This stop is in the St. Paul Maple Grove within the Twin Cities. I went with the new Cibiatta steak sandwich with chips. The staffer was very quick, precise, and more importantly, was accurate. They will give you a pager vs. the old-fashioned number stands. It wasn't a long wait. The sandwich was okay. I could have used a few more seasoned items to bulk up the bite. This wasn't bad for a predetermined stop for a later lunch.

Mac n cheese for the kids.

40+ minute wait. At least 6 people working. Manager kept making excuses, and even stopped working to walk around and tell customers waiting that he would bring around free cookies BUT never did. Kids waiting were disappointed too. Poorly run.

Yes its Panera.. I guess I haven't been here in awhile. Their prices seemed to have jumped, maybe its just me. Ordered two Napa Almond Chicken sandwiches and a bowl of French onion to share. $22.00. Waited 10 extra minutes because their chicken salad wasn't ready,no biggie. At least it was fresh. I thought it would taste more almondy, but the grapes seemed to stand out more. Bread was super fresh. I don't mind paying extra for really good or hearty sandwiches, but this kind of missed the mark for me at least. Service is excellent and fast which is appreciated to get in and out, I'm still a fan. Bagels are great here too.

I appreciate that this location is open until 9:00pm considering that other locations are only open until 8:00 pm. The food is good and consistent. The staff is very friendly.

I have had nothing but terrible luck at this location. Went there once for some chicken noodle soup and bread for a sick kid that I got through the drive thru. Got it home to discover the soup consisted of two noodles and a slice of carrot floating In some broth. This after paying $8.00 for just the soup. Another time - again through the drive thru - got two bagels home to find them burnt to a crisp. Completely inedible. Today was the complete kicker and the final straw. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to order an egg sandwich only to be told I could not get breakfast because it ended while I was waiting. Spoke with a manager - she was totally rude and unapologetic. Skip this location! In fact, skip Panera all together. Food is mediocre and overpriced.

Almost scratched my Maserati while trying to navigate their blocky drive thru. The espresso was fine.

Food's good like at other Paneras, but the wireless at this store stinks. Go somewhere else if you want to go online over your bagel.

They have been out of food the past 4 times I've been in. It's always around 5 pm. Why wouldn't you plan better for your dinner hour?

Always on the hunt for some really good Wonton Soup.. unfortunately, I didn't find it. Ordered…read moresome wonton soup and it wasn't what I was used to. It had a ton of vegetables which typically I don't mind, but the broth and dumplings just tasted odd. Other food ordered: Appetizer platter- chicken wings, tempura shrimp, fried wontons, cream cheese wontons Pork pad thai- had nice big chunks of pork. It was okay. The service was great, but the flavors for me- I just wasn't a fan. Prices are a tad high.

This was the first time I've gone to zen Asian In over 10 years so it was a brand new experience…read more The woman and her husband seemed to be the only ones working. He made the food and she took the orders. By the time we were leaving it was pretty busy and she was rushing around trying to so everything plus taking walk out orders. I am vegan and explained that to her and they were able to accommodate me. I got the Szechuan Kung pao tofu. I got it spicy level 3/5 it did have some back heat but overall the initial tasted somewhat sweet. The tofu was nicely fried and there was a good bit and a good variety of vegetables. My mom got the Thai basil supreme with shrimp which had a red curry base. She got it spicy 4/5 and said it wasn't spicy and that mine was actually spicier. Overall we both enjoyed our food but the dishes were expensive. I don't know that I would rush back but it was good.
