First meal in vegas and we came here by chance. So glad we did. The sandwiches we got were amazing. My friend and I decided to split our two sandwiches, the porchetta and chimchurri steak. Each had its own flavor profile and bread, with both being equally phenomenal and delicious. I honestly wish I could go here every day and try a new sandwich out. We love trying different sandwich shops. Dare say we've tried most all of what are considered the best around town. This sandwich shop is good size, with plenty of seating. Nice menu of sandwiches, pastas, sides, baked treats and gelato. We ordered the My Wife hot sub on a French roll and the Caprese cold sandwich on focaccia. Both were delicious. We also tried the pistachio gelato. Good, but we've had better. Service was friendly and efficient. The prices are high, $2 to $3 more per sandwich than some of our other favorites offering equal if not greater quantity and quality of ingredients. read more

Certainly some of the best sandwiches in Vegas, although somewhat overpriced. Service and cleanliness are top notch, restrooms are clean. I've thoroughly enjoyed the italian and muffaletta sandwiches. Recently I paid $28 + for a pastrami melt and a small cup of soup and felt that the pastrami portion seemed pretty small for the price. Possibly 4 ounces...not enough for the sandwich price. The pastrami itself was mediocre as well. One and done for me on that particular sandwich. read more

I'm so glad I have finally tried this place recently. I've always been so curious but never got the chance to fully visit and I'm so glad I finally did. Came here on a Saturday morning with my fiance for breakfast and boy were we in for a suprise. We came here and decided to just share a sandwich sub together so we got the Don Corleone. WOW is all I have to say. The mixture of salami, ham, mortadella and the cheese/dressing = heaven. The sub was also super fresh and hot. Shocked was an understatement. I really coudn't believe that I waited so long to visit this place because it's definitely a gem. We came there and it was empty and within 15-20 mins, there were locals flooding the area both dining in and picking up to-go orders. This is such a great place if you want a solid sub because their choices are great and prices are good too. They also offer a variety of other items such as desserts, salads, pasta etc. I would go here again. The owner who helped us that weekend was also very nice and welcoming! What a find! Place looks like a little New York deli, the owner Gustavo is from Argentina with Italy roots but just wait till you taste their sandwich. I had the golden boy with potato salad and pistachio gelato for desert and my pallet was singing in joy. Not too many places in Las Vegas know how to make a sandwich like this place. I went back to Panino for lunch yesterday with my husband and it was DELICIOUS! In addition to our excellent sandwiches we got the gelato and of course, cannolis. I had the Mango gelato, which was so fresh and tasty! My hubby got chocolate and birthday cake loved it! Service was fast and friendly! We really enjoyed dining in the restaurant! First I would like to apologize for not posting any photos about our food since we were so hungry it disappeared really quick. We love supporting local businesses like this and we really struck gold. We came in for a couple sandwiches and my wife already knew she wanted a tuna melt. I asked the owners for a few recommendations and he said the try the steak chimichuri which I did. And they both hit the spot. The best thing my wife and I agreed on was their bread!! So freaking good! Maybe one of the best sandwiches if not best I have had in Vegas. We also had potato salad and the potato soup which were BOMB Also they are the nicest people ever offering me to try their gelato and because I paid in cash we get free chips! If you're looking for a good east coast Italian sandwich/deli shop this is a great location we stumbled upon. Originally was looking for guancale, which is surprisingly hard to find here, and this place appeared in my search. Easy location right of the freeway for a quick stop. I didn't realize they also sold prepared food, so had to give it a try. Opted for the muffuletta sandwich and ate it before I remembered to take a picture. My family makes it with a thick Italian bread, but theirs is served with a good focaccia bread. It was also a very large sandwich, definitely enough to fill up for lunch. P2 ordered the spicy Italian. Also huge portion and delicious. Served on a good Italian roll with a light toast to it. I highly recommend this place if you're missing east coast style Italian eats. Decided to check out this quaint little sandwich shop since it was determined to make the "top sandwich shop" in a Yelp survey for best sandwich shop in every state. Great job guys !!! The owner is absolutely delightful. He suggested an Italian selection with creamy blue cheese (he said it was his father's favorite.) Love that endorsement. He wasn't kidding. The bread was perfect. Tiny parking lot and tiny restaurant but the flavor and size of the sandwiches were anything but tiny. We got 2 sandwiches to split based on the super cool Italian owners recommendations. Huge sandwiches with plenty of filling. I love bread and this has been the best bread I've had for a sub. I recommend you get food before 11 for lunch. If you want a break from the big chain sandwich shops, Panino is a great option. I went with the Don Carleone and it was great. It's more of a traditional cold cut sandwich but the bread was warm and it practically melts in your mouth. The bread is amazing. Fresh with a softer center and crunchy crust. It was perfect. It's locally owned and you'll find them working at the shop. They are very personable and have pride in their store. Great find and I'll definitely be back. read more

The bread was hearty and thick which held up very nicely with all of the condiments and toppings. Don't even get me started on the desserts!! You must try their tiramisu and their pistachio cake! We ordered an office lunch for 10 people. We dropped off our order in-person the day before and when we arrived for pick-up, our order was perfectly packaged, labeled and even brought out to our car. I recently had the opportunity to try Panino for the first time and I was very impressed. The sandwiches are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and they are grilled to perfection. It is a family-owned business. The bread is also very good. I had the Chimichurri steak sandwich, which is made with roast beef, roasted bell peppers, melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and chimichurri sauce. It was delicious! I also tried their special some sort of spicy chicken and it was very good. Also tried the banana gelato it was made to perfection. I would definitely recommend Panino to anyone looking for a great sandwich shop. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. This is a fantastic Italian deli and sandwich spot. The bread is homemade and the ingredients are amazingly good. The service is fast and this place reminds me of walking into Rocco's delicatessen in Rockville Center, NY back in the day. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the ridiculously high prices. Who knew the tariffs already hit the food market, before it actually hit lol. I ordered 2 Don Corleone's, 2 Italian small Potato Salads and 2 Sparkling waters small as well and the bill was over $56.00 dollars. Wow that's steep. I grew up in NY and the delicatessen's are off the chain and they don't get this kind of coin for sandwiches. I totally understand quality and a premium price, but let's be for real. It's a shame, because if I am going to spend that kind of money for sandwiches I am going to the Palm for lunch at The Forum Shops and get the businessman's lunch steak special. Everything from the prixe fix menu was wonderful and the price was reasonable, especially in Vegas. You definitely get more bang for your buck. I do have to mention that the items didn't come out in order and our French toast took a long time. We weren't in a big hurry, so it was okay but would have appreciated better pacing.
