Panera = the perfect quiet place to study! Better than studying at Starbucks! Order a "Pick Two" meal and you're set to study for a while! It is surprisingly quiet for such a large, busy venue. Each seating area is blocked off a little so you feel like you're in your own private cubicle. The best part is that there are literally plugs under each booth seat! The food is just so-so but it's worth the amount of work you can get down here. I suggest getting a hot sandwich along with the broccoli cheddar soup. read more

Did my usual rapid pick up order that I occasionally get. Walk in to pick it up and there's a sad face on the receipt saying they ran out of the Cinnamon Crunch Scone and to see cashier. So, no bigger chose another pastry. Then, I get to car and open my bag and notice my half salad was hella small! I usually order half chicken Caesar with extra lettuce (free charge) extra croutons (free charge) and extra dressing (free charge) with half panini. Last time I ordered they put my salad in a large box and when I opened this time it was in a small box. So I go back in and he basically said oh half salad always come in this small box. And I said even if I requested extra lettuce and croutons? Last time they placed it in a larger box. And I said this is way too small. If that's the case I'll pay the difference for a bigger one. And he said you'd have to pay for a full size salad. And I said that's fine because this is way too small. He was nice enough to let it go and said I'll put it in a larger box for u but next time you'd have to order a full size if u want it in a larger box. (Seriously? Is it that big of a deal for a larger box?) Anyway. I get home and of course! My Panini was missing my EXTRA bacon that I paid extra for! They got the no tomato but forgot my add bacon!!! Ugh so by now I'm so irritated with this place. I always order my rapid pick up here and never really had any issues. And now... I don't think I'll be ordering here anymore. Great environment for studying. I got a half sandwich half salad. Made sure they didn't have any peanuts in anything. Everything was fresh. They also have people walking around clearing plates for you as you finish, which is pretty awesome for a small sandwich place. read more

I'm a huge fan of Panera but this location has to be the most unorganized, slow, and cramped one in the area! They even ran out of buzzers when we were there! I'm hoping they will work out their kinks because I love having a Panera closer to home so I guess we will just have to see after giving them some time to work it out. read more

Bakery smells so good. They have one of the best fresh bread ever. Can't get enough of their soup, cant remember what is called but it taste's like cheddar with some vegetables. I stopped coming here. Neither the food or the service were good anymore. I am writing this because today even my 14 year old realized how rude the cashier (Itzia) was. She got impatient because I was asking her how many chips/bread/apple were included in my order. When my son asked for a smoothie she said they did not have any with a mean tone. When I asked her something else she cut me off almost yelling at me "Hold on! Let me see something first". At that point I should have asked for the manager or just cancel my order and leave. When she gave me the receipt, she ripped it off in a bad manner and almost threw it at me. I told her she was having a very bad attitude and she ignored me and just went to the next customer. Just to add to this, our order took long (several people were complaining about this issue as well), and was incomplete, the cashier Itzia did not tell us the lemonades had to be picked up from the counter, the lemonade cups were not full, and my half sandwich was more like a third of a sandwhich. read more

Panera Bread is an excellent place to come for some cheap healthy options. I like the "pick 2" combo. They have a great variety of soups - my favorite is their lemon chicken orzo but it is only available in the summer which is a bummer because I would come here more often just for that soup. Their sandwiches are good but sometimes the bread can be very tough to eat. They give a decent amount of meat and fixings - overall a good sandwich but not a great one. This Panera has a great little outdoor section, it is the perfect place to eat on a nice day. read more

