Genuinely the most pathetic 'Reuben' I have ever been handed. Please never make another one again.

First time here. Last time here. Love a Reuben sandwich. My favorite sandwich. You DO NOT sell a Reuben sandwich. Please call it something different. You certainly have never been to NYC either. Arby's OBJECTIVELY has a better and more authentic Reuben sandwich. ARBY's. How are you not embarrassed and ashamed to be in business when I would recommend Arby's over you? 100 out of 100 times I am recommending Arby's Reuben over your 'Reuben' (no it is not, stop calling it that, it's very annoying that you're misusing that word). Why is there mustard on my sandwich? Actually disgusting and disrespectful. This is Rye bread!? Pass. Google "Reuben sandwich" and something that looks completely different than this diseased nonsense you handed me will show up. In fact, if you google "Reuben sandwich" and click on Images not a single solitary sandwich that comes up will look like the one you handed me. I instantly can tell if you did it wrong. I instantly could tell you did it wrong. Also: if that is the amount of meat you're giving out then give me half of the 18 dollars I paid back. I'm not expecting Katz Deli but for 18 dollars that's insulting. Embarrassing clown show of a 'restaurant'. People really will stick anything and everything in their mouth. Take it off your menu if you don't know how to make it right. It's a sandwich FFS. How do you mess up one of the most iconic sandwiches? How are you even in business if you're a sandwich shop that doesn't know how to make a proper sandwich? Absolutely vile fake disrespectful version of a Reuben. California really has no respect and will just ruin everything it touches. This is like if some disrespectful purple haired nose ringed communist were to be asked to take care of someone's culture. In fact a Reuben IS American culture and what you did to it is exactly what leftists are doing to America; ruining it intentionally. It's like asking someone who has never had a Reuben before to make one while high as balls on a drug that makes you extra dumb and they were told none of the correct ingredients and were just given a play list of music that contained the 'vibes' you need for a Reuben or some hipster drek nonsense. The only ingredient listed was "mustard" because the person who made the list has nothing but hate in their heart for Reuben sandwiches. Not sure what Reuben ever did to Jack but it was unacceptable what Jack did to Reuben. Not even remotely cool. That's what this sandwich tasted like: A communist destroying America while telling us we deserve it. This may all sound unnecessarily brutal (it's not they deserve every word) but I respond with this: Why do we have sandwich shops that objectively ruin iconic classic American sandwiches? Why should I respect that? I don't. This sandwich was created by someone who was once royally screwed over by someone named Reuben and this sandwich is their form of revenge on the world. It's just really really realllllllllllly bad. Why the F did you put mustard on a Reuben? You could have just asked someone who has been to the east coast and we would have told you to not do that. Silly children. If I were to ask someone where a good spot to get a Reuben is and they replied "Jack's Urban Eats" I would cut them out of my life immediately. Low IQ people are dangerous. I burped twice while writing this review and each time it tasted like nothing but mustard. Not sure why as I was under the impression I ordered - and was eating - a REUBEN sandwich (Clearly I was wrong and should have known that in California a Reuben sandwich tastes like Mustard and makes you sad). This is not the worst Reuben sandwich I have had, however; but that is only because this sandwich is disqualified from even being called a Reuben. Get it right first before you think you know better than those who created it. It's not yours to ruin. No one gave you permission. You should be ashamed.

Popped in for a lunch on a Friday. Parking was easy, restaurant clean, workers were nice. Ordered a Carnitas Bowl and I enjoyed it. Would visit again. They have tons of stuff on the menu.

I was actually going to another place near this place but they were closed. Luckily, I gave this place a try. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with fries. The bun was very soft and easy to eat. The meat was cooked perfect and was seasoned just right. The fries were hot, crisp, and tasty too. The inside was well lit and had a good number of booths and tables to sit at. The workers were friendly and helpful.

The staff is nice. The restaurant was clean. It was easy to get in and out.And the food is usually really good here. Today I have the new chimichurri steak bowl. The flavors just didn't really go together.Well in my opinion. The arugula was good, just didnt go with the rice and steak well. I think either rice or greens would work, not both. In my opinion.

We continue to order work lunches from this location and we have seen improvement in their food quality. Urban Fries, salads and Tri-tip are safe bets.

We seek out places we have never been before. Jack's urban didn't disappoint. I don't know why you're reading this, just get up. Grab the car keys, and go. You'll thank me! The sandwiches were fresh as was the bread. Everything comes separate. The garlic fries were a little wanting. Garlic plopped in the middle causing gooey fries in no time flat. Good but... The club sandwich was an incredible mix of chunks of chicken and turkey off the bone with ripe tomatoes and fresh avocado. This is one place we will definitely return to. P.S. Eat the pickle and pepper Really good.

    This isn't plum vinaigrette

I ordered an order for delivery and am not very happy. We ordered a tri-tip bbq sandwich and a create your salad. The sandwich was fine and tasty because it was on the bottom of the bag. Well sad to say the salad ended up being pretty bad. I ordered mixed greens, Fuji apples, strawberries, jicama, red onion, oranges and caramelized nut blend. I ordered the plum vinaigrette and ended up with Cilantro lime. Sad. Because whoever bagged my order decided to put a cold salad on top of a hot sandwich the salad pretty much ended up steamed and not much of it was even edible. And there were a couple random soggy croutons in it along with large pieces of the red onion. I've never had any issues with Jack's Urban Eats before, ever. But this has me thinking twice about ordering again.

