We were seriously considering Saratoga Foothill Club as our wedding venue because it was very affordable and came with a very nice almost-inclusive package through Panetta's. It was great when we were dealing with Erin, and was happy to see that Panetta's was also a preferred vendor when we decided on Hakone Gardens instead for our venue...but was sad again when we found out that Erin wouldn't be our go-to person. Instead, we would be dealing with Lori...which was very concerning because of all the Yelp reviews I've read here about her! Still, I decided to give them a try and scheduled a tasting with Lori because their package was very tempting...but SO many things went wrong in such a short of amount of time that our decision was immediately made for us! 1. I had told Erin that my fiance and I may possibly bring one of my bridesmaid along, but somehow that message never was communicated to Lori so she only prepared enough food for 2... 2. When we arrived at the catering location, we thought we had the wrong place because no one was in the office even though we tried knocking on the door (no doorbell) and waited for 10 minutes (!!!!!) before I tried calling Lori on her cell phone...she apparently was in the inside office even though she knew we were coming & decided to not wait by the outside office to welcome us. 3. We were expecting to be fed with food that's going to impress us right away when I scheduled our tasting at 1:30pm...instead, Lori starts talking NON-STOP for over an hour about details of the wedding day and how SHE wants everything to be done. When we questioned her about how things should be done, she says, "Well, I've done at least 50 weddings there. How many have you done?"...REALLY?!?!?! I didn't appreciate that one bit! 4. When we finally decided to interrupt her because I was WAY too hungry (hello?! I didn't eat breakfast thinking I would be fed with lunch at 1:30pm and it's now almost 3pm?! UN-freaking-acceptable!), Lori didn't seem happy about how we interrupted her and went inside the kitchen. I could hear her slamming everything inside (including the microwave door)...VERY unprofessional! 5. Lori also was not honest about their food - everything is "home-made" by the company. No...some of the hor d'oeuvres are clearly store-bought so please don't lie to our faces! When we tried to comment on what we felt about the food (salad was clearly over-dressed, chicken was WAY too dry, and I didn't enjoy their multi-grain rice at all), she appeared very offended... Clearly, we ran as fast as we could! Lori never even had the professionalism to follow-up with me so...whatever! read more

The beef was outstanding, the chicken is to die for, and the stuffed mushrooms were loved by my family and friends. The venues might be nice (in pictures) but my suggestion to you Yelpers is. not to waste your time like the last reviewer said. I have been trying relentlessly to contact Lori Beasley (email, voice mail on her work line, voice mail on cell phone and follow-ups) to no avail. Too bad because I really wanted to take a look at Creekside Terrace of Los Gatos for our nuptials. Also too bad on their part because we had mucho dinero to throw their way. I got married Nov. 6 @ The Saratoga Foothill Club. Panetta's did a WONDERFUL job with my wedding reception. The food was amazing. Panetta's has been in business for over 30 years. Glen and Erin are the owners. They know what they are doing. I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day. They were so great working with my husband and I. They met with us 2 weeks before the wedding to lock everything in and discuss the fine details of the reception. I had 100 favors, 2 different color rose paddles, kissing bells, 50 candles...! We used Panetta's Elite Events for our recent wedding on June 1, 2018 at Saratoga Foothill Club. Here are our takeaways and I hope this helps those who are looking for a more recent review. Positives: 1. The price and packages - it was great to have an all-inclusive package for food, cake, DJ, linens, service, setup and cleanup. I felt the price was reasonable and the vendors used for the DJ and Cake were great. 2. The food - the food was great and our guests loved it. We opted for the basic food package and added on the carving station and personalized the salad. 3. Setup/cleanup - the staff was able to set up the space exactly as I had outlined with all of the things that we had purchased for our wedding (with the exception of a parking sign that never made it to the parking lot and was brought to the correct space by a guest). Negatives: 1. Communication - Communicating with Lori via email was hit or miss. Before we signed our contract she was very responsive but when we reached out for a countersigned contract it took MONTHS for her to get back to us, and long enough that I had to reach out to the Foothill Club board in order to get ahold of her. She claimed there was a miscommunication with a temp and her communication was better for awhile but the communication issue continued a bit closer to the wedding. Additionally, I received a phone call hours before our rehearsal saying I never confirmed my table assignments via email when I had sent an email the week prior with that exact information. 