This is one of the slowest Panera's I've been to. Waited about 18min in the drive thru just to get the food, mind you it was a Sunday at 7:45pm and no cars in the drive thru. I was the only one ordering, I ordered the pick two, brócoli cheddar soup and they were out of the bread bowl so I got a cup, then I asked for a ciabatta cheese steak and they were out of the ciabatta bread, so I asked for sourdough bread and I ordered a chicken noodle soup in a cup. For such a small order and no cars in the drive thru it shouldn't have taken 18min to get my food. This place is really expensive for the amount of food you get, it's not even worth it. Panera Bread gets a lot of mixed reviews, but this is based purely on what I like to order. It's a decent spot when you want something light and not too heavy. I usually go for their sandwich & soup combo. My go-to order is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and a Passion Papaya Green Tea. It always hits the spot for a quick, simple meal. I know this location has a lot of bad reviews related to customer service and receiving wrong orders, but I didn't have any issues during my visit. I should have been tipped off that at 12:15 pm on a weekday, several other eateries in this immediate area all had lines in their drive thrus and their parking lots were full. This was not the case with this brand new location. This should have been my clue but I had already mobile ordered and it was my first time here. What was awesome is I picked up my food and headed back to my office only to realize once I parked that my entire order was ruined by whoever packed the order. This genius placed several butters I ordered for my bagel next to my piping hot soup and then placed cream cheese on top of the soup. Yes, really. Why someone would place cold items that melt on top of a super hot item is beyond me and apparently, common sense. So the cream cheese was ruined and so was my ENTIRE order when the butter melted all over the bag and seeped over all my other items and even tore the bag and leaked onto my car upholstery. I took the order back and showed the manager Stacy - who initially refused to give her name - and was then told that I "wasn't being nice enough" for her to fix my order. Yes, she actually chastised me for not kissing up to her enough to treat a customer with respect. I ended up having to throw the entire nearly $40 order away. Ordered ahead via mobile app. Said order would be ready at 5:22pm. Wasn't ready until after 5:30. Ok, fine. I get it. Get home and they didn't give us our sides (missing 2 bags of chips) and they also didn't give us the cookie we ordered. Paid $35.54 for 1 whole sandwich, 1 half sandwich and a half salad. Totally expected to get my full order when having to wait longer than anticipated and for the $$ we paid. read more

I was very shocked by all the negative reviews because this Panera is amazing and one of my favorite restaurants! I don't like to eat inside personally due to my misophonia ((hatred of eating sounds), not their fault), or order inside (I'm very very introverted), but the ambiance inside is great. There's always places to sit, people seem to take their time and study which I find very welcoming and cute! Whenever I pick up my order at the rapid-pickup, they always have everything ready (given that you don't arrive immediately after you place the order--some people) and they are super welcoming as well. I've never had an incorrect order, I usually come around 2pm Mondays and Tuesdays so that might impact wait time, but they're always so prepared for being right next to a big college. Sip Club is definitely worth it, if you know how to order via the mobile app I've saved up to 70% off my orders. I will continue to come here regularly, I enjoy their Blueberry Lavender Lemonade (I hope it doesn't get discontinued), their candy cookie, and their autumn squash soup (unfortunately only available about 1/3 of the year). Overall, great food, great service, quick wait time. The drive to actually get in on University does suck, so I always turn right on College just before the Ralphs and KFC and take the first left past the parking lot entrance to that little side street down--much faster. read more

So this is my 6th visit to this newer location since they opened. I don't know what it is about this store but the morning staff is awful. Every time I go in, I walk up to the counter where they take your order, and there is no one at the counter most of the time (they don't seem to be very busy). The staff in the peripheral areas see me...... no one says anything. Not a word. I stand there waiting. Nothing. Every damn time. They finally mosey over and walk up to the register and just look at me. They say NOTHING! Not good morning, how can I help you, or even would you like to order. Nothing. I have to start the greeting - as the CUSTOMER. I don't get the behavior and lack of service. It's consistent. As a business owner this just makes me think that there is zero service training, no oversight, and no care for the customer or business. Today when I came in, there was someone at the second register. My first thought was hallelujah! I walked up and before I could blink the woman said, sorry I can't help you, I'm putting in my own order. Someone will be up shortly. Hummmmmm. Ok. I stood and waited (mind you I'm on my way to work and looking to have an efficient experience) and waited, and waited. Finally a woman approached the register and JUST LOOKED AT ME! Is this a special training tactic at this location?!?!? I gave her the "eye" and she said "do you want to order?" NO, I just came to stand here and be stared at. I simply wanted a coffee. I ordered my coffee. And I apparently tweaked her off with my distaste for the lack of service. I got my coffee and as I walked out the door across the opposite side of the restaurant she screamed loudly, "NOW YOU HAVE A NICE DAY!!!" In a sarcastic tone of voice. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT.......or just MAYBE THE MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM ALSO???? I kept giving them a chance, but I'm done. My wife did an order for our church fellowship. Since she wasn't feeling well I picked up the order. I picked up our order and was ensured that everything was there and there were an itemized receipt in the bag. We were missing all of the cream cheese. 4 reglar and 1 honey walnut. Tried calling the store and no answer then system just hung up. Wasn't a busy Sunday morning either. Luckily there was another Panera near our church that was able to give us what was not given. According to the employee this store assumed the loss! I will leaving a positive review for that store! Hope this location improves. Just really need to improve on providing correct orders and knowing the menu. Second time since they opened and both times the orders have been wildly incorrect. This location is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. I placed a simple order in the drive thru. 1 cookie and a green tea. I got to the window where there were 2 employees at the window. Not one of these employees acknowledged me. After sitting there for about 10 minutes waiting for my simple order with no one acknowledgement I left. I will never again be going to Panera. Your customer service is the worst and you don't even deserve the 1 star. read more

This location need help. They don't have working equipment so they can't provide most menu items. I called to speak with someone to let them know i took my business to the Rialto location and they hung up on me. This is the second time I've tried eating at Panera and they are out of everything. No bread for the sandwich I ordered as well as the sauce that comes in the sandwich (spicy fiesta chicken). They were out of chicken noodle soup and broccoli cheddar soup. It's a waste of time to come in if they can't keep ingredients in stock. Then you get asked to park in the front of the restaurant to get your food if you go in the drive thru. read more
