I came here for lunch today and I love coming to panera bread and it was no different today. I love that you can download the app and place your order in and pick a time for it to be ready for you. Although I forgot to do that today I came in at about 130 and there wasn't a very long line. I didn't even wait longer than 5 minutes which was nice because I had to get back to class. The cashier was very friendly and I ordered the you pick two I got the Greek salad and the steak and arugula sandwich. Our order came out in less than 10 minutes. My salad was perfect it's my favourite thing on the menu. I love the olives and the pickled onions I just wish they would put more olives in it. There was literally 2-3 that I had to look around for. The sandwich was good I got it because it was one of the healthier sandwiches but I wish it had more flavour. It tasted really fresh but you could just tell that something was missing it was a little bland. I love their macaroni and cheese and their green iced tea is so good. I mix it with a little lemonade because it tends to be on the sweeter side. Overall a good experience. read more

This location in particular is terrible. The service is always bad- I have ALWAYS had an unpleasant employee "helping" me and it takes far too long to get your order. The food is always put together sloppily but it doesn't taste bad so I guess there's a positive. This was my first visit ever to any Panera. After hearing people tell me their food was great. I was looking forward to this feast. Upon my visit in the drive thru I order a teriyaki chicken bowl, a chicken BLT, and a bowl of Mac and cheese. For a total of 33$. I was thinking wow this food is going be delicious for what they are charging. When I get home I am sadly disappointed by what the workers at this establishment pass off as edible food. The bowl was not even full. It looked like it had been sitting all day, and looked nothing, and I mean nothing like the photo on the menu in the drive thru. I threw this bowl away. The sandwich was surprisingly good, but for 11$ there could of been more. Give me what I pay for. If I pay for an 11$ sandwich make me a proper sandwich. The 2 slices of bread that they give you on the side were so hard it was like eating plastic. You know like that plastic fake food people put on a table for show. Imagine that, but actual food. This was such a huge disappointment. I had the "fortune" of ordering from here for lunch delivery. Me being the paranoia that I am called a week in advance to place my order. 2 days before the delivery date, I got a call asking me for the date/time and delivery address... didn't I give you that last week? AND repeat it like 3 times? Dude, I'm running out of spit. Delivery time was 11:45am, order didn't arrive until 12:20pm. Should have gone to Domino's... Oh and people can't count, I would suggest using toes and fingers... My boyfriend comes here every morning. He orders the same thing every morning. Steak and egg sandwich on brioche with an ICED COFFEE. ICED. COFFEE. Two words, let me emphasize the name one more time. ICE and COFFEE. Not cream. Not water. Not no ice. The first coffee he got was white, I like my coffee with extra cream, but it was even too much for me. It tasted like it was just half and half. Does anybody crack open the half and half at home and start chugging it? No. The second coffee they gave him had no ice in it, not a single piece and you could actually see the layer of water on top. It tasted horribly watered down. We don't really care about the coffee, that isn't what made the experience bad. It happens, some people don't drink coffee and don't know how it's made. Even though McDonald's teaches you to make better iced coffee than that, "fill the cup with ice, all the way to the top and always put the iced coffee brew, never hot coffee." The attitude is what did it for my boyfriend. He went in and received a bunch of attitude about how he needs to take the two horrible drinks with him and the manager was saying it was ridiculous to work that hard for an iced coffee. I understand that with covid he can't leave the drinks on a counter, but someone could have offered to throw them out or directed him to a trash can. Also, I don't think it's ridiculous to not waste money on a drink that's so disgusting, you can't even take a sip of it. Nobody wants to drink straight half and half. Nobody wants to drink watered down anything. So, since I'm sure the employees remembered how they spoke to someone that goes there daily ... let me tell you how to make an iced coffee using your own phrases. FIRST OF ALL, it's called iced coffee. The first word is iced. ICEd. So what does that mean? It should have ice in it and it should therefore be cold, not room temperature or warm. Second of all, it's called coffee. Not cream. Not water. Grab a cup, fill it up with ice then fill with the iced coffee brew. Then put the standard amount of cream that I'm sure they tell you to during orientation. Hand it to the customer with a smile and ask if they need anything else. I don't like coffee, but for people like my boyfriend who work 12 hour shifts, it's kind of important. I'm pretty sure most people think their morning coffee is kind of a big deal. I've also never had a bad experience at Panera, maybe they're desperate and hiring people without giving them proper training. read more

This place gets crowded during lunch, but you can do a quick order at the kiosk or on your phone. They're always pretty efficient. My biggest complaint is that people seem to camp out with laptops taking multiple tables, so it can be difficult to find a seat. Their prices are a bit much (but that's all Panera locations), but the food is decent. My favorite is their creamy tomato soup. read more

I like coming here when I need to consume a massive amount of carbs and caffeine, but this location is horrible about keeping the self serve coffee station replenished. Not an isolated incident, happens every time I'm here, e.g. weekly. Today for example, it 's 11:30 a.m., signs on coffee decanters announce that they were last refilled at 9 a.m., really?! I wouldn't be bragging about such neglect with a sign! Or maybe they're just throwing in the towel and admitting defeat-- go ahead, go to Starbucks AND Jamba Juice, both in this strip mall, cuz we don't care! So here i sit annoyed because the hazelnut is empty, and what's left of the others taste like crap. And did I mention, the lunch rush is now here too? Let's give them crappy coffee! Service was fast, but they got my drink wrong. With everything going on, I think it should be important to make sure that customers orders are right. We didn't know it was wrong until we got home. Customer service was a miss. I asked the cashier what kinds of soup they had, and she pointed at the board. She charged me wrong. She didn't offer the pastry at $.99, I had to ask. The food was okay. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the baguette was good. The cinnamon coffee cake was super stale and hard. The broccoli cheddar soup was okay. The turkey bacon BLT sandwich was poorly made. It literally has 1 big chunk of turkey and that is it (see picture attached). Very disappointed because I love Panera. I go every week with a coworker, we order online & do the rapid pickup since we are on our lunch break it makes it so convenient. I absolutely love Panera, this particular location though has bad customer service from the management. I ordered my same salad like I do every week & customize it this week they messed up & didn't give me lettuce when my coworker & I called them to see what they could do to fix that since I think it's ridiculous that I just paid $7.00 for some toppings the Manager was so rude over the phone like it was my fault they didn't give me lettuce. They offer a delivery service but since my place of employment is out of their range (I work 0.7 miles from them) they wouldn't bring me an actual salad & I didn't have enough time to go back since I was on my lunch break. I started out with Panera for the coffee and breakfast goodies. My favorites are the power breakfast sandwich the strawberry yogurt granola parfait and any of the bakery items the quiche is also pretty tasty as well .... honestly, all the baked goods I have tried so far have been very tasty. Lately I've been trying out some of the pasta and salad options for dinner on and off. A half salad for dinner makes me feel less guilty about going out for happy hour eats with the gang later in the week =-) I did have to knock a star for a couple of little grumbles. Once is that both times I've used the restroom, they were looking a little grungy .... not outright dirty, but .... just a lil bit. More of an issue is the location. This particular shopping plaza has a growing problem with agressive panhandlers in the parking lot / commons. They have a habit of hanging around and then approaching as many people as possible that are entering the shops here seeking handouts. I had this happen to me three days in a row, once in the early morning and twice at night. I like to feel guilt-free about my virtuous and low-calorie salad for dinner, but not if I have to dodge the beggars to get it =-( read more