2. Day of event - On the day of our wedding, there were a number of things that left a bad taste in the mouth of myself, my husband, our bridal party, guests and family. a. Our ceremony started late as Lori told both my husband and I that not all our guests had arrived. We both separately told her that it was okay to start because those closest to us were already in attendance but she didn't seem to listen to our needs or wants. b. We were told during our original meeting at the venue that 45min prior to the wedding, the bridal suite (which is connected to the women's bathroom) would be closed for guests so that I wouldn't be bombarded with people coming in and out of my space prior to the wedding and that the Men's restroom would be available for all guests and someone would be monitoring that space. That was not the case and the Men's restroom was actually unavailable for an amount of time due to staff using it as their changing room. One of my friends ended up standing outside of the Bridal Suite stopping guests from entering since there was no one to help with this. c. Lori made a rude comment to a guest who had arrived and needed to change (as she had rushed over in traffic to be there on time). Something to the affect of "most people come to weddings already dressed". This guest knew how important it was for me for her to be on time and was taken aback that Lori had said that to her, when her own staff had not come to work already dressed and were utilizing the bathroom in the space that we were paying for. d. We had to ask for two tables and the sweetheart table to be moved after dinner to make room for the dance floor. The guests at those tables were served first on purpose and had been done eating for quite some time. e. We had to ask for the lights to be turned off when the dancing started although we had discussed this prior to our wedding. When my bridesmaid asked Lori about turning off the lights she insisted that we had to cut the cake, but we had already cut the cake. f. 5 minutes after our wedding had ended Lori told my husband (rudely) "your family needs to get up and leave so we can clean up" although our contract states we had until 11pm to be completely out of the space. g. Throughout the evening, many people noticed that Lori's attitude was not the nicest and I feel that she may have been overwhelmed or maybe she didn't notice that her attitude was coming off that way. In general, the food, staff, packages, and outside vendors used by Panetta's were great. It is unfortunate that my husband and I felt that our guests, family, bridal party and at sometimes ourselves were not treated very well at times during our wedding and that is the reason for the negative rating. read more

We had our wedding at Saratoga Foothill Club in August, and worked with Glenn Nelson and Panetta's for the catering and event coordination. The thing that we loved most about the venue -and what really cinched the decision for us as a budged conscious couple - was the fact that practically EVERYTHING is included in Panetta's catering price. For the price, you get: tables, linens, dinner ware, professional DJ, cake, food, and soda. For some people, this may be a drawback if you really want to pick out every vendor separately, but for us it was so great to just pay one price and have all the vendors already picked out for us. And the vendors they work with aren't shoddy vendors, either. The cake was AMAZING, the DJ was fabulous, and the staff at the venue was very professional and easy to work with. If you book the venue, you basically get access to a coordinator who works there, too. We worked with Glenn Nelson, who is one of the co-owners of the catering/event company that partners with the venue. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to get a hold of. And the week of the wedding he was able to problem solve all the last minute details. The day of the wedding, he and his staff were on top of every detail and I didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I are both vegetarian and served a vegetarian meal at the wedding, and Glenn was great in helping us plan our menu. We had a tasting with him a few months before the big day, and the food was delicious! I got several comments from guests at the wedding saying how much they enjoyed the food, as well. Tips: I had hired a friend as the 'day-of coordinator,' and it became evident that I didn't need her. Glenn basically filled that role, taking care of all the small details and fixing any problems that came up. It is up to each bride to decide how much day-of help she will need, but I found that having a few friends to help me get dressed was enough, and I didn't need a day-of coordinator, as well. read more

Our perfect venue (Creekside Terrace in Los Gatos) is only bookable through Panetta's, so we worked with Lori and her assistant Erin for most of our wedding's details (all we did separately was buy alcohol, and hire the band, florist, and photographer). Pros: - Food was great (lots of compliments from our guests!) - Very experienced and knowledgeable (she's done more weddings than we have...) - Very organized (laid out details of costs, timeline, etc) - Responsive and flexible (we visited the venue multiple times when family members were in town, she suggested decorations that would work with our theme and the venue, etc) - Lori got us approval to have mini-kegs (which are usually not allowed at Creekside) and separately met with our band to talk about optimal set up and "house rules" (i.e., the noise ordinance) - MOST IMPORTANTLY: Our wedding was fabulous! We didn't worry about