I have been going to this salon for at least 10 years now. For context, I am a quintessentially Irish looking natural blonde who went red a few years ago and since then, I have tried a few different shades, finally landing on a strawberry blonde. When I called to make my initial "I'm Going Red Please Help Me" appointment, I was told that my usual stylist (who had been encouraging me to go red for YEARS) was no longer there, but that I should see Alessandra, because she is awesome with color. I said OK and made the appointment. Alessandra has been doing my hair ever since! She is a master with color, has made every shade of red that I've tried look like it could have naturally grown out of my head and she makes my high/lowlights look discreet and natural, which is important to me. In the past few years, she has become a friend to me and I always look forward to seeing her. She is a super cool person who makes the process really enjoyable and we always have a lot to talk about! I have always had a great experience in the 10+ years I have been going to Panico. It is my go to place for color treatments and cuts, but I have also had my makeup done and hair styled for events. I went to Panico salon this past Saturday practically in tears. I was attending a black tie wedding that evening and had gone to a different salon for a blow out. Well...long story short...the blowout from the other salon was just awful! I had explained that I wanted some body and fullness and what they did came out looking stick straight and lacked any style. Although I did not have an appointment at Panico,...they were willing to get me in. I was assigned to Tom . He took one look and said he can understand my concern and promised to make my hair look fabulous! And yes, he did just that. I have been going to Panico for almost 3 years and see Alessandra - she is phenomenal! I love that she is invested in her clients and their hair! Every time I go to Panico, I leave feeling like a million bucks. Alessandra's attention to detail and work is that of a visionary! Sometimes, I go to my appointment without knowing what I want to do to my hair and let her work her magic. My hair looks good for so long (I get highlights and my hair cut). Hands down best experience I've ever had at a salon. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and the salon itself is gorgeous. Before I had my hair done, I met with Krysten for a consult on exactly what we could do to fix my hair color which left me feeling absolutely confident in her! She did exactly what I wanted and more. She gave my hair a complete make over all while taking into consideration the previous damage done to my hair and made sure to eliminate/minimize any additional damage. Terrible service. I called because I had an issue with my pricing and the girls at the front got there manager... I regretted that the moment She said her name. She's a red headed ogre. Clearly didn't know how to handle clients or confrontations. She basically told me I had no voice and that the transaction was already made and there's nothing she can do about it. Terrible management and customer service. No wonder why they have a color sale going on. They have no business and want people in the chair to get sucked into terrible hair cuts and pricing. Every time I come to the salon to get my hair done I go to Alessandra! She is awesome. I show her a picture and tell her to tweak it however she wants to make it look good(I have shorter hair). My hair ALWAYS looks fabulous when she is done. She also gives the best cuts(doesn't get "cut happy". She does her work from beginning to end and its always done to perfection and always receive lots of compliments! I wouldn't go to anyone else again. Panico is so great! They were so helpful and knew so much about hair. I have never had my hair colored and since I started seeing grays, I wanted to get some highlights or color and wasn't quite sure. When I called to book the appointment, the receptionist knew just who to send me to and how long it would take and helped me decide on what I wanted. Angelo was who did my hair. It came out beautiful. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and I completely love my hair. I have been going to Alessandra at Panico for as long as I can remember. She is so talented and her attention to detail amazes me every time. I love coming here. They just renovated and the atmosphere is so fresh. The entire staff is lovely and everyone is always so nice from the minute I walk in the door. You must go to Meghan. I trust her with everything. She really takes care of my hair and always has fun ideas. Before Meghan my hair was dry with lots of breakage, she has completely changed that. If I could give Krysten 10 stars I would! I went into Panico for the first time a few days ago and needed a haircut DESPERATELY. I was hesitant because all I needed was a trim and some layers. Been going to this salon for over 8 years and I would never go anywhere else. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the amount of talent in that place is unbelievable. Alessandra D'Angelo is the best colorist and gives an amazing cut. The amount of dimension and depth she can give your hair using highlights and lowlights can be compared to no other.