Ok, so I know that when a restaurant opens things must be crazy for the employees because they just haven't hit the rhythm yet... things are not flowing the way they should be. Hence the reason for the extra star. Very excited to have yet another lunch spot. I've visited Panera Bread on Hamilton a few times and they have such great selection of breads and all kinds of baked goodies I'm glad to have them so close by. Anyhow, the food was great, tasty, prepared fresh... except I don't recommend the apple for the side. I am very allergic to pesticide or any type of chemical that is used in farming and if it not washed off completely my throat will let me know in an instant with it swelling up. THE APPLES AT THIS LOCATION ARE NOT RECOMMENDED. THEY ARE NOT WASHED! Besides this little mishap the soup and sandwich was great except for the fact that they served both of us the wrong sandwich... but hey like I mentioned before: at the opening of a restaurant things are a bit out of control and confusing. The manager here is the soul reason why I will never come back to this store. She is rude, mean, loud and in no way handles herself as a manager. I stood there why she walked around talking about her coworkers in Spanish and making jokes, instead of answering my question. Then when she did speak, she was non-inviting and very short. It's like high school in there. I feel sorry for her co-workers and the girl she was talking about to them. You should be more careful about what and who you speak about in front of customers. It's unprofessional and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to tell other people's personal info in the work place. I was the last costumer yesterday and the cashier was still happy to see me. She worked to take my order and collect it all with no help. I don't know her name, but she is new and a great addition to this store. I came in this morning for a bagel and the cashier was different and rude. Where is the new girl? I like her better. Today was the third time I've placed an order from their app for ASAP pickup and 30 min later the order isn't ready and I have to remind them about it. This morning was the second time I've gone and they are out of coffee. The light roast was completely gone and the dark roast was about done. Stopped here this morning to get cookies for an office meeting. Clerk (Violet) was trying to do two things at the same time and both were so poorly done. I told her to finish with what she was doing and she could take care of my order. Every time I come here I get bad service and it's always super crowded. I feel like they need more staff making the food cause it's always so slow. Today I waited 20 mins for my "to-go" order and it turns out that it was sitting out in a "for here" bowl the whole time. Nobody even bothered to check why that bowl was sitting there the whole time. Panera is usually one of my go-to places for studying since it's quiet and I can also get a decent meal at the establishment. I came in around 4pm on a weekday, and it wasn't crowded at all so there was ample space and free outlets. However, their wifi connection was horrible! I talked to one of the workers about the wifi, and they knew their wifi was slow. They didn't let me know if anyone was or will be in the process of fixing it. So, it's safe to say I'm not coming back to this Panera again for studying anytime soon. Despite that, the food service was decent. I'd come back for a meal if I reaaaally wanted to and in the area. read more

I love Panera Bread anyways...but last night I ate there with my daughter and granddaughter...there was a family sitting behind us with a very loud and rambunctious toddler. He was screaming at the top of his lungs and jumping in the booth while his parents were trying to eat and I am sure get out of there as fast as they could...A woman walked over to them (I assume it was the manager of Panera) and started talking to the little guy...even took him for a little walk with the parents permission of course...I was very impressed with her warmness and caring attitude. So mediocre; from the food to the service. On a normal day it's a 3.5 star place as far as service but today the cashier kinda stunk. I make sure to speak up and clearly when I order but it was as if she couldn't hear a word I said- and yes English is my first language. It wasn't that busy or loud either so by the end of my order I literally felt like I was shouting. And I wanted half of my order for here and the other half to go. That wasn't accomplished so I had to get up out of my table I saved two times to correct it. I ordered sourdough roll as my side and got sourdough slices of sandwich bread. Great let me go bug them now for another correction. I wish businesses could just follow through and do their job. Really how hard can it be? Oh and when I was at the register and finishing up I said thank you and she never said "you're welcome." So I said it again in case she didn't hear me. And I looked her right in the eye and said it a third time and she didn't say anything! She should be saying thank you. She should have said you're welcome. This is a service industry. So why no service? Oh and as I was leaving I waited a good 20 secs and held the door open because people were heading out. No thank yous, no acknowledgements. Maybe it's just the ghetto area this place is in- I guess the caliber of people in this demographic are just uneducated in social etiquette. read more

Wifi is basically nonexistent. It's a spacious location, and close to home for me. But I usually come to Panera both to eat and to get things done -- and the abysmal wifi situation precludes that. Seems like a simple thing to fix. read more

This location was very clean when I visited to pick up my online order. The process was very efficient and I didn't even have to wait in a line to get my order. My salad was amazing and fresh as well as the rest of the baked goods I had ordered as well. I was impressed with this one visit, hopefully more are to come. read more

Panera's mac 'n' cheese is a dream! An adult version of a childhood classic -- super creamy, cheesy, flavorful. Pair it with the Mediterranean sandwich (though they're always stingy on the hummus, but that seems to be the norm across all Panera locations I've been to) for a super satisfying, food coma-inducing meal. I like that self-serve iced coffee is an option in addition to the usual fountain drinks and brewed teas. I've had the chipotle chicken sandwhich here and it's really good .. until you take a look at how many calories it has!! I mean seriously, if you eat it the way it comes (All-natural pepper-mustard chicken, smoked bacon, smoked cheddar, tomatoes & ancho-chipotle spread) it's almost 1000 calories! FOR A SANDWICH?! I effing LOVE this place!!! Everytime I come I get the chicken chipotle sandwich with an apple. This place is always clean and there is great customer service!! Since I come once or twice a week, I feel that I have a pretty good idea about how the business runs. The staff make sure that you're happy.
