My go-to is the shrimp kabob with a greek salad, but we had the tzatziki appetizer this time, and I was surprised at how good it was. Everybody here was super nice and welcoming to us and you can tell that the manager really cared. This place just opened at the galleria so wanted to try and see if the food was as good as the beautiful restaurant they built. And the answer is definitely NO. We picked up 3 orders to go and we tried their wraps. The person taking the order on the phone very knowledgeable and nice. The wraps were very bland , the meat was not that tasty, lots of greens that don't go well in a wrap, and the yogurt sauce on the sauce was ok. Now the salad that it came with, which was the Mediterranean was a complete mess including the dressing. I would strongly suggest some improvement to what they serving. I will try 1 more time in couple weeks hopefully things will be different. In Glendale there are a lot of nice places to dine and very hard to compete with some older establishments. read more

This is for the Glendale Galleria location. At 6:40pm (Friday 2/21/25) we decided to stop by to order four chicken plates. Upon arrival, the restaurant had maybe 10 guests dining in. I walked up to the counter where the GM (dressed in black, tall and on the stocky side) and two other waiters (one short female and tall gentleman). I stood for a solid 5-7min and never once was greeted, acknowledged or asked to give them a minute. Again, they were NOT busy! it wasn't as if they didn't see me, my mother and daughter as he looked right at me. After almost 10min standing there waiting for my order to be taken, I decided to walk out. All which this GM watched. I placed an order at a different food location in the mall and when i went back to ask for his name, he had the audacity to act as if he didn't have a clue And tried to a 100% gaslight me as if he did not see me, I was the only person (African American- not that it should matter) standing in front of him and he looked me dead in my face and so did the other 2 people. The number one rule in any food establishment is to have customer service. If you don't have customer service, that's how you lose customers. .The Panini kebab grill is and always will be one of my favorite restaurants as I used to go almost every other week since you've opened at this location. In fact, there was a manager there. He was a little short. I would say maybe 5'6 or 5'7 in height.He had glasses and he used to work at the cheesecake factory. One thing that always satisfies me is the bread they have. And that combo kabob they have seems way more tasteful than the Zankou kabob's in Glendale.. But the lady that attended me and my guest, Blanca gave us an amazing service. When he told me he was the general manager, I was shocked--someone with such a bad attitude has no business being in charge. I honestly feel sorry for the staff who have to work under him. On top of that, he seemed to make up his policies on the spot. There was no consistency or logic in his behavior, and instead of handling things professionally, he treated us like we were a problem.
