From the moment I moved in, I have been consistently impressed by the level of service and the welcoming atmosphere that defines this place. I've lived at a lot of other apartments but always felt most of the staff didn't care who you were. We feel like they care at this property. The amenities are top-notch. The pool is one of the nicest apartment pools I've ever been in. They keep the water and the surrounding poolside areas impressively clean. There's even a little sundeck off the back side of the pool. It's been nice during the summer to sit in the sun and just chat with other mom friend neighbors. They also keep this property very clean and they maintain the grounds consistently. So consistently that I know exactly which day of the week the leaf blowers are coming. To be honest, my only complaint about the property is the leafblower noise. Lol. I know they're just trying to keep this place looking beautiful though. I'd much rather have a little noise for one morning per week than live on a dumpy, run down property. My guests are always impressed at how nice the plants, flowers, and trees are here. The apartments are large and have some of the best up-to-date interiors. There are so many units on this property but you never feel "boxed in" at all. What truly sets this community apart though are the people who keep it running, particularly Lili. Lili's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of her work. She goes above and beyond to ensure that people's needs here are met promptly and efficiently. Whenever I've had a question, I've been able to contact her and she never treats me like I'm a burden, no matter how inane my question is. She's prompt at emailing and calling you back too. There's a newer woman working in the office, Kaylee (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) and she's been very kind and professional every time I've had to drop off paperwork or stop in to ask someone in the office when the rooftop deck is open (because I love it up there but I always forget when it's open...) I really like the office and maintenance staff here. They all give the sense that they care about the people in the community. If you see any of them out on the property, they always say hi. You don't get treated like you're "just another resident". Most other apartment "communities" I've lived in didn't seem very community-like. People wouldn't stay long and you never knew your neighbors. This place is different in that people stay here for years. You don't feel like you're living in a cookie-cutter apartment building. It truly is homey here.

Our neighbor smoked daily, and the smell would pour into our unit. The pool is unusable due to unsupervised kids that take it over as well as dozens of people who don't even live there. Pool parties go into the night, well after the pool closes. If you look at the pictures of the nice pool furniture, note that every chair has been broken by kids (high schoolers) jumping on them to break them. It was once a gated community, but now the gates are typically broken within 24 hours of when they get fixed. There are only a few guests' spots available for parking, but those are almost always used by tenants who have more than 2 cars for their unit. If you have kids, please don't even think of moving in. Bad influences everywhere. There was a known drug dealer living there for almost a year. Management finally got him out, but it took months.

She got promoted and moved out of state for one of their other locations and the staff was subpar/took a lot personally than handling business, with the exception of some of the maintenance staff and Kristin was consistently cool. Renewing your lease over certain amount of years they try to offer retention incentives, like carpet cleaning and/or cleaning of your bathroom or moving to another unit without paying extra. Moving out is fairly straightforward and if you do a good job cleaning up, you will get your deposit back. I was so thrilled with my unit. Gym and pool area is really nice and so close to all the attractions within the Landing, Boeing headquarters, the 405 and 5, SeaTac, and during summer training season. Plenty of space within the unit compared to most places in downtown Seattle and parking is about 50 a month in the resident parking area (although my car did get broken into after multiple break ins in other vehicles in the garage & i had rats in the engine on another occasion- they do not keep it clean out there in the garage!). Be aware of hidden fees (valet trash but it does not get picked up near your door w the staffs shifts & the trash in the chutes) and things not getting fixed like the security gate or one of the elevators were never fixed due to a part they somehow never received in for at least a year). I also entered a ticket 7 times to get my washer/dryer replaced and it still takes multiple cycles to dry. Hopefully the safety and security has improved since I left, and no one is pulling the alarm from the street every so often even the fire department and people got tired of responding. They also tow cars they shouldn't and dont on the ones they should..the ones who enforce it dont even check the facts and incriminate everyone. Also make sure you are courteous to those who deliver your groceries to you: dont leave them without any instructions in a place like this!

The upstairs neighbors stomp every chance they get. They bounce balls all day and night. There are urine stains in the stairwells. I have been asking for this to be cleaned since I moved in, trash, and people don't care. Dog feces tracked on the concrete, into the buildings. Homeless people come down from the shelters to hang out on the property all day. They trash our areas, the patio area people smoke there with no regard for others. The parking garage is used as a racetrack; children ride scooters, bikes, run, and play in it. The basketball court is unsafe; the ball can roll into the garage door area. Children just run after it, and a car could come out and smack the child. These people park on the fire line when they shouldn't. These people don't know how to drive or park, always in the way. Suggested they put up cameras, a mirror in the curve, nothing has changed. The trash rooms are not kept up as they should be. They installed cameras, but these people keep leaving trash all around. They are supposed to be fining people, but nothing happens. I HATE LIVING HERE, DON'T MOVE HERE. I am planning on moving out soon. I have had it; this area is not safe for anyone. A man got murdered, a man got raped up the street from here. Too many negative things are happening in this area. Please don't move here, save yourself.

I specifically chose this place because it looked quiet, peaceful, clean and with covid and lack of work, quite affordable. Eventually they ended up saying that they were going to raise the prices of rent, my parking space and the laundry machines all at once. I couldn't afford it and needed to move. They ended up keeping my $300 security deposit and telling me that I still owed them almost $500 and sent me to a debt collector. Although I knew they were lying about damages i begrudgingly paid it because I knew it would cost more to take them to court. Well, almost two and a half years later, they have charged me AGAIN with a different debt collector and a hefty interest charge like I never paid it. Please beware, this place is not only incredibly greedy, they're also a mess. If you're thinking about renting here due to the price, remember, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned for me. Several neighbors have contacted the security company, and the police have also responded on at least one occasion. While the overall volume may have decreased somewhat, the loud shouting, laughter, and frequent gatherings continue. It often feels as though normal conversations are being carried out at an unnecessarily loud volume. The group regularly invites friends over, and the disturbances continue to affect nearby residents. On the night of July 29, security responded to another complaint. However, despite their presence, the gathering in the parking lot continued until around 11:00 p.m. or later, with music being played intermittently. How much longer are the residents of Buildings I and H expected to live with this ongoing disruption? Management's response that "there is nothing we can do before 10:00 p.m." does not seem appropriate. Residents deserve the reasonable enjoyment of their homes throughout the day and evening, not only after 10:00 p.m. When excessive noise repeatedly interferes with daily life, it should not simply be dismissed because it occurs before quiet hours. Is calling the police the only option left? It also feels as though the security company no longer treats these repeated complaints with the seriousness they deserve. I sincerely hope management will take meaningful action to address this ongoing issue so that all residents can peacefully enjoy their homes.

I know a few people that have stopped evacuating due to the frequency and just wait it out inside their apartments!! You could be on an important business call, in the shower or asleep in bed and the ALARM will go off!!! Aargh!!! And it's LOUD!!!!! The system is too sensitive!!! They never do anything about it, just say they're sorry for the inconvenience. Soooo stressful!!!!
