Let me start off by saying that service was fantastic. Absolutely lovely people eager to help early in the morning. The place is clean and has plenty of seating options and parking. Will a Panera bread knock your socks off food wise? No. But you shouldn't expect that. Easy and fast breakfast with friendly service.

This is located in the Safeway parking lot next to their gasoline station and a bank. This Panera is one of the cleanest I have been too. The employees here are always so nice, with a the smile whenever they greet you. I come here for the unlimited coffee and sometimes freshly baked goods or sandwiches. This is where you should go, if you need a workplace, or have school work. The wifi connection is always fast and very reliable! A+ for amenities, food, service, and bathrooms!

Stopped into Panera Bread for dinner last night even though we had every intention of eating at Sourdough and Co. instead. Panera is open until 9pm during the week and we wanted to sit down and eat so we decided on Panera. Staff was friendly upon entering and was very helpful on how to order on their menu kiosk. We ordered the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich, the Grilled Cheese and the Toasted Italiano Sandwich. All of the contents of the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich were falling out each time I took a bite - chicken bites and corn kernels. The flavor was okay - I did get a hint of spice at the end, but overall I wasn't that impressed. My husband liked his sandwich, but my daughter did not like hers and she's a tough critic. The chips were good that came with each of our orders though. Overall, Panera is not my first choice. I've never been a huge fan unless I'm in a pinch (like last night). The inside wasn't the cleanest and there were a couple of homeless people hanging out inside which I thought was odd -- not sure why they allowed them to stay. There was also a worker inside the women's bathroom cleaning it, but when I went to wash my hands, they were completely out of paper towels -- seems like that should be something that they check. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon!

I've always loved Panera. It's consistent, clean, and tastes good. My favorite is their autumn squash soup, which is seasonal. Recently I came here and there was no pumpkin seeds and cream garnishing the soup as it had in the past. Still tasted great. Got half soup half grilled cheese sandwich. That was tasty as well.

My go to sandwich is the smoke house bbq chicken on a ciabatta roll. Ordering was easy through their mobile app. I even got a 30% discount as one of their rewards. I did modify my sandwich by adding extra items but they forgot to. It still tastes good. It was a busy day when I went.

I know Panera has always been pricey, but come on this small container of mac & cheese for eight dollars if you're gonna charge this much at least fill it up!! Not to mention I ordered this and when I got my order, it wasn't included so I ended up having to wait more. Can you imagine my disappointment when I opened the container?

We love our neighborhood Panera. My go to place for soups and salads. We've always had great service. Not a long wait for pick up orders and they will communicate if they are taking longer than usual if they are busy. It does feel like a neighborhood cafe. People are comfortable and are not hurried meeting up with friends, family, business, etc. Truly a third place. Thank you.

This location has really gone downhill. The floor has been sticky or dirty on several occasions. The tables are not always the cleanest. This particular time I went, the cashier was super slow. And it wasn't a slow like she's new and doesn't know what she's doing yet, it was a slow like maybe she was high or something. they got my order wrong twice. And the sandwich that they did get right, is what you see in the picture....Burnt and gross. my broccoli and cheddar soup that is normally thick and creamy, was super watery and bland. Maybe they just had an off night. Idk. I won't be going back to find out.

My husband went to Panera this morning, and arrived before 10:00 am. The only thing I like from here are the baked soufflés...and apparently, so does everyone else. They are NEVER available, no matter how early we get there. They refuse to make more, even though they are so popular and sell out early. Today he was told that they were sold out by 8:30! While he waited for bagels to go, the clock turned 10:30, and the cashier immediately shut down breakfast. Two people had been waiting in line well before then, and were refused any breakfast items. So they left.. Our second choice were bagels, and those were even slim pickings. Only ONE plain bagel left, as well as some sweet types. Panera needs to work on their business strategy & plan. Why are you refusing customers that had been waiting in line to order, even though you still have breakfast items? Why aren't you making enough of your most popular item (baked soufflés), so you aren't sold out by 8:30AM? I have so many questions. I'm done with Panera. The bagels weren't even that good.

    Good time

Panera Bread - Above & Beyond! Just had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Panera Bread--and it's all thanks to Chris behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. You could tell he took pride in his work, and it showed in every detail. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich, and let me tell you--absolute perfection. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and packed with that warm, satisfying comfort you hope for in every bite. Paired that with a giant cinnamon roll (because why not?), and it was honestly the best I've ever had--gooey, soft, just the right sweetness. I grabbed some chips and a large drink to round it out, and everything hit the spot. Chris didn't just serve food--he elevated the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who makes fast-casual dining feel this personal and polished. Panera, give this man a raise. If every visit was like this, I'd never eat anywhere else.

Thanks for putting the avocado not inside my sandwich.
    Joshua L.

