I love Panera, go there quite often, unfortunately rapid pickup parking is hardly ever available, if you call to have someone bring you your food out( which they will) they never answer. When I went in and picked up my food after driving around in circles the manager couldn't even take a second to stop looking at the computer screen behind the counter where the food is made to pay attention to what I was telling him. Usually go to Panera before work and put in my standard order of coffee along with an additional item to share with my coworkers. When I arrived, I was notified, by the manager I presume, that my pastry order, the scone pack, was unavailable and they had a refund and replacement. I tried the rapid order online and when I got there 10 minutes after I ordered, they had the order ready to go! I had trouble with the tea a little, they were out of a few and out of hot water but after I asked them to fill it up, they did it within 6 minutes so they're super busy but efficient! I haven't ordered food from Panera in about two years; and boy have the prices gone up! Literally, a cup of turkey chili soup, that comes with a French baguette, and a medium drink came out to $9! Everything was delicious, especially the baguette, but way overpriced for the amount. I will not be ordering anything but coffee and a bagel from Panera. read more

AGAIN, I still love Panera's food BUT they cannot get the online orders straight to save their lives. My husband and I order from Panera 3 to 4 times a week and inevitably one or two times the order is NOT correct. And that's irritating. Today's strawberry poppyseed salad had three pieces of strawberries, TWO blueberries, and TWO small pieces of pineapple. And for this I paid $9.49...for a bowl of lettuce? As we spend about $200 a month at this particular Panera, we ask that they pull it together...otherwise, we will go back to CPK and give them our money like we used to do. Make me happy with my purchases next week and I will edit my review...but until then, we are pretty unhappy with your abilities to make a salad correctly. read more

The food is mediocre, overpriced, and the service is terrible. They take too long to make a sandwich, and they consistently forget to deliver my drinks--or they just get my order wrong altogether. I tried to call customer service to speak to a manager, but no one picks up the phone. Understand that if they get your order wrong, or items are missing from the order, there is no way to get a refund from the website or by calling the local business phone number. Came here the other day for breakfast. I love that they give you little rewards for coming in basically. I ordered the power quinoa oatmeal and a tea. Simple enough right? A few bites in, I taste a bit of chive or like oniony taste. This is in oatmeal! Then I notice there's a bit of great on inside, bottom of the bowl. Did I mention I'm having oatmeal? Came in with a coworker on our lunch break, the employee that took our orders seriously lacked on his customer service. No "hi, how are you" or at least a smile. I wish I looked at his name tag (older gentleman and bald) but I didn't. Not only was his service horrible, he also charged me for the wrong drink. He said I would have to get back in line so he could fix it, it was lunch hour, so no, I was not going to stand in that long ass line so you can fix your mistake. i actually read up on the place before i went-as i heard about one of thier offererings over the radio that caught my interest- it was the cuban chicken pannini & also i had passed by it after going to the movies - i had thought it was strictly a bakery??. well the ambiance was good..it felt like a coffee house as the music was smooth jazz, everywhere were people with lap tops, net books -funny no i pad?/(free wi-fi) they must have just left (smile..) the service was freindly-quick (& cute!) the sandwhich was was tasty & plentiful although i thought pricey...the sandwhich & apple with a smoothie was 12 bucks!!-oh well live a little right??/ i recommend to check the place out & the menu offers a ton to choose from! read more

I was extremely disappointed to see my bread bowl only a quarter of the way filled, but now I am thanking God since that is the only thing my wife and i both ate. The food here is good but expensive. The service is not so great. But today I tried to call to see if they had sour dough bread. I tried four different selections offered from their main menu and... got cut off each time. So I drove there and... NO SOUR DOUGH bread! I spoke to the manager complaining about the phone service. Even the option of phoning in an order resulted in no human coming to the phone! His response was, "Im sorry!" The restaurant was NOT busy so .... I have no idea why no one answered the phones. This manager was told that I had called four times. He knew I drove there and was irritated both with the lousy phone system and that I could not get the bread I drove there for. He offered nothing other than the weak apology. I will be calling the corporate office to complain about his lack of appropriate response and the phone system. I used to come here all the time for coffee and the Mediterranean e.g. white sandwich. Today the sandwich was really quite terrible. Bread was soggy and there was two small pieces of tomatoes and spinach. unfortunately the place was also a bit if a mess. it was really crowded but every free table was still dirty. Came here for a late lunch and it wasn't too busy. I've only been to Panera once in a different location but I wasn't expecting anything different. I ordered a thai chicken salad in a half size. Flavor was okay and it was very filling. I had ordered my meal to go but apparently the server listed it as a dine in. I didn't realize it until another server asked if it would be okay that they just packed the prepared salad. They even offered me a pastry of my choice for my troubles which I gladly took. Service from some servers was great and the food was as expected, it was okay. Awesome Panera Bread location! The service is very attentive and friendly. They also have electronic kiosks now to check-out quicker when you don't want to wait in line, and pay with card. The lady who helped me was very nice, she even gave my boyfriend and I free fountain drinks! You also get a free cookie, if you order from the kiosk. The food is also very good, just like any other Panera Bread location. Will definitely be coming back. read more

We all love panera and we all expect exception customer service. Well this particular store could use customer service training again. Long line when you walk in, only two people taking orders. They finally suggest people start using the kiosk but really don't provide them assistance. Then it seems if you want a drink then you have to order it at the cashier. So next they don't serve soup before 930 but if it's still 923 they won't even put it in unless you get manager approval. I spoke to the manager and he said he would address the issue. He is friendly and I have confidence that he will handle this. read more

Service here just keeps getting worse. I just had dinner here and when I ordered I informed them that the tea and lemonade were empty. I had ate my meal and told 2 more staff members and a half hour later they added more. By this time I had already ate my meal and had water. The two stars is for this location only and not Panera in general. We went on a Sunday, around 5pm. It wasn't too busy, yet the restaurant and bathrooms were filthy. They were out of the Broccoli Cheddar soup, my reason for going there! So I opted for sandwich and salad. Sandwich was just okay, I've had better at the location unusually go to. Salad was good, all though I did have to get extra dressing as there was barely any on my salad. The area by the soda machine was filthy as well, and there was a huge puddle in front of the machine. Its ridiculous that it is 9:45am, there are very few bagels left. There are 6 blueberry bagels, we order one toasted. 32 minutes later and we are told that there are no more blueberry bagels. I just left mad again. It seems like their customer service goes lower every single time I visit. I ordered my bagels from their little kiosk since there was a line and the only woman working the register said the kiosk was available if you were paying with a card. Placing my order at the kiosk was very easy and I thought things were looking up for Panera. WRONG. While I was standing on the side waiting for my order the person at the register asked if I had been helped and I explained I placed my order at the kiosk and she then continued helping other customers. After seeing other customers come and go I spoke up and said I guess it would have been quicker if I waited in line. Finally she said if I ordered at the kiosk my order would be available at the take out. Since they called the name of the man that placed his order at the kiosk also I assumed they would call out my name too. Then after waiting an extra long time for my order my bagels weren't even sliced. Epic fail for Panera again. read more

This is the most disorganized, horrible Panara I have ever been to. The new person at the counter could not figure out how to take an order and the manager standing next to her just kept helping people in her line. Five people went through the other line while I stood there waiting. This is the second time this happened. It took us 15 minutes to give our order. Then our order was wrong. We asked them to heat the sandwich and they said no. They said they would remake it but not heat it up. I love Panara's food, I just wish this store would straighten up their act.
