    Cheese and bacon soufflé
    Gabe F.

I remember the good old days when Panera served better products at a reasonable price. The soufflés used to be crispy on top and fluffy in the middle. Now it's just dry, burnt eggs and cheese with small pieces of bacon. This reminds me of when I was first learning how to cook and I used to burn my eggs. Eight dollars for this? Sadly, I can't do Panera Bread anymore. They have lost a customer of 18 years

Hate making bad reviews, but came from my 30 minute lunch been in line the whole time not even gonna order just trying to get through the drive thru line and get back to work. That's unfortunate.

This is the most ridiculous Panera Bread I've ever visited. I arrived at 7:00 a.m., an hour after they opened, and was told there would be no bread available for another 30 minutes. A bread restaurant without bread The customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disorganized, with no one appearing to know what was going on. Everyone was running around without any sense of direction or urgency. This was a very disappointing experience. I would avoid this location and go to another Panera if possible.

    Pick Two!

I've been to this Panera several times. Visited last week after a doctor's appt nearby. Chose the Pick Two and got the Broccoli Cheddar soup with half a Mediterranean Salad. The amount of toppings on the salad was great. The service was good and the gals making the food were really nice when I asked for an extra dressing. This is situated like most Paneras but it seems like they have less full booths than others. They also have a drive-thru! Will return.

Went in to get dinner. The kiosk were occupied so I went to the counter. It took a few minutes for someone to come. My daughter and I placed our order. While I was waiting, I went on the app and saw i had a birthday reward. I went back to counter and got the cookie.

The Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains Salad is one of the best fast food-like salads that I've ever had! I got the full portion and was starving, and left Panera completely full. The pumpkin seeds and the dressing complemented each other nicely. You can never go wrong with banana peppers in a salad, yet so few have them. The chicken was good quality (no grisly or chewy pieces).

DELIVERED - I have to say though, that this salad is AMAZING! I loved the combination of flavors, very fresh! Thanks Panera! - Harvest Medley Chicken Salad! Wooooo!!

Paid for a bowl... got " a CUP"!! Black bean soup... It tasted great but I was really hungry and sharing with my hubby.. Felt JIPPED !!

Dissatisfied...... Paid for a "Bowl" But got "a CUP". . Was sharing with Hubby .... Felt like a couple tablespoons. Flavors and texture were GREAT.... Serving was WAY too small... STILL HUNGRY!!

Their food has become poor quality the last several times I have been here. I always do a you pick 2 with a half sandwich and soup or salad. I have noticed the sandwich is usually stuffed with a filler of thick lettuce and maybe a tablespoon of the actual chicken salad. Today my Ceasars salad was old soggy lettuce. Not worth the cost. I'm done going to Panera

    My last purchase here !

I would like to bring to Panera bread coperate attention. That I don't appreciate dinning in your restaurant in San Bernardino on hospitality lane and I'm shaking while trying to eat my meal . On 3/5/2026 I went in for breakfast at 8:47 am and the temperature must be set to freezing 59 why can't the manager set the temperature to accommodate the dinning guest !!!! This is so ridiculous that I pay money to eat here and I can't even enjoy my purchase cooperates need to step in and correct this !! I will not be coming back to this location ever!!!! The manager dose not consider paying guests.

    Sandwich, fruits
    Juan S.

The sandwich was good. I always go there for my tuna sandwich, service is also very good and the location is nice. However, today I went and they ran out of chips, they had a fruit side as a replacement (more expensive) and the fruit was old. I'm thinking if I'm going to spend 18 dollars for a small meal at least serve fresh fruits.

Very friendly and helpful. It's nice to see a happy smile at the register ! Unfortunately my sandwich was too greasy and burnt at the edges

Food and customer service was on point today. Would of given 4.5 if possible. The drive thru was backed up, maybe from a large order.

Doesn't matter if you use the app, this is the slowest Panera ever. You wouldn't think 1 bagel and 1 cold brew would take more than 20min.

The noodles are made fresh in-house, and you can really tell from the texture -- they had a great chew and held up well in the broth. The tonkotsu broth was rich and flavorful without feeling overly heavy or greasy. The chashu was tender and well-seasoned, and the soft-boiled egg and wood ear mushrooms rounded everything out nicely. I added a little chili paste for extra heat, and it worked perfectly. The Spicy Garlic Edamame was much better than I expected for a side dish. The edamame was cooked just right, still firm and plump, and coated in a flavorful garlic sauce with a nice kick. We also ordered the Gyoza, which had a beautifully crispy bottom and juicy filling inside. Simple but very well executed. The Pork Rice Bowl was huge and easily shareable. The sweet and savory sauce paired really well with the rice, making it a great comfort-food option alongside the ramen. Overall, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were generous. Definitely a spot I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

Less noodles at my request. (I don't eat a lot of noodles). Me, humming a tune after tasting the broth. The broth is AMAZING!!! So full of flavor I just could not get enough! The service was good. And I guess because it was slow, I got lucky! The cook came out and asked me how the food was. I told him how much I loved the broth and that the noodles are made in-house. We chatted for awhile, such that I felt I could tell him the one area that could improve and he not be offended. So I told him how other Yelpers mentioned the meat wasn't tender but chewy. And I agree. The pork was overcooked. But since I was there for the broth, it didn't bother me. Looking forward to winter soup cravings so I can enjoy Ramen Jo again!

I just want to say on a side note what a responsible thing that is for a business to utilize the holiday weekend to improve their business to better serve their customers. Well when I got to the front door, it was locked. I sat down at the bench in the shade to find another location to feed my soup dumpling desire when lo and behold the most amazing man named Tiger walked up. I shared my bench in the shade as we started casual conversation. Then to my surprise he was one of business owners. To my surprise he and Casey opened the door and made me the most amazing chili oil dumplings that I've ever had!!! Tiger. I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for feeding my soul and my belly at the same time today. I give your business a five out of five star rating, and I wish you much continued success and happiness in life. I have traveled much of California some of Oregon and Washington and this is by far the best I've had.
