Please check your orders before you leave. I really like Panera but have been very disappointed lately with their lack of responsibility on the quality and missing food items at this location. I usually do rapid pick up and they always have someones name on who "checked" the order for accuracy but that seems to be false. in the last few months I've had to complain twice to a manager about missing food items or not getting the order correctly. The most recent one happened this weekend. I asked for the food to be ready by 8:35pm which it was. I ordered a large chicken noodle soup with a side of baguette, a full sandwich w/ a side of baguette and the half and half also with a side of baguette. 1) all 3 baguettes were missing and 2) I had two spoons of noodle pieces and the rest broth. By the time I got gone it was 9pm and they were closed. I was able to speak with manager the following day who advised he could refund the chicken noodle soup but the side of bread was not considered a charge it just came with the order so he couldn't refund me. After explaining my dissatisfaction and not be ok with just the refund of the soup they agreed to refund me 0.99 per bread but the manager also said this would be the only time he couldn't do it. As stated before this isn't the first time an order was done incorrectly and the first time I complained there was another customer complaining her catering order was wrong. Panera your food is great, please do something with this location on accuracy of your orders. It would be greatly appreciated instead of having to justify what type of refund I would need. read more

I love Panera, and this location is exceptional. Every experience I've had here has been extremely positive, with efficient and friendly service. One time I ordered online and when I came to pick it up, they were out of my soup so I decided to wait a little bit for them to remake it. I didn't make a stink or mind waiting, but the manager still gave me a free large drink for the inconvenience. Their recent upgrades to their system make ordering extremely fast, even if the line is at the door. read more

Every time I've done rapid pick up at this location I still have to come in & wait 20mins. No one knows what is going on & no ones communicating with each other. I'm currently waiting for my food at 8:41am it was supposed to be ready at 8:25am. read more

I love Panera Bread food! I love the bread, bagels (which my boss thinks is the only way to start a staff meeting), and the soup/sandwich combos for lunch. I wish the price was a little cheaper, but this is still the best French Onion soup that I've ever had. If I am ever at dinner somewhere else and see that they offer French Onion soup, I just wish that I was at Panera Bread. I love it so much, that I don't even care that my husband says he won't kiss me because of the onion breath :) read more

ALWAYS out of the soufflé!!! Doesn't matter which Panera you go to, there's always an EXCUSE as to why they don't have the soufflé! This is a top seller. Every cashier says the same thing, "I don't know why management doesn't make more. They know we run out." If your cashiers know you have demand that you are not meeting, then management is not doing its job and Panera is losing money. But, more importantly, you are losing business. We walk out every time this happens. It's a known issue that Panera refuses to correct. Why give them business if this is how Panera treats its customers. We don't like to be ignored. Management: talk to your staff, figure out what your sales are and what you are running low on and do a proper inventory and food plan to meet those needs. Cashiers should track every time an item is requested and the order cannot be fulfilled. Get it together Panera! read more

I placed an online order for the second time at this location because I only have a short lunch period of 30 minutes. BOTH times I ordered the BLT Turkey Roasted Avocado Sandwich & BOTH orders were wrong, I let the first one slide because I understand mistakes happen. TODAY I ordered the same sandwich & TURKEY was missing from my sandwich & the avocado was hard the lining of the avocado seed was still stuck to the avocado & still whole. Unfortunately, I could not drive back to the store to fix it because my lunch minutes to drive & pick it up were exhausted. I tried calling & the girl who answered was extremely rude & said "You do understand you're calling at our busiest time of day, could you call us back later". This is unacceptable customer service. I still asked to speak to a Manager, she grunted & placed me on hold, I was placed on hold for over 13 minutes and still NO manager. I would recommend this store get trained by the better professional Panera staff at the Menifee Store location. I finally hung up & decided to YELP it. read more

So disappointed in this Panera.. the last three times I've been here they either got my order wrong, forgot part of my order or ran out of something in my order. This was all in a span of 2.5 weeks... that's not even to top off how minuscule their portions have become from when they first started out.. pretty sad.. first time around I asked for a dozen bagels and specified which bagels I wanted in the pack.. 4/12 bagels were totally wrong.. second I went in on my own.. asked for an Asiago bagel sliced toasted with a plain cream cheese.. got a cinnamon crunch bagel sliced , cold and no cream cheese... then I went back and order 14 pastries 2 of which were cheese danishes.. walked away with 2 cherry danishes and no cheese danishes.. my final irritation with this establishment was going in for a large mobile order and adding a iced latte with vanilla... (vanilla syrup is an option when ordering online)... I was told they didn't have lattes that morning so I was charged for a coffee instead.. when I asked for some vanilla syrup for my iced coffee I was told they don't carry that at all.. so why the hell is it on the menu?!?! I'm just so over this Panera after giving them almost weekly business for our corporate meetings I'm finally throwing in the towel.. save your money.. go to a different Panera or elsewhere all together... read more

