What can I say -- this place is amazing! The prices are great, the portions are super generous, and every dish is packed with flavor. You can really tell it's family-owned; there's so much care and warmth in the food and service. The chicken bowl with hummus and shirazi salad is a solid 10/10, and the lentil soup was delicious too. I can't wait to come back and try more from the menu! Just a heads up -- both times I visited, they were only accepting cash or Zelle, but it's totally worth it. This place is great It's a family owned and operated small business serving fresh food every day. I typically get the combo plate, either with lula or beef/chicken. It's made fresh and tastes great. Portions are very generous and the price is surprisingly cheap. It's counter service. The only gripe is that they don't have a soda machine. They do sell cans/bottles. I'll keep coming back whenever I work on this side of town. read more

Great tasting & healthy food with awesome service! Very spacious seating, great for families and very clean. Recommend the combo plates of chicken and beef, with the lentil soup (very good separately or on rice for extra flavor), grilled veggies and fresh salad . Another banger is the beef wrap that is very tasty and filling, stuffed with yogurt cucumber, beef, rice, garlic spread, a mild or spicy sauce and hummus. Service from repeat visits has always been welcoming and friendly and the staff is very accommodating. Whenever we're in the area this is one of our stops. Heads up the place is closed on Sundays. The service was fast and there was a lot of seating and good lighting within the restaurant. Quick service - pick your food, pay, then eat. Food was actually tasty. The chicken was a little on the dry side, but everything else was pretty good. I got the combo bowl. The veggies were seasoned well and the hummus was soooo good! Their garlic paste was also well made. The restaurant itself was pretty basic. Almost cafeteria style. First time here and I must say the food is INCREDIBLY tasty! The secret is their garlic sauce-bit spicy and garlic. I ordered the chicken bowl with 1/2 rice and 1/2 tomatoe cucumber. I added roasted veggies and the server gave me a mix of the yogurt cucumber and hummus. It was the perfect lunch! Too bad I live in OC or this would definitely be on my lunch rotation. read more

I drive an hour and I will continue to drive an hour for this place. The food is exceptional the service is amazing. They always greet you with kindness and smiles on their faces they are extremely friendly and the amount of food they serve is great. Kabob bowl is a SOLID option if you want a clean, healthy meal that also tastes delicious and of good quality. I typically order the chicken bowl for $10; you can customize the base with rice or salad or a mix of both, and then you get to pick 2 sides from their list to go with your chicken. For sides, I enjoy the roasted vegetables and the shizrahi most. The bean stew is also good but better when you order a plate instead of bowl, because then they give it to you in a small cup rather than douse it over your entire bowl of rice. I've also ordered their wraps before which was also tasty but not quite as good as the bowls. Perfect spot for lunch!! Delicious, clean, healthy Mediterranean food. Why this place doesn't have a line out the door is beside me. Cans her with my daughter after shopping the bins and we were highly impressed. The chicken plates were more food than we could finish, but we tried and made a good dent. The chicken was full of flavor, hummus was delicious and the shirazi was very good too. The place is really clean, great music selection as if they have their own personal DJ. Come here, bring friends and tell other about it. This place deserves to be packed daily. read more

My fiancee and I shared a plate "for here" before heading to a concert in DTLA. We got the meat gyro plate with rice, hummus, and spinach yogurt. Food was amazing, to be honest. Rice was well-cooked, not under or over-done. Heaping hummus, more than enough, just the way I like it. Spinach yogurt was definitely new that I've never tried but it was fantastic. I loved dipping the pita bread in both the hummus and the yogurt. Best of both textures - creamy and smooth. Service was good. The lady behind the counter was very nice and diligent. Very quick to serve us but with no errors. Ambiance is where the place lacked. Felt cold as all the wooden tables are very far apart. Didn't feel inviting. No music playing! Please get some installed as I felt uncomfortable having a conversation with my partner with other people next to us. I stumbled onto this place today while in Glendale. It is definitely worth the 5 stars. It is located in a plaza at an intersection. Parking can be tight. It's like a Mediterranean Chipotle. I got the combo plate with light rice and mostly salad. I didn't know what to get so I let the owner do his thing. He hooked it up as it was my first time there. So I'm a sauce guy and I loved their sauce. Definitely get their garlic sauce and their habanero sauce. Both are fire! One of them literally. Habanero has a kick which I loved. Glad I asked for extras. The garlic sauce is strong here, which I liked. It isn't like the ones from Zankou or Sevan. It was more interesting. The food quality was surprisingly good and the price was very reasonable at 12.99 for the plate. If I lived near by I would come here all the time. Check them out! This place is nice! read more

So great food, cleanliness, great customer service, and great prices. Definitely a 5/5 in my book! Street parking can be tough during peak hours, but do-able and you may have to walk for a bit.

If you are like me, trying to avoid as much carbs as possible, you know it is very difficult these days. Food industry puts sugar and sugar substitutes everywhere since they understood that sugar is as addictive as cocaine. The more you eat, the more you want to eat. So I hunt for the places where you can eat healthy with no large damage to your pocket and no damage to my pancrias. I literally stumbled on to this place since it is hidden from the street. To my surprise you can go relatively carb free with a healthy dose of veggies. Just say no to the pita bread.
