor seating area to the left of the restaurant entrance. You may place your order either at the kiosk on the porch or inside with the cashier. The benefit of using the kiosk is that there are photos for each menu item. I'm a visual gal so it appreciate that aspect. The food came out less than 10 minutes after ordering. Pinto & Avo Tacos ($15) - incredibly savory and satisfying! The creamy beans and avocado went to swell with the other crunchy elements of carrot and cabbage. The flour tortilla was warm and fluffy as well. Garlic-Onion Burger ($16) - Loved the aromatic toppings. Accompanied by kettle cooked chips and chili. Vanilla Oat Soft Serve - it wasn't super smooth, tiny ice crystals throughout. The vanilla had a similar flavor profile as McDonald's (not a ding! I love McDonald's soft serve!). It was refreshing but lacked the something "special". This is a small yet mighty gem of a restaurant in Harpers Ferry. My first ever meal was a Rueben. Vegan Rueben's are hard to come by and when you crave one there is no easy substitution. I'm editing this review because the service was rated high, until the owner responded to me below calling me an Idiot. So now the service officially sucks and this is confirmed an establishment that is not as genuine as it appears. Team my original review below. In all fairness, my wife took me here without telling me it's vegan, so I will make sure this review is unbiased. If I had managed my expectations, I could have ordered something better. But because I didn't know it was vegan, I ordered the shawarma--coincidentally, my favorite food. Where I come from, shawarma has a maximum of three very specific ingredients: chicken, garlic, and pickles. That's it! We are already having a problem with people trying to remake shawarma by adding lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to it. And now here you have these guys advertising "shawarma" for something that has absolutely nothing to do with shawarma. It's a bootleg of a bootleg. This "shawarma" is essentially crispy mushroom, with cabbage greens, mayo, and tomatoes on a Greek pita. It's not even close to what a shawarma is. A Greek pita has nothing to do with shawarma! The problem is that some of these places try to be so considerate and inclusive in a way that ends up insulting cultures. You can't call this a shawarma and expect Syrians like myself to sit back and accept it. Shawarma is one of Syria's most authentic dishes, and this place stripped it of its authenticity because they think it's inclusive. It's culture hijacking, and it must be stopped. It's not inclusive; it's insulting. As a fellow Syrian--and keep in mind that Syria is one of the most original and authentic shawarma countries--I demand that you remove this word from your menu entirely. It does not belong on a vegan menu. And then the chef comes out of the restaurant, with all this audacity, talking to customers and saying, "You should have tried the shawarma--it's amazing." No, it's not. And you need to stop calling it shawarma. It's very provoking and misleading. Please look at the photo of this sandwich anyone who knows shawarma will be insulted to see this sandwich labelled Sahwarma! read more

We are neither vegans nor vegetarians. We tried a ramen(not a 'ramen'), a burger, and summee roll. To me,I think the food tastes decent but overpriced. summer rolls's filling are mainly julienne vegs,small piece of avocado,radish. no pretty beets. No house made sauce. Chips comes w the burger, not sure if they are made by them or out of chips bags.For the price,it should come w fries at least. It would be nice if they offer house made veggies or black beans patties. Ramen is more like pho,because it is rice noodle. I kinda wanna come back and try each and everything. I probably would if I lived in town. Hubs had the impossible burger, which is always the best choice for authentic burgers, IMO! This restaurant is located in historic Harper's Ferry!! This town has some European charm, and this took me back to Germany/Luxborg/Switzerland. If you are visiting this town, a perfect plan would be to stop by here first, park near the restaurant (parking is free) and the walk down to the town. The food was amazing and tried ingredients that are usually incorporated in tropical countries. One example is jack fruit!! Probably most of them here don't even know what that is. My son was angry that he couldn't try the Nachos. We were traveling and didn't want much leftovers and wanted to try a few dishes. So we went with a firecracker chicken sandwich, Maryland jack and creamy coconut Ramen. The sandwiches just melted like butter and the ramen was rich with spices tingling your palate and tongue. A regular local who is down there almost every weekend but was doing a pick up recommended a great spot to sit, which is on the patio right by the door. This is a great place if you love the morning sun. You cannot be wrong when you are rated 4.8 on Yelp and 4.9 on Google. I strongly recommend it! read more

Not sure why this place got such high reviews. Service wasn't great, I thought the cashier wasn't very friendly. Location, it's about a mile uphill from the town of Harpers Ferry so the location isn't very convenient. You either have a long walk ahead of you or a short drive. Seating is very limited on the inside and it feels very crowded when you're ordering. They have outdoor seating with one heat lamp. I can't imagine eating outside during winter. And the heater wasn't working that well. They have 1 table that seats 4 on their patio. As for the food, prices are too high for what you get. I ordered their curry kimchi ramen bowl and did not like it. Who puts lettuce in ramen, plus the noodle texture was not appetizing and it was not hot or spicy, I asked for medium and it was very bland. My daughter ordered their Italian hoagie and there was barely any meat in it. The other girls ordered chicken sandwiches and they enjoyed them, but my overall experience here was not pleasant. They do not have flush toilets on site either, just a port a potty. This place is probably better for take out instead of dining in. read more

We stopped by specifically for the soft serve oat milk ice cream. 3 out of 4 of us really enjoy oat milk based products, and this is the first time we've really seen oat milk ice cream being sold (ice cream at grocery stores excluded). OAT MILK ICE CREAM (4 OZ.) - 5 +0.25 for crushed oreos as a topping. The ice cream was on the smaller side, but it was extremely creamy with a great consistency. I got the vanilla soft serve and you can definitely tell it's a dairy-free base. Overall, we enjoyed our soft serves and would definitely recommend giving it a try. MAC & CHEESE (16 OZ.) - 9 They also have an 8 oz. option! I am a huge fan of mac & cheese, so I was curious how Kelley Farm Kitchen could make it vegan. The rigatoni pasta was more of a turmeric shade (maybe that's what they used to color it?) and it still had a creamy consistency that I enjoyed. It doesn't taste like cheese (only the texture was similar) or look like cheese, but it was still pretty good for what it was. I enjoyed it! I ordered the Fire Cracker Chick'n Sandwich and the sauce, *chef's kiss* I also ordered a side of Mac and Cheese, but it was okay. Crafting vegan mac and cheese is hard, but this was a serious good attempt! The bread on the burger was very brittle, but it didn't take it so much for the delicious cuisine experience. The vibes are imacculate. We often think that summer is a quintessential experience filled with ice cream melting off of a cone. But no, rather it is the siracha aoli melting in hands, melting on your mouth, not being bothered for having a messy meal, but it devouring such delicious flavors is worth such costs.
