    Plastic

I usually like Panera a lot, especially the chx wild rice soup and strawberry salad. However it usually doesn't come with a thick piece of plastic that must have come from the corner of an ingredient bag or something. Today with order #178671 I was a third of the way thru the soup when I bit down on a hard object from the soup . It is amazing I didn't choke. I went up to the counter and showed the young guy there the plastic Corner and said they needed to check their rice soup batch because I almost choked on it. He apologized and that was the end of It. Might be awhile before I go back...

Autumn squash soup = Heaven in a bowl

That covetable 5-STAR rating I just gave this place is ONLY for the MYSTICALLY WONDERFUL, sadly only seasonal VEGETARIAN AUTUMN SQUASH SOUP https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/menu-categories/soups.html#vegetarian-autumn-squash-soup, which is so amazingly good that I **may** have told the bewildered cashier that if I could, I'd bathe in it...!! My office catered in Panera for lunch the other day, and my oh my...!! What I thought would be a ho-hum soup and sandwich turned into a love fest. The sandwich was ok, though forgettable enough to not really remember what it was just a week or so later. This soup, however, was another story, and had me obsessing over it until I finally gave in and had it again Friday night. I'm not really much of a soup person, but this "limited edition" selection is heaven in a bowl, and I **WILL** find a way to make it at home, preferably without a gallon of "heavy cream!!" Other than this life-changing soup, this place is just like every other Panera in this hemisphere, clean, comfortable, predictable, and a step or three above fast food. No complaints... (except that the bowl wasn't big enough!!) ;-)

Might as well make my 100th review about Panera, since I've been there enough. The pumpkin spice latte is great! I don't know about $4 great, but still great nonetheless. You can't go wrong with their bagels or the delicious cream cheese. The soups are good, especially the cheesy potato and broccoli soup. But the prices are just plain outrageous for the portions and the quality of the food. That is why I only give 2 stars. The food is good but not absolutely amazing to warrant the ridiculous price of it. Especially the breakfast and lunch sandwiches. There is free WiFi though

It's crazy cheap here. I stopped in for the lunch buffet on a Thursday afternoon at about 1pm and…read morepaid just $11.19 total (food, drink, and tax included). For this, you'll get a moderate assortment of food to choose from. Unfortunately, most of what I chose was somewhat bland, and the meats were generally tough. If you look at my photos, you'll see they mix a lot of leftover, smaller pieces in with the new food. To get around this, pick through and get the newer stuff. The one single item that absolutely impressed me was the breaded chicken in peanut sauce that was tender, juicy, and delicious! A++ In reality, its more of a two or two and a half star rating, but It's hard for me to ding them too hard when I'm doing AYCE Chinese but paying less than a McDonald's combo meal. And Here's Another Piece To Chew On: It's a little different set up here: *You pay up front at the counter. *You can tip on your card before you eat or bring cash for the table. *Drinks and food are self-serve and unlimited. *There's zero service here. *They make no effort to remove plates until a guest leaves.

Parking is easy, and the building is handicap assessable. You pay first upon entering. This is Chinese Buffet-style food. It has your typical Chinese favorites; they have a different type of sauce color, like the General Tso Chicken. (it was a brown sauce and not the Spicy Red glaze.) They also have a version of Chicken teriyaki; it's not on a stick and is pinkish in color. Very weird looking, and I didn't try it. The buffet had a lot of chicken dishes, and the chicken was cut into tiny pieces. The fried rice and noodles lacked flavor. No dish stood out except for the Egg Rolls. For which I can't lie; I ate 3. The buffet setup is perfectly laid out with self-service drinks. The decor is a mid-90s flashback.

Better than ramen I've had in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas. The chili oil or sashuan oil is not as hot as I thought. Easy to eat, even if you can't tolerate much spice. Staff was super amazing. Shout out to the guy behind the bar. Rockin' beard and rockin' attitude. Easy 30-minute drive from Beaver Creek, Wright-Pat area, but so worth it.

I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.
