    Clam chowder bread bowl
    Megan P.

Stopped by for a quick lunch before work & the clam chowder bread bowl made the perfect meal. It was a good portion for $14 & even had leftovers for later. It does get a little busy during peak hours so you can always place an order online for faster pickup if needed.

Yo! Yo! Yo! My new favorite sandwich shop !!! This Cali / Frisco native love west coast sourdough:) Service was fire!! These guys who worked here are great, choice to order at the kiosk or at the register. Each staff welcomed every guest who came in. clean indoor dining room and small outdoor dining options . Kids order their own meal using the kiosk and selecting the build their own sandwiches. I for one don't like ordering food through kiosk. I opted to order with a fabulous personal, his thorough knowledge of the selection and suggestions helped me narrow my options. It's been raining for a few days and what better than soup and sandwich to keep warm . Okay, I love soup any type of weather, to know they have quite a selection of daily soups warm my stomach. Tomato soup so good and their clam chowder was what is needed on this cold rainy day. Fresh baked bread !! oh my this is dangerous for me lol!! I am a gluten for made in house sour dough bread. Turkey cranberry sandwich was really flavorful . Roast beef was another top tier for my kids. ( they are picky and like the different options here ) Been here multiple times and will Not be my last ..

I finally pulled up to Westcoast Sourdough in Fontana after IG kept bullying me with videos like, "Diego... go here NOW." And honestly? IG was right. This place is popping for a reason. First of all, the sourdough? Some of the BEST I've ever had. Like... "should I start a long-term committed relationship with this bread?" level good. And when the bread is elite, you already know the sandwiches are about to hit different. I couldn't decide, so of course I ordered two sandwiches because balance. BBQ Brisket first now this one showed up with coleslaw, dijon mustard, and cheese like it was ready to change my life. The flavor combo was on point. My only regret? Not adding jalapeños. But that's on me, not them or the Bqq sauce to be spicier.. still not complaining, now im just asking for more since their execution wqs so good! Lol Cranberry Turkey -- the WINNER. I had them make it hot (highly recommend), and it turned into a next-level experience. Like Thanksgiving and a hug wrapped into one perfect bite, after bite, after bite...etc..Y'all get it.. And then... because I clearly don't know how to act in a sourdough shop, I ordered the clam chowder bread bowl. Oh. My. God. Dipping that fresh sourdough into the chowder was pure bliss. I think I ascended for a second. This spot is easily one of the BEST sandwich shops I've been to. Amazing flavors, elite bread, cozy vibes. Absolutely recommend and yes, IG, you were right. Again.

OMG ITS SO GOOD - 10/10 clam chowder They just opened, but holy crap it's good. Perfect weather for soup today with the rain. The bread and soup are delicious! They have online ordering for quick pick up (did this today)! Staff wise super nice. The place was really clean. When I came in there was a little jam of like 6 people at the register between pick ups and the ordering kiosk but the overall place was super well lit and welcoming!

    Skimpy pastrami sandwich

Oh my goodness not only did they get my order wrong but this place is disgusting. We both literally threw our sandwiches away after the first bite. We ordered pastrami sandwiches not only were they skimpy but tasted nothing like pastrami but rather some type of mystery meat. The only thing good was the bread, I suppose. Very questionable meat especially quality. We spent $42 on three sandwiches. Please don't waste your money there are so many options in that shopping center that actually taste decent. This was by far not even decent tasting. I posted a pic for reference

First time & will definitely be back. We love clam chowder bread bowls so we had to try. We ordered a sourdough bread bowel & a turkey sandwich. The sourdough bowl was delicious. The bread was warm & fresh. The turkey sandwich (8") was more than enough. Can't wait to try something else at our next visit. Lastly, Victor the manager was attentive & inviting. Patient with our selection since we weren't familiar with the menu. We need more CS reps like him. Great job W Coast Sourdough

Pricey, but delicious. Will be coming back.

Since I had never been to CAVA before, she took the time to walk me through everything... from the different proteins and toppings to the sauces and all the options for building my bowl. She even shared some of her personal favorites and popular customer choices, which made figuring out my first order so much easier. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming and never made me feel rushed. Julian, who helped me at the register, was just as kind and informative. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Then, to top off an already amazing first experience, they surprised me by making my meal on the house for my first visit and told me they hoped I enjoyed everything and would come back. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the level of hospitality at this location. And the food absolutely lived up to the experience! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many different Mediterranean flavors and ingredients. Between the delicious food and the exceptional service from Jane and Julian, my first CAVA experience was a 5/5. They definitely turned a first-time customer into a returning one. The in-person customer service was much better, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bathrooms were also very clean, which I appreciated. The food tastes fresh, clean, and healthy, but the portions are still very small for the price. Even when asking for extra, they really don't give much. I'm definitely more of a BaqBa girlie when it comes to portions and overall value. The place stays pretty busy, so that says a lot about the popularity. Overall, decent experience, but I do wish the serving sizes were more generous.

I was there enjoying them with a beer and good conversation. We were taking our time eating and enjoying our drinks; the aguachiles were not the only thing on our table. While we were still eating, someone from the kitchen came out and asked if he could take our plate. We politely said no thank you because we were still working on it. A few minutes later he came back and insisted on taking the plate, saying something along the lines of, "A clean table makes a consumer buy more," but the way it was said came across as rude and made us feel rushed. If the plate had been mostly empty, with just a couple of pieces left, I would have completely understood. But that wasn't the case -- I had only eaten about 2-3 shrimp out of a dozen. I shared how I felt, explaining that I understood clearing finished plates, but we were clearly not done. His response was dismissive and he walked away. The food had potential, and the aguachiles had good flavor, but the service experience left me disappointed. Sometimes giving guests a little time to enjoy their meal, conversation, and drinks makes a bigger difference than having a perfectly cleared table.