This is by far the worst Panera I've been to. Ordered ahead on the mobile app, I showed up 5 minutes late past my pick up time and it still wasn't ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes. I was also watching my name quickly drop from the top of the "your order is coming up" to having six other orders finish before mine despite ordering after me. But it wasn't actually waiting there that got me upset. What upset me was that when I got home to open my sandwich, I see a sandwich half-assed with my avocado not even in the sandwich! If you're going to take additional time, I'd expect all the ingredients to actually be in the sandwich and not on the parchment paper. And then the turkey meat is just a clump of meat, not even spread out. At least at other sandwich places, the employees take the time to break the meat apart and spread it. Slow, sloppy service.

I didn't ask for 6 dressings and pretty disappointed it meant receiving 3 ounces of lettuce and 2 ounces of berries. A lot of places pack dressings on the outside of the container but this is one way to do it.

The location was a bit odd, as there were barely any other businesses nearby. There is street parking that you can pay for. It's a fairly small restaurant. We were were seated pretty quickly. Service was very friendly. I would say that portions were pretty reasonable. Things we ordered: -Pineapple fried rice: Very fragrant with the char and flavorful. Seasoned very well. We opted for mild spice on this. I would order this again. -Chicken pad thai: Done very well! Some places the pad thai is too sweet, but this one was very balanced and had a good tamarind flavor. Medium spicy was a bit on the spicy side, but perfect for me! Would order this again. -Duck larb: Unique, but I couldn't tell it was duck. My partner enjoyed this more than I did. The portion for the larb was on the smaller side and it came with some lettuce, radish, carrots, cucumbers. -Mee kati ground pork: A very unique dish that not many Thai restaurants seem to have, in which it came with noodles, and a variety of toppings like beans sprouts, lettuce, green beans, peanuts, and cilantro. It came with a fermented curry gravy, and it delicious! I would totally order this again. -Green Thai tea: Quite fragrant and not too full on half and half like some other places have it. It's also not as sweet as another local Thai restaurant. I would actually order this again. -Classic Thai tea: Strong Thai tea flavor, also not too sweet. Overall, Hiso was a great Thai/Lao restaurant and I would totally come back and recommend this place!

We also ordered the Tum Luang Pra Bang, green papaya salad with fermented fish sauce. I will say, the execution and the quality of ingredients were superb, I personally couldn't get past the flavor, but my mom, a stronger SEA woman, loved it! The staff was very nice and polite. The ambiance was very cute, gave cafe/small restaurant vibes. I have been in the area for awhile and this place has been a revolving door of restaurants. I hope this one sticks!

I also always take friends and family visiting here and it never disappoints. The yelp wait is pretty accurate, so I recommend joining before you head over to avoid having to wait there. Last time I went and checked, it was about an hour wait so I joined it and did some grocery shopping nearby before going there. I've had everything on the menu so it's up to the point where it depends on what I'm feeling. Everything on the menu is different so it's not too hard to choose. If I want something soupy, I'll go for the crab udon, if I want rice, the fried rice, something full of flavor, the Banh Mi Chao, something light, then the Banh Khot (good option since they don't make Banh Xeo on the weekends). The last time I went 07/04/2026, I noticed on the wall they were having a special, Bun Bo Hue, which I love when I go to pho restaurants. I'm not sure if it's new or I've been blind this whole time, but it did not disappoint. It was full of flavor, and it was nice that they put the spicy paste on the side for you to adjust the spiciness. I love spicy foods but one of my friends do not, so it was easy for us to enjoy our meal. It was also not just a spicy sauce to add; there was a past along with it. Shrimp paste maybe? I didn't ask, but it enhanced the flavor, so I recommend using it. Their sister restaurant, Me's Kitchen is next on my list to try. Can't wait!

It didn't have that spicy tang that you look for when you order hot and sour soup. The potstickers were fried crispy, but the dough was a little too thick. The spicy cucumbers had no flavor to them at all. And the honey walnut shrimp was not memorable. We both felt that the two best dishes were the BBQ pork fried rice and the Mongolian beef. We did our best "research project" and ordered everything our table could justify: Thai iced coffee, coconut canopy salad, pad see ew and pad Thai with pork belly, sunset curry with tilapia, and mango sticky rice with ice cream. For science, obviously. Thai Time should put a warning label on their Thai iced coffee. One sip through each layer and the conversation stopped. We woke up. The taste buds clocked in for work. The brain sent out the announcement: "Cancel all distractions -- apparently dinner has plans for us." Good thing we listened. Thammasorn then proceeded to take us on a full Thai flavor adventure. This wasn't just dinner. This was a carefully organized attack on our ability to say, "No thanks, I'm full." The coconut canopy salad started fresh and bright, the noodles brought the comfort, the pork belly brought the celebration, the sunset curry with tilapia brought the "wait, everyone try this" moment. And the mango sticky rice with ice cream showed up at the end like a victory parade. I always read the bad reviews because I'm fascinated by the rare human ability to find sadness while surrounded by curry, noodles, and people being nice to you. They are to be safely ignored. Our experience? Five stars out of 10. Beautiful flavors, warm service, and that special energy you only get when the people behind a place actually care. Thank you, Thammasorn and Thai Time. Sacramento is lucky to have you.
