Creamy Tomato Soup and Toasted Garden Caprese
    Virginia R.

I was stuck at work for lunch so I ordered Panera ahead of time off of DoorDash. My order came on time, hot and made perfectly. I had the toasted Caprese sandwich and a cup of creamy tomato soup. The sandwich/soup combo on a cold winter day is very satisfying and comforting. I'll be ordering from this location again.

I personally love this Panera. One, its close to ky house and two, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at all but that could just be me. I noticed mixed reviews on Panera but I've personally never had a problem. I love their Broccoli Cheddar soups. I've been getting that same soup everytime i go and im feeling some soup. Their bagels are a go to as well especially their Cinnamon Crunch, its sooooooo good. As for their food and baked good, It's also very fresh. Customer Service is always Great! The service is also amazing. I love how nice the people are. As for their location, yes i mentioned theyre close to my house but as per the area, its in Town Center so thats a plus there. I like their set up and how you can chill and eat outside too. Overall, I never had a bad experience at this Panera location and will always continue going. I recently got a Cinnamon Crunch bagel basically for free because of their app. So download the app now and start saving on some pure yummyness!

my order arrived with missing items and burnt!!! my bagels were not even supposed to be toasted!!!! i ordered 3 chocolate chipper cookies and got none of them!!!! the drink was terrible!!! the pastries were hard!!! and when i called the store upset the mangager janessa (she said her name was) got upset with me because i was upset about my order!!! and then she hung up the phone and i had to call back 10 times so that i can ask to speak with a general manager which she refused!!!!! then i asked to speak with a different manager or anyone other than her and she refused!!!!! i will be reporting this to the better business bureau and i pray this location get shut down!!! you guys continue to mess up my order then give a a funky credit just for you all to mess up the make up order when i use the credit given to me from the last time you guys messed up!!! they mess up continuously then punish you buy never actually getting your order correctly done with quality!!!! its all trash!!!! a waist!!!

This is my go to Panera in Town Center. I have dined here over 7 years or longer and have also used curbside. However today was a first for delivery through Door Dash. I placed my order on the app which is very easy to use. My loyalty number and credit card were attached to the account making it very convenient. Checkout was a breeze., A confirmation was sent to my email with a link to track my order through Door Dash. The timeframe was approximately 30 minutes. The system was darn nifty. The tracking worked flawlessly and a confirmation of the drop + photo of the order at the door was received for a contactless delivery. Wow! This was really good! The order of pizza, soup and sandwich arrived in a large bag with tape over the top. The pizza and soup was still warm. My sandwich was either incorrect or they forgot bacon. Since the Bacon Turkey Bravo is a regular sandwich it did not taste same, not bad just different. Everything taste wise was good. I contacted the store to advise the sandwich was not correct and they apologized and issued a refund for the error. This type of customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you Panera and I will order take out again soon.

Everything bagel with bacon and egg no cheese

I don't usually come to this location. I usually go to the Greenbrier location. By this location by far there, everything bagel was outstanding the taste and everything bagel is amazing cooked perfectly so fresh and light and fluffy. The amount of egg that I got was great not just thin like I've gotten from the other locations. My order came out quickly. This location all the tables were clean, not crowded at all. the music is not too loud.

The Chicken Salad sandwich was really good. A heaping helping of chicken salad was served on delicious homemade, thick sliced bread. The sandwich also comes with tomato slices and fresh greens. The meal alsobcomes with a bag of chips. All around a really good sandwich. Now the reason for the rating was the horrible condition of the dining area and the restaurant in general. The restaurant is very run down, from the non-functioning self ordering station to the dirtiness. The place does a brisk business with lots of carry out business. The place seems understaffed and those working are really busting it. It's the poor condition of the restaurant that no amount of wiping down will fix. Panera Corporate needs to spend some money on their stores and update/fix. See pictures. I was trying be respectful of diners and capture the absolute disheveled appearance which is throughout the place.