Stopped in to grab a late lunch on Saturday. Most Jack's locations have the option of outside or indoor dining. We opted for inside since it was close to 100 outside. Even though it was a weekend it was crowded or busy we when arrived. It was actually good timing on our part as after our food arrived, there was a pretty big line to order. Staff were really friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the Salmon Cobb which is one of my favorites at Jacks. Also ordered the grilled halloumi sandwich to share. Both the salad and the sandwich were fresh and flavorful. It was my first time trying the sandwich. I would definitely order it again. For drinks we also ordered a beer and iced tea. To be honest, I did not drink the iced tea as it was not good. I am a big fan of iced tea so this was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker! Overall it was a good experience.

I love the natomas Jack's Urban eats! Definitely, a regular favorite! The food is always fresh and reliable. Today, Amber was my hostess and she was really nice and pleasant with a great customer service team spirit! Spring is in the air. Sun setting at 7:30pm people are outside dining longer and more frequently. The ambiance was a family friendly atmosphere. Really cool music playing.

I went here on a Wednesday evening with my son. There was lots of people out and minimal parking. But this location is in a pazza with other stores that share parking so it wasn't a big deal, we parked a little further from the restaurant and that was ok. The location was busy. Inside almost all tables were full, but there was plenty of seating outside too. It's open seating, you arrive, order food at the cashiers, they give you a number, you sit and wait, they deliver your food to you. The utensils, napkins, ketchup, etc are in the dining area and you have to get them - this was hard to juggle with my baby at the table and having to step away to get all the things. Still, i was happy with the customer service, the food was really yummy! My son really enjoyed the mac and cheese. I had the chimichurri steak sandwich, very good!

Great food, quick service and they always have enough seats for us. This is my 3rd time there with a group of friends and even though we were a group of 8 we lined up, they took our order, and they brought out our plates correctly. I love that in the summer the outside deck is amazing and easy to find a seat. The inside has plenty of comfy booths and seats, too. Ok, to the food, wow, I love grilled food and this is amazing. The tri tip is my go to and I always get the grilled veggies or asparagus. Most of us take boxes to go as it's so much food. I really wish we lived closer as I'd come all the time!

The food was great and filling. I got the chimichurri steak sandwich and the anchiote chicken salad. I ordered takeout and the food was ready very quickly. there is plenty of parking and plenty of places to sit inside and outside.

It is a very casual setup, so do not expect an elevated dining experience. We ordered the FOB shrimp and the Chicken Katsu plate. The shrimp arrived a bit too sour and noticeably greasy for my taste. The Chicken Katsu was average and lacked the flavor and crispness I was hoping for. The macaroni and cheese that came with it was also quite dry, which made the plate feel incomplete. Service is minimal since you order at the counter and pick up your food yourself. I went in with high expectations and left feeling disappointed, especially considering how popular the place seems to be. That said, I am still open to giving it another try. There are a few other dishes on the menu that look promising, and I hope they will deliver a better impression on my next visit.

Honestly, I'm so…read moresad it's been so long since my last visit, because this place serves up some amazing food. The menu changes depending on what they're making, but they have certain items that are pretty consistent. One of those is poke. I LOVE their poke here, they have their own seasoned poke mix with fresh fish, veggies and sauce and it is delicious. They offer it as nachos, a bowl, or loaded fries and while I'm tempted to try some of the other options the bowl is my go-to. The poke bowl is $15 and comes with rice with furikake as well as a good portion of poke. Like I mentioned, it's preseasoned and it delicious. The ingredients are fresh and I love their flavor combination. I would love if the bowl came with a scoop of mac salad, but with the portion at this price I'm happy to add it as a side. I ordered the spring rolls ($4) and it came with five pieces of crispy and flavorful fried spring rolls. Great value for the price. I also ordered the pork laulau ($14) and Musubi ($3) for my husband and the portions on these were also great. The musubi was hot and flavorful and they gave me some FOB sauce with the musubi that went surprising well together. The laulau plate had mac salad, rice, and the wrapped pork. The pork was fattier than some of the laulau I've had in Hawaii, but was flavorful and the whole plate was a perfect portion for the price. The team working here was very friendly and helped me get in and out with my to-go order pretty quickly. The food was packed with care and made it home and was still nice and hot after the drive. They use high quality to-go containers and line them with aluminum foil which is a nice touch. They also made sure the vents were open on the spring rolls so they'd stay crispy. They have plenty of seating inside, as well as some outdoor seating. This restaurant is a bit tucked away, but has plenty of parking. I will definitely be back, and I won't wait as long between visits, because the food is so good! Check out their instagram for specials.

While waiting, I filled containers with some of the many salsas on offer. They had green salsas, red salsas, habanero, mild/medium/spicy. My favorite turned out to be the chef's salsa, which had a definite kick of heat. My food arrived in a few minutes, piping hot off the grill. As promised, it was complex and flavorful - even though I'm a picky eater and had them leave out a few ingredients. My only quibble is that I thought they should have included more tortillas, but honestly the food was great without them, so it didn't matter. The location was spacious, clean and fast-casual. For some reason the bar with the soda, salsas, straws, etc. doesn't have to-go utensils, so I had to go back to the counter and request those specially for my to-go order. The staff was nice, though. I'm looking forward to going back here the next time I'm in the area. I hope they open a location in Reno.

I brought family in from the Bay Area to Chef Frank's, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance--chill and casual, yet still elevated enough for a special occasion. We kicked things off with a mix of plain and spicy edamame, followed by two orders of my husband's favorite shrimp tempura and three orders of my go-to rainbow roll. Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. A particularly special moment--my 88-year-old father made the trip to Sacramento after seven years (his first visit since my mom passed) and he truly enjoyed the beef/salmon bento box. That alone made the night meaningful. We also ordered additional specialty rolls with unagi and shrimp tempura for the non-celiac guests, and for our main event, the table indulged in three large sashimi platters.