I wanna start by saying Thank you to Shannon, she was very nice and polite to all my Co-workers. Shannon was on time on delivering all food that was order for a training we had 02/02/2017 at 9am and the food was here exactly at 8:45am and she set up everything for us in a timely manner. Thank You to all the Panera team on getting our order ready so quickly and sending a great person to deliver the food and the food was great an fresh. The only thing I didn't like so much was that the cream cheese wasn't included with the Bakers Dozen, but over all everything was great. read more

My wife and I went to Panera for lunch today. She ordered a half sandwich and a half salad. I ordered a whole sandwich and a half salad. We bot got drinks and she got an oatmeal cookie. I've eaten at a lot of Paneras and this one isn't that great. I ordered my usual modern Greek and the vinaigrette wasn't well balanced, it was heavy on the vinegar/onion. I think the dressing contains red onions, at least that was my reasoning for why slivers were found in my bowl. The olives were a little off, not as fresh tasting as I'm used to with under stores. The site has a rapid order pick up spot which is cool because they bring your order to your car. However, there are tables just in front of it so if you are sitting there you get a good dose of exhaust from people driving old cars. The poor lady that they make stand outside greeting the rapid order people. I hope they give her water and sunscreen in Riverside's billion degree heat. I think I'll try the one that just opened across from Tyler next. The one in Redlands is still my fave. Inside was a bit dirty for my liking, but I'm a germaphobe/microphobe. It is a short distance from business, movie theaters and other stores so its convenient. As with any panera, their food is always fresh and tastes great. The workers are knowledgeable and super polite. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was the parking situation. During lunch its a great day when you find parking right away, otherwise expect to drive around looking for a spot or be prepared to walk some. read more

I've been to this Panera several times and I don't know why I keep coming back. The service is horrible! For how expensive it is, you would think at least the service would be good. The lady taking my order didn't even ask me what I wanted as my side, she just assumed. Then when my to go order was ready the person that runs food screamed my name. I stepped up and he reached it over his shoulder and handed it to me without even looking at me or telling me to have a good day. Too bad I won't be back because the food is actually good. Me and the lady go here a lot for rainy days and basically anytime were hungry and have time to kill before a movie or whatever. Always a solid choice for the days when you want a good cup-a-joe and bread. Good service! I'm only giving this particular Panera a 2 star because the food is not bad. I'd prefer to give a 1 star because of the incredibly slow service that has been a consistent annoyance since this location opened. It boggles my mind as to why the line to this Panera is typically all the way back to the door yet they almost always have only 2 (sometimes 1) register operating. I would be more understanding of this issue if they only had 2 registers, but they have SEVEN!! I have been to many other Paneras and never experienced this problem. read more

It's been awhile since I have been to Panera. I loved this place since day one. I got my favorite breakfast sandwich. I was excited because it has been two years since my last one. I take my first bite and there's something wrong. The quality I remember is gone. The cheese does not taste as good as it use to be. As a matter of fact the whole sandwich is off. I move on to my next item and it was not great either. I have to say the customer service was OK at best. I feel that the quality ver price is not worth a second trip. Parking is a big problem here as it can take upwards of 15 minutes to find a spot. As a business person who works on her laptop through lunch I don't want to drag my work bag too far from where I park. Service is great. Lunch is SUPER busy, even harder to find a parking spot or table to sit down. Other than that it's a very large space accommodating a lot of people and has a nice outdoor area to sit. read more

I have been to this Panera too many time to count. Every time I have been I have had a wonderful experience. The broccoli cheddar bread bowl is one of my favorites. They have a great program where you can earn points by registering a My Panera Card. It has a lot of free perks. Stoped at Panera after a hot and sweaty day at the L.A County fair. After resisting all that fair food , we set our heart and tastebuds on a yummy sandwich and soup. 10 minutes after ordering the server preparing our food came outside to tell us that they had ran out of the bread for one of the sandwiches , so after getting the servers favorite bread input she went back inside to prepare our order. After 15 minutes our food came out and she apologized once again for the delay on our order, she asked if she could give us a complimentary pastry of choice. I opted out of offer and my husband was not sure. She stated " If you change your mind on pastry, come up to pickup window and let me know."So my husband decided to go get a complimentary pastry.