a thing, everything ran smoothly, and we had fun! - And the icing on the cake: when we had a disagreement about our deposit with the venue, Lori stepped in and reimbursed us the difference. Cons: - The wait staff were not in uniform when the bridal party and families arrived, which didn't seem too professional, and there were a few that were not polite. (However, service was good and the bartender was especially great.) - Lori's strong personality rubbed some guests the wrong way. She's got a lot of opinions because she's done so many weddings, but if you want something in particular, make sure you stand up for it. On the other hand, it was her personality that resulted in our wedding running so smoothly. - Minor service snafus: The wait staff served the appetizers reserved for my husband and me to our bridal party, and cake service was a bit dodgy (I didn't end up getting any of the layer I wanted!) read more

The food was good, but thats about where it stops with Panetta's. It is truly unfortunate that in order to use Creekside of Los Gatos, you have to go through this place. Lets begin with a huge warning: Lori tried to STEAL $2000 from us! She overcharged, added extra gratuity to the bill, and even overcharged the tax rate! Scrutinize every single dollar she puts on your invoice because she WILL try to take advantage of you if you are not paying attention. When I called her out on it, she pretended to play dumb and pretended she did it all on accident. I would have believed her had she not been extremely pushy about receiving a prompt payment. She definitely knew what she was doing! Now, lets begin on how forgetful she is. Eight months before our wedding, we had a tasting at Panettas and decided on all of the hor dourves that were to be served. We also picked one of the entrees and let her know that we had some decision making to do on the last entree. So, 2 weeks before the wedding we go to do our "final meeting" with Lori to go over all of the last little details. Well, it was back to square one! She had no idea about ANY of the hor dourves we had chosen and had only a foggy idea of what entrees we decided on. She is EXTREMELY unorganized and forgetful and seems to focus more on getting paid than making her customers happy. In fact, the day of this final meeting was the same day she "messed up" on the invoice and demanded an immediate payment. Finally, and possibly most importantly, Lori left a bad taste in the mouths of nearly EVERY guest at our wedding. She had the nerve to ask my wife ON OUR WEDDING DAY, "We need to start... is your family always this late?" Mind you, this is a Friday afternoon, 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, with rush hour traffic on highway 17. Sure, 2 or 3 people were a few minutes late... do you need to panic the bride and make rude remarks? Nope! She continually barked at guests and her employees all night for no good reason whatsoever. As we made our rounds to the tables during dinner hour, EVERY table asked us who she was and why she was being so rude... as an event coordinator, your job is to NOT be seen... everything should just look like its working. One thing that REALLY ticked me off is that HALF of our guests did not get to take home their favors because Lori and her crew began cleaning the tables 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. Even if its time to clean up, you don't just THROW STUFF OUT! Did I mention that she REEKED of marijuana? Your best bet is if you want to get married at Creekside, try to contact the owners directly and strike a deal with them. Lori is BAD NEWS and the food is definitely not good enough to make up for her lack of care and professionalism. I will be complaining to the owners of Creekside, the Diamond Certified organization, and the Better Business Bureau about Panettas. If you already have an event scheduled with Lori, make sure you watch her LIKE A HAWK! She will take advantage of you given the smallest opportunity. read more

Ok. So we didn't end up picking Panetta's as our wedding reception caterer but we were very very very glad we met with them. First, the one advantage they have over other caterers is that it's a one stop shop: catering, wedding cake and DJ are all included in their package. Furthermore, I would have no worries on my wedding day, based on Lori's (the wedding coordinator) experience. Just talking with her, my fiance and I could already tell that she would take care of everything that day. We would highly recommend Panetta's Elite Catering. Our point person was Lori Beesley, who worked with us quite closely in the months leading-up to our wedding. We found Lori initially through the Foothill's Club in Saratoga, where she is the exclusive caterer. We ultimately did not go with the Foothill's Club, due to the size of our wedding (~135), but we liked her so much we hired her for our wedding at the Lucie Stern Community Center (in Palo Alto). From our first interactions with Lori, we were quite impressed; she seemed very organized, professional, and had lots of experience (both in general, as well as at the venues we were looking at). Lori put-together an amazing tasting, and walked us through the many options we had for planning our wedding day. Panetta's was somewhat unique in our search, in that they provide an all-inclusive wedding package, including a DJ, cake, tableware, linens, etc.. At first we were a bit aprehensive in this