First time at this location - been to the Woodland hills and Orange County locations - and I gotta say the quality, portions, and service are all consistently good. Love their prices for the portions you get, and everything is really tasty. My daughter loves their Alfredo pasta- you can tell they make their sauce from scratch with cream, and their flat iron steak was cooked medium (just the way I like it). 8 out of 10 for me. Enjoy!

First time trying this Panini Kabob at the Glendale Galleria! It's conveniently located with an entrance from the inside and outside of the mall. Located on the northwest corner between JCPenney and Macys. Plenty of parking at the Galleria, the restaurant is on the first floor. There's mall-side seating, indoor seating, and patio seating. Plenty of booth seating and regular seating, and a small bar area. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was friendly! Portions were huge and the food was tender and tasted fresh! Very happy with this location!

piece of plastic in the ice cream

I wasn't initially going to leave a review, at least not after the first mistake. My parents and I just had the family meal here and though the koobideh and the chicken were good, the texture and flavor of the rice was way off and the roasted vegetables were undercooked and not the way the are normally delicious charred... honestly that was not even a big deal. What really got to me was the fact that the ice cream we ordered for dessert had a piece of plastic in it. My mom accidentally swallowed a piece of it and when we told the manager he gave us 20% off and took the dessert off our bill. Given our experience (really what bothers me most is my mom swallowing plastic and having to go to the bathroom to see if she could expel it), $63 hardly seems fair. No one should ever compromise their health, or even get close to it, for a meal. It'll probably be a while till I give this place another chance, if ever. Though I've never had an issue at the Glendale one so maybe I'll just go there from now on Even so, I'm put off by this and now associate this experience will this kind of food so may not be eating this at any location.

Never a bad day when you order Panini Kabob Grill. This is my first time trying the Glendale location and it's just as good as the Burbank one. Consistency is key. They have a good amount of food options and their prices are fair. This time we went with the Family combo (2 chicken skewers)- chicken, grilled veggies, salad, and rice. Also ordered the falafel combo appetizer which comes with falafels, hummus, yogurt, pita bread or cucumber slices. The chicken is always flavorful and juicy. I also really like the falafels here. They have a great texture and flavor compared to other falafels I have tried that are mush. Ordered delivery so can't say much about the ambiance but the food came nicely packaged, hot, and nothing was missing.

I stopped by here while shopping and i totally recommend omg the chicken was exceptional. Well cooked still juicy & moist the rice was amazing i had the avocado salad with a their dressing and i loved the dressing as well. Service was fast this is a sit down ambiance in case you want something a little more than just the food court. I will definitely be coming back. I also had the hummus which added so much flavor to my dish. Please note that this was a Togo order that i ordered inside the restaurant they were so friendly. Truly pleasant experience.

We ordered beef and chicken kabob plates that came with rice and salad, and the portions were huge. We couldn't finish them. I also got a shrimp plate, and it was just as big and tasty. The service was fast and friendly, and the food came out hot. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable to sit in. I really like Middle Eastern food, and I'll definitely go back.

How can you go wrong with PKG? This branch is inside the Glendale Galleria Mall right by Maragume udon and Popeyes (near the food court). You can access from it inside the mall or outside. The restaurant is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had no trouble getting seated on a Sunday during lunchtime. There is also a restroom inside the restaurant so you don't have to go in the mall. We came with a stroller and were able to park the stroller near our table . I always get the Lule kebab, double portion. For the price it can't be beat. The portions are large and I always take half home. My husband got the seafood pasta, and it was actually pretty solid! I always think it's weird that this place serves pasta but hey it works! I am a fan of Panini Kabob Grill and know I'll be coming back. :)

    Dry chicken and dry pasta.

I just ordered Rigatoni Rosa from this location in Glendale via DoorDash because I am under the weather. I ordered and called the restaurant on the phone and specifically asked them to add a bit more sausage since I didn't want my pasta to be dry. The young lady said no problem, I also asked for more bread. Upon receiving my pasta it was dry and the chicken was too. It had no extra pink sauce. I quickly called the restaurant back and spoke to the manager "Carlos" to see if I could pickup the xtra sauce and bread since my pasta was dry. He was of no help and was rude to me. I explained am a customer of panini for many years and have eaten there since it opened as well as others like downtown LA, Burbank. He said he could not do anything for me and that if I wanted the requested item I would have to pay for it. I explained yo him that's no way to treat a customer and I also reminded him that never did he apologize for my food arriving dry with hardly any sauce. He continued to tell me in an aggressive voice that he has to answer to corporate each time he gives extra bread and xtra sauce. This was not the treatment I expected. I also proceeded to ask him if he spoke in Spanish so that we can better understand each other and he said he'd rather speak English. This was the last straw and I am very angry and frustrated at how I was treated. I did throw away my dry pasta with the dry chicken in it. This is horrible and I should not have been treated this way. I expect a response from corporate as he said many times that corporate would not allow him to accommodate me with extra sauce and extra bread!!

The Seasoning Alley Mediterranean restaurant in Montrose…read more showed promise but landed somewhere in the middle. Here are some impressions from our visit earlier today. The restaurant is a casual, clean spot and has a welcoming environment. Service was attentive and friendly. Our salad was fresh and delicious and the meal portions were large and plentiful. Good hearty sized plates but low on taste and quality. Unfortunately, the pita was one of many low points. The pita arrived cold and slightly stiff, not warm and soft as we'd hoped. It lacked the toasty, chewy texture that makes pita so comforting and effective for scooping up dips and bites. Another low point was that our rice was barely warm, almost cold. Not good. The worst part of our meal had to be the hummus. It was almost frozen and tasted as if it was just scooped out of the freezer. Terribly disappointing. Our Chicken Kabob had a tender interior with a nicely charred exterior. The spices and marinade showed potential, but the overall flavor profile didn't quite soar beyond the ordinary. Wouldn't call it standout, yet it wasn't bad. It was just barely okay. The falafel tasted fresh, but the exterior could have used a bit more crispness. Interior was moist enough, with chickpea flavor present, though it didn't leave a lasting impression. Our overall impressions were that our meals were just barely okay for a casual dinner, but it didn't move into the "great" category. We were disappointed. We expected better quality. For improvement, heating the pita and rice to perfection and dialing in the falafel crust would elevate the overall experience. A touch more depth in the chicken kabob seasoning or a signature sauce could help distinguish the dishes. If you're in the mood for a low-key Mediterranean option with reliable service, this spot is worth a try. It's a safe bet for an okay meal, with good service and good size portions for a casual night out with friends or family. Considering their prices, for repeat visits, I'd hope to see more consistency across staples like the rice, pita and falafel, and a bolder finish on the kebabs to push the overall rating from "good but not great" to "really good." Pita and rice arrived cold. The Falafel could have been crisper. Chicken kabob flavor could be more distinct. The Hummus was horrible. Next time, I'll pass on this place. Cheers!