The staff is all extremely friendly and made several suggestions. I didn't have time to enjoy a meal but they have a variety of healthy choices to chose from and rotating drafts! I'm a chef myself and travel to different restaurants regularly, so I try to be understanding. That said, the service we experienced yesterday at Stock Pot was unfortunately some of the worst I've had in quite a while. We sat outside, and it honestly felt like we were being deliberately ignored. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet we had to wait long stretches just to get basic things. At one point near the end of our meal, we asked for a box and our check. Instead of bringing it over, the waitresses stood around talking with other waitresses, while we continued to wait. After sitting there for quite a while, we eventually had to ask for the check and box, a second time. Throughout the meal the service was inconsistent. We had three different waitresses checking on us, but were left to sit for about 30 minutes alone at one point, and it took almost 20 to have our order taken, once we ordered, we had to request our appetizer again, after waiting another 20 or so minutes. Upon asking, again, we found out they were out of part of the appetizer we ordered. After that it came out quick. The food, however, was excellent and definitely the highlight of the experience. That's why this review is disappointing to write -- the kitchen is clearly doing a great job. I just hope the service side improves, because it didn't match the quality of the food.

I ordered the spicy umami miso ramen with tofu, karaage, and a soft-boiled egg, and it was absolutely delicious--rich, comforting, and full of flavor. It's a hidden gem tucked into a shopping center and easy to miss from the main road, but there's plenty of parking and once you're inside it's much more spacious than it looks. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and everything came out fresh. Prices were very reasonable too, especially for the portion sizes and quality. There's also a wide menu beyond ramen, so I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more. Before leaving, I grabbed a brown sugar boba milk tea too. I was already full, so I saved it for later--but even then, it was still really good. Overall, a great first experience--I'll definitely be returning!

My friends and I got different eggs benedicts and they were all amazing, I wish the one I got had more crab or some greens in it, but still delicious. I ended up on the combo of their soup and salad since their soup also sounded good. I was hesitant on the strawberries in the wine country salad since I know they're not in season really, but they were lovely. Everything in the salad worked well together and the dressing was nice and vinegary while still tasting of raspberries. It was very well balanced except for the ratio of toppings to greens. I feel as though there was just a little too much toppings. It could've used more leafs. As for the soup, it was a little bland, but after adding salt and pepper it tasted nice. It was mostly soup rather than crab or corn though. That was my only critique really, the temperature was good as well. It could've used some crackers on the side, but it wasn't necessary, just would've been a nice touch. Our waitress was quite nice, checked up on us and got us refills. All of our food came out together and hot. The sandwiches on other people's plates all looked wonderful, and after having a shoestring fry, I can definitely say next time I will be ordering some of those. As far as ambiance goes, it was nicely lit but still moody, which was appreciated. Very chill in there. Only reason I rate it 3 stars is because I feel as though there's room for improvement food wise, and price wise. $20+ for almost everything on the menu is pretty ridiculous. Even for some of the simple items. I don't think the food is that good, proportionately appropriate, or creative to be that much money. Maybe it's just me, but that's how I feel. I'll probably be back to try more items, I'd recommend coming here at least once to try if you haven't, during happy hour to get the best prices if you can.

I chose the $25 option, which included an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert. For the appetizer, I picked the shrimp rolls and crab rangoons. I also loved that it was a duo, so you didn't have to choose between the two. That was definitely a plus. For my entrée, I ordered the shrimp pad thai, and this was actually my first time ever trying pad thai. I wanted to try something different, and I'm so glad I did because it was really, really good. I would honestly go back just for this dish alone. The shrimp was cooked well, the noodles had the perfect amount of flavor, and the portion size was very satisfying. No complaints at all. For dessert, you can choose between coconut ice cream or fried bananas. My friend got the coconut ice cream, and I got the fried bananas, and we ended up splitting both. Together? Delicious. They do offer them together as part of the $35 option, but since we both did the $25, we just shared--and it worked out perfectly. The customer service was also great.