approach: even if we like Panetta's, what if we didn't like one of the other vendors she contracts with? Lori let us know that she does have a reimbursement rate, if for example we decided we didn't like the cake vendor, and wanted to find someone else. Fortunately we didn't need to take that route, as our DJ (Tosau Cervantes, aka TC) and cake were both amazing. In retrospect, we really appreciated this all-inclusive approach, as it allowed us to spend more time focusing on the parts of the day we cared most about (the ceremony). Lori worked with us, starting months before the wedding, planning our menus, colors, and layouts. Lori was also a great resource for any and all wedding questions we had, even if they were completely unrelated to her catering. She would typically get back to us promptly, although there were a few times that we had to follow-up in order to get in touch. Lori has a strong personality, and she will definitely let you know her thoughts and recommendations. Honestly, we were concerned that these strong opinions may result in inflexibility. However we found her to be 100% flexible if we wanted to do something in a "non-standard" way, and have no complaints on this front. For the day itself, Lori mostly served as our "wedding coordinator". She worked with the DJ to coordinate the schedule; gave the photographer heads-up for upcoming photo opportunities, and overall just ensured the schedule flowed smoothly. She did an amazing job, the day was perfect, and all of her staff was great. The food itself was fantastic; we got lots of complements from our guests on the food. We opted for her "default" buffet menu, but it sounded like there were lots of other options if we wanted to switch something out. The buffet table looked very nice, as did the bar. Her bartenders were great, and were happy to serve the keg of homemade cider we brought. We also chose to add a "bruschetta bar" during the cocktail hour, which seemed to be well-liked. Overall were were supremely happy with Lori and Panetta's Catering, and would happily recommend them. Lori delivered on everything she promised and more. read more

For purposes of full disclosure, the food at our wedding was great. Glenn had a lot of good suggestions and was open to what we wanted while at the same time very knowledgeable about doing buffets for large crowds. We had a morning brunch and the food they provided was delicious. The low rating is from the difference between the service we were provided, and the service we were promised. Throughout all our meetings with Lori we were told that she would coordinate the event on the day of (this is part of what we were paying for) however: 1) They were completely understaffed. I had guests tell me that they poured their own drinks because the bartender was gone for a while and that they had to ask for the buffet food to be refilled. 2) They poured the champagne for toasts before we ate even after we had told Lori that we wanted to do toasts after the brunch (not quite sure what the point of completing the day of time line on 3 different occasions was if they didn't even use it). Lori herself was one of the people pouring the champagne - showing just how understaffed they were. 3) The wait staff didn't serve the cake - they made people come up and get it when we had been told they would serve it, probably due to being understaffed. Again, Lori was the one cutting up the cake - distracting her from the job we paid her to do - coordinate the wedding. 4) My husband and I weren't served cake at all. By the time I realized they weren't bringing us any I had to ask someone to go get me some and one of the flavors was all gone. 5) We walked through a wedding time line Lori practically every time we met with her (not sure why she didn't just keep the one from the last meeting) and ended up running around ourselves on the day of making sure that we did everything - telling the DJ when it was time for toasts and first dances, and we ended up not doing the garter/bouquet toss because we forgot and Lori was too busy trying to make up for her lack of staff that she didn't have time to coordinate the event. 6) We weren't offered the leftovers from our buffet (even though we paid for all the food and were told there was a lot left over). 7) Cherry on top - the day before the wedding my brother-in-law got poison oak on his foot after walking through the ceremony seating. When I brought it up to Lori she nonchalantly mentioned that it was spread throughout the ceremony seating so CLEARLY she knew about it and didn't do or say anything to us (luckily I have an amazing brother-in-law who spent the entire morning of the wedding on his hands and knees taking it out). Overall, it was a beautiful wedding and everyone enjoyed themselves but with the lack of the day of coordinator we were promised my husband and I had a much more hectic time on our wedding day than it should have been. If you are looking for a place to do the food for your event and rentals for a reasonable price, I would recommend Panetta's. However don't expect for your event to have a day of coordinator, or enough staff. read more

