    Fuji Apple Chicken Salad Stuffer
    Aliyah D.

This was my first time at a Panera bread and I had a pleasant experience. The place was clean and cozy. The worker making the sandwiches in the back was the nicest guy taking care of an elderly regular and made his day. It was really special to see that. He was also super attentive and nice to us. I got the Fuji apple salad and it was really good and refreshing. I also got the strawberry basil Fresca and it was soooo good and refreshing. It was not too sweet or too bland it was perfect, and I'm usually picky about drinks. We also got a strawberry banana smoothie that was want you would want from a classic smoothie. The cinnamon roll was also very good.

Worst strawberry basil lemonade from this location

Now all the bad ratings make sense. I got my sip club strawberry basil lemonade here today and it's the worst one I've ever had. I think they water down their lemonade because even after I asked for more puree, it still tasted barely sweet. I drank some down and added some lemonade from the drink stand, and it didn't help. Please don't water down your drinks!!! It's so gross. At least the staff were nice!

Spicy Fiesta Chicken sandwich. Pathetic amount of chicken- maybe three slices at most

Absolutely awful experience today - got two pick twos and the sandwiches each had maybe two or three slices of chicken at the most. Pathetically awful portion sizes. Such a joke, you can't even tell what's between the bread when looking at it. If I didn't have a gift card I would've felt even more ripped off than I feel now.

I love Panera and I loved the salad I ate just before running off to catch my flight at the airport. This review comes with a HUGE "but"... We went to our table and were waiting - we grabbed a table which was empty and mildly ok - the restaurant actually just seemed very dirty. There was a sweet lady who came over and started cleaning our table but honestly it was like she was pushing the dirt around and then she lingered a really long time and kept coming over to the table which was sweet but...I think she had had an accident because she smelled very strongly like feces...I am not kidding. It really turned our stomachs and my sister pretty much grabbed me and wanted to run before the lady came back.

Bag opened by Door Dash driver who took photo of it after tampering with food. DD refused to even report it and told me to contact Panera.

Food is pretty good but your portions were literally cut in half and prices went up, you're literally stealing from people, ridiculous!

Service was awesome. The smoothies were really good. My sandwich was good too. I liked the bread and the cheese. If you like Mediterranean inspired food with ridiculously good bakery items that caters easily to those who are gluten free, vegetarian or vegan, do not miss this place. He got the Israeli breakfast sub vegan kofta kebabs for the tuna and I got the vegetable shakshuka. The Israeli plate is a cornucopia of items, the pics don't do it justice. The plate was bigger than his head. He was in heaven, mmmmm-ing and ohhhing as he ate. I had the shakshuka. Now, I make this at home and have eaten it at numerous restaurants. I know good shakshuka. It was divine. The perfect amount of heat, eggs were properly runny, and the veggies were a perfect balance of crunch and spring. An espresso vanilla bean hurricane, was a delightful addition to the rest of our lunch. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The cafe interior was utilitarian and well maintained. The staff delivering food were attentive to other guests needs as they walked by. All in all, excellent food and experience. I look forward to returning.

We were seated in a high top across from the bar. Our server, Hannah, was pleasant and cordial. My wife ordered the southwestern salad and I ordered a burger with a $2 upgrade to make the tater tots "garlic". Her salad comes and is much smaller than expected for $18. My burger came and I ordered it medium rare and it was well done. I sent it back to be refired to the proper temp and while I waited I ate the tater tots. I expected a $2 upcharge to be at least fresh garlic but it was garlic powder. On top of that, when I finished the tots(before the second burger) there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the basket plus 2 pools that leaked onto the table. The refired burger came back via a food runner, not a manager, and this burger was also not medium rare but I was hungry so I ate it. When we let Hannah know about the out l oil she explained that they regularly are cleaning up oil and not to worry about it. I'll be going to the Muffin House down the road from now on. You should also.

I have been to other NYAJ locations but this was new to me, we picked it because it was central for everyone. Plenty of parking available in the lot, we probably didn't need the reservation either but we made it just in case. We were seated at a round table by the open kitchen in the back of the restaurant. We started with a round of drinks- pineapple painkiller was a hit- and then ordered a variety of entrees (bacon jam burger, pulled pork, steak tips, and pizza). Service was good and friendly although we needed to ask for water and a bread basket refill a couple times.
