I usually get a salad bowl with falafel, red pepper hummus, harissa and tzatziki, all the veggies, pita crisps and tahini. The falafel is always warm and crispy. The flavors continue to complement the ingredients in my bowl. It lasts two meals and hits both times. Affordable and delicious. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it! Lots of options for vegetarians and nonvegetarians. The roasted vegetables are also a delicious main. My husband loves any of their chicken options! Service is great--fast, efficient, and friendly. The food was delicious, and the value is amazing. We ordered the kids' meal because the portions were already huge. My son loves their food so much that he actually introduced it to us and even showed us how to order in a way that saves money. Check the pictures later and you'll see how generous the portions are. Taste-wise, everything was great. The only small thing for me was that the crispy pita was a bit salty--but that could just be my personal preference. I like the digital drive through. Niw what it is, a drive through were you pick up you're online order. There's no menu or speakers to any food. You drive through straight to the windows, tell them your name, and they get your order. My addiction so far are the pita chips, I absolutely LOVE those chips. I get full off the chips alone and have to end up eating my meal a little later. The pita wraps are every thing. Full and not dry, but they fall apart easily because of being so saucy. She said it was like Chipotle and that we can choose a bowl or a sandwich. I choose the bowl. On the serving window, there's the choices you can pick, either greens, dressing, protein. I chose the greens and grains (arugula + white rice), hummus, steak, avocado, cucumber, and hot harissa/vinaigrette and a side of pita bread. Avocado is extra. For protein portions, they give a small amount. Considering the price, not too sure about that. The pita is not gluten free. They also offer dessert like cookies and brownies. Cava has always been a favorite of mine. Love that they migrated to the IE. Amazing flavors. They only reason I went with 4 stars is because of the service. Not the employees, they're busting ass but there is a lack of employees in the front service part. While I was there I downloaded the app and it looks fairly easy to navigate. They have a drive through window for "digital orders" which next time I will Utilize. The line was very long and slow inside. The girls upfront were hustling and friendly. My first time at this location and it's clear management purposefully UNDERSTAFF's this location . The workers literally look like they've been in the mf trenches and seem tired. The cashier told me he hadn't even taken his break yet, and he said that it's always like this due to understaffing. It looks messy and unclean in the back but I'm not blaming the workers at all for this cuz they clearly looked like they were being overworked. management and corporate you need to DO BETTER. Review is due to poor customer service and management of online ordering services. I ordered at 9pm for pick up at 9:30pm, thinking this is the best option when a place closes by 10pm. I arrived early by 10 minutes and decided to check the order which they let me know they were out of Steak and what do I want to do? The rest of the meat options were pretty much gone so really chicken is the only option. Now I request the refund considering I am no longer getting steak for two of my meals. To my surprise they cannot do refunds. So if you are ordering online or through the app, to get a refund you must go to the website and contact customer service and wait for them. The customer service from then on continued to go downhill, I had to ask if they were going to start my order. More items were out, the workers looked annoyed that they had multiple online orders as well as customers in line waiting. In the end I received my food, had to mention I was missing another item. Got home and realized I was also missing all the dressings. The food was cold, and hardly packed in the bowl. I can't really give a review on the food because at this point I don't feel it was the best. read more