We were the first couple to have a wedding and reception at the Saratoga Foothill Club after last winter's remodeling. Initially, we were concerned that the outdoor ceremony may not be private since the fencing was removed as required by the city. Fortunately, everything turned out wonderfully due to the efforts of Lori Beesley of Panetta Catering. Lori personally designed portable partitions then gained city approval to install them to make the setting more attractive and private than it had ever been. My wife and I are so pleased that we chose to have our wedding at this venue and to trust Panetta Catering with such an important event. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Lori is very experienced in this field and generous in sharing her knowledge. She accommodated our requests and met our need to have a dream wedding. Panetta Catering offers many options to choose from and Lori guided us in selecting the food, table settings, linen, chairs and décor. My wife chose flowers and other décor from outside vendors, but Lori and team used what we provided to make the setting for both our wedding and our reception more beautiful than we could have imagined! We had no worries on our special day and just enjoyed having a perfect wedding! On a final note, our officiating minister who has presided over numerous weddings mentioned on a couple of times that Lori was very skilled in how she coordinated our wedding. We used Panetta's for our wedding on 10/22/10 at the Saratoga Foothill Club and, overall, were pleased with the results. Pros: -Excellent price on their package deal that includes catering, cake, and DJ -No corkage fee saves tons of money -Yummy chicken madeira is a crowd pleaser -They have extensive experience working with their preferred locations and vendors giving them insight into how things will work best Cons: -No hard alcohol allowed (at least not at Saratoga Foothill Club) -Upcharges for appetizers, meat, china for the cake/coffee, and upgraded chairs really add up -Sometimes got the impression that they were disorganized Erin was our main point of contact for details, and Glenn was our coordinator on the day of. Erin was very nice and was quick to respond to any and all of my questions between January, when we signed the contract, and October. Glenn was very knowledgeable and experienced, but sometimes his advice went too far and he didn't seem to sense that we weren't interested. He did his best to keep everything flowing during the day of and let me enjoy my guests' company, but we got off to a bad start when we arrived at the location with our makeup artist and no one was there to let us in. We had arranged to have someone let us in at 10:30 and 2 phone calls and 20 minutes later we finally got in. In hindsight, Panetta's did everything that they promised to do and the location looked great, and we and our guests had a great time. My husband and I went with Panettas for our wedding. Honestly it was a huge mistake! They made many errors (and I am very easy to please) and they missed things that we paid extra for. The event "coordinator" never said a word to me the entire day of our wedding and she was really rude to my mom. They didn't bring enough plates so dinner took forever because they had to wash and reuse them for other guests. The best part...after the wedding when I wanted to talk to them about what happened...they never returned my calls. They never gave us our deposit back and never told us why. We had our wedding ceremony (not reception) at the Saratoga Foothill Club on 5/7/11, which is rented through Panetta's. Overall, I would say that they did an okay job. The set-up on the day of was well done (the chairs in particular were very beautiful) and the appetizer arrangement was attractive. The company seemed a little disorganized, like when they claimed we hadn't paid them the rental fee even after our check had been deposited and the deposit statement was in our bank statement. I wasn't very pleased with the fact that catering was required in our rental contract for the Saratoga Foothill Club, so we were forced to order the appetizers (our reception was elsewhere). But that was okay, I guess. The main thing I didn't like about Panetta's was our point-of-contact, Lori, who was really pushy and unpleasant to work with. She wasn't respectful during our interactions and generally left me feeling belittled after our conversations. She just didn't seem like a nice person. She did give us good advice during our rehearsal the day before the ceremony, but then told us right then that she wasn't going to be present on the day of the ceremony even though she had originally said she would be there for the ceremony, which seemed like really late notice. Fortunately, everything went just fine (the rest of the Panetta staff are probably perfectly competent, and Erin in particular was really nice to work with). As another example, one of our groomsmen forgot his car keys inside the Club house during the rehearsal so he couldn't drive home. Lori had left by the time we realized this and when I called Lori, she was totally unhelpful and refused to do anything about it until I practically begged her in tears. In the end, Erin drove back and let us in and was totally nice about it. I really don't know why Lori was so awful - maybe she just isn't good at working with people with our personalities (we're both really reserved, quiet, and sensitive) and it's likely that she's more used to working with outgoing, demanding people who require push-back. It takes a team to pull off the wedding of your daughter's dreams. Lori and Panetta's catering did everything right...they were easy to work with during the year leading up to the