After trying to post for reviews, I'm completely irritated! All I wanna say is how you serve your bread sad!

The only reason I'm rating this at three is because the food that my husband and daughter did get wasn't horrible! Actually, my husband was thrilled with his cheesesteak ciabatta and a French onion soup! The price I paid for my daughter's mac & cheese and bread bowl was ridiculous and hardly considered a meal! It was like I don't even know if it was a cup of mac & cheese and a dried out bread bowl! And and as I stated before under the pictures, there was maybe a cup of greens in the salad they sent me go look at how much the salad ! This was my first experience with Panera at the restaurant and unfortunately my last! One more thing I hardly ever ever given a negative comment unless I'm thoroughly disgusted!

    Filthy ovens

I got a cold coffee and the ovens they cook the food in are filthy. Then they brought me a 2nd tepid mocha. Fail. I think the department of health should look at those ovens.

When I drove up to pick up my food, only a piece of baguette was included which wasn't what I wanted.

The charcuterie board was an excellent choice for a light meal while the kids eat their dinner early. The lemon dessert was light and delicate with a good balance of sweet and tart from the berries. Good beer from the Saw Mill as usual. Love dim lighting which creates a causal and relaxing ambiance.

The service is absolutely horrific! I give honest reviews, and I need to say that the hostess or…read morethe manager was truly a very awful person. We sat and waited for more than 40 minutes after our so called reservation. We were never asked if we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs, but he was going to put us at a high top with two babies. That makes no sense at all! My neighbors were even there and asked for a downstairs table as they were elderly and couldn't get up the high stairs. They had to wait for almost an hour to get it. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to try the food, because the wait took so long. When I mentioned this to the manager, he literally yelled at us on our way out in front of everyone. What a wonderful memory of this place. He was a JERK. The place is adorable, but I would highly suggest to make sure you ask your customers if they want to sit upstairs or downstairs and their preferences before you decide to book a large group. Along with that, if you have people waiting for so long, at least offer them a water or something while they wait. I also heard from my Neighbors that their French toast was hard., the wait was long, and everything was overpriced for what you got. I would not suggest going here if you're looking to spend a half a day just waiting for just ok food.

I hate posting a negative reviews of a small local business, but we were disappointed. No we aren't looking for discounts free food etc or anything. In fact I hope it was just a bad day for them. We ordered: General Tsos chicken Orange chicken Pot stickers and spring rolls. 45$ is pricey for 2 mains and 2 apps but my husband figured they might be good. Sometimes the food is worth the $. The General Tsos chicken had no flavour really beyond over cooked soy. No spice either. The orange chicken tasted borderline exactly like the General Tsos chicken. Lots of soy. The barest hint of orange and no spice. My spring rolls had an overpowering cooking oil flavour and the pot stickers had no water chestnuts, no ginger, no scallions or garlic. Just ground meat. I am giving the restaurant a maybe on reccomendations because perhaps the chef was off...maybe it was just a bad day. I hope they continue serving their loyal clients but sadly we will take a pass on ordering from here again. It's just too expensive to test drive a 2nd time for us.