event, responsive, understanding, creative and they kept their word. We never had to remind them twice about our millions of requests. The food was plentiful and tasty, the CREEKSIDE TERRACE venue was stunning. We had 165 guests, all felt they were being catered to even though we had a buffet style meal. The folks at Panetta's are pros and we appreciated all of their good advice and hard work. We had our wedding reception at the lovely Saratoga Foothill Club in July of 2016, which means we worked with Panetta's. Lori Beesley is trustworthy and professional. She balanced contributing her own experience and good taste to our reception planning decisions while encouraging us in our unique creativity. She was kind, flexible, and make planning easy. She knew exactly what she was doing on the day of our reception - we didn't have to worry about anything. We took advantage of the Panetta's package wedding deal that includes their food (light and fresh - our guests loved it) a cake from C'est Si Bon bakery (it was perfect!), and DJ service from Songman entertainment. Unfortunately, the DJ that matched our clean and low-key style was unavailable for our wedding, and the DJ who did our wedding seemed to be having an "off" night, mixing up some important songs, forgetting a key announcement, and playing a song we had specifically requested not to be played due to content issues. When working with Songman, we recommend making sure there is clear communication and understanding with the DJ. Overall, however, Songman worked hard to make our planning and party run smoothly. That said, we had a great overall experience with Panetta's, believe it is affordable for the area, and experienced a classy, worry-free wedding reception. read more

Panetta's catered our daughter's wedding in October 2016. It was at the Saratoga foothill club. Lori and her staff was great to work with. Lori helped with every detail, offering suggestions but leaving the final details for us to decide. Food was delicious; it was served piping hot. I had many compliments on the food and the wait staff service. The staff was wonderful, helped me clean up and pack up my stuff. I delivered decorations to the club the day before and Lori placed everything exactly the way I wanted it. She has been doing weddings a long time; knows how to time everything and I like that she has vendors she works with well and that she took care of making sure everyone was there and on time. Her vendor recommendations were excellent. We had a lot of good feedback on the reception and this was a crowd that has been to some of the best places and restaurants. read more

For my parents's 60th wedding anniversary, we used Pannetta's, with Glenn as our contact. He had great suggestions, worked well with my parents. I've worked with Panetta's twice now. The first time was for my wedding last October at the Saratoga Foothill Club. Panetta's special wedding package is THE most affordable you will find around here! Let me tell you, I did my shopping! Panetta's supplies a spectacular spread for 100 people (you can add more as needed) which included all non-alcoholic beverages and NO corkage fee for the wine we brought (no corkage fee alone is a HUGE savings compared with other vendors!), a great DJ who played exactly what I told him to play and only what I told him to play, and yummy cake (from A Piece of Cake Bakery, who had me a little nervous when I didn't get my calls returned very well, but they did come through with a lovely cake). Panetta's also includes all of the tables, chairs, linens, flatware and table ware that you'll need, so no need for extra vendors there either. Lastly, Lori worked with me and the club to help me get the decorations I wanted in a way that satisfied the club as well. It ended up being a spectacular event that went seamlessly. All of our friends said it was absolutely one of the best weddings they'd ever been to. The club was beautiful, the food was fantastic, the music was great... it all felt like a big, warm family party that was just wasn't at our home. Exactly what we wanted! My second time with Panetta's was for a less joyous event, a funeral. Obviously, you can't plan ahead much for these kinds of things and Glenn at Panetta's came through for me with 2 days notice. Great food for 100+ people, plus accomodating all of the desserts that came in from guests. Not cheap, but still more affordable than anyone else around, plus the peace of mind of knowing that Glenn had everything under control. In planning my wedding for fall 2011, I've visited a handful of venues, one of them was Saratoga Foothill Club where you HAVE to use Panetta's to even book the location. OK, there goes the flexibility but maybe a one stop shop would make it all easier. I explained that we were not interested in a cookie cutter wedding and that we desired a more casual affair. Lori seemed somewhat receptive to the ideas that we had and assured me that my wedding could be how we wanted it even if they were catering. Great, I thought! I left the conversation with expecting to receive revised pricing for the type of reception that we desired in a couple of days....well, I NEVER heard back! Nothing, no phone call at either of the 2 phone numbers I gave nor an email. Geez, that special! Thanks for nothing! I really liked the Saratoga Foothill Club but not enough to book through a company that doesn't follow through with a simple response. read more
