My 98 Integra was involved in a hit and run. It was smashed in from the rear. I knew that my insurance would not cover it since I only had liability. So everything was going to be out of pocket to fix the car. I shopped around from shop to shop price ranging from 3500 - 5000 just to fix my car. I was starting to lose hope until I decided to stop by Pans to get an estimate since it was next to my house. There I was greeted by Anthony he took a look at my car and the damage done to it gave me a pretty good price. After he found out that I was going to be paying out of pocket helped me out even more. He said the job was going to take about 10 days, but it ended up being only half of that. Not only did he give me a great price but the did also a great job on the car too. I've brought my car into Pan's 3 times within the past year and they're the best! Each time I brought my car in, I was working with an insurance company and Pan's made the process super easy; I didn't have to do anything besides bring in my estimate. They kept me up to date on the work being done on my car and were very flexible when I wasn't able to pick it up when it was ready. On one occasion, they dropped my car off at my house (rather than me having to pick it up). Each time I got my car back, they cleaned the wheels and made everything look brand new. Wow! I was about to pay 2K to the Toyota dealership to repaint the top and front hood of my car when my brother strongly recommended going with me to Pan's Coach Craft. He was familiar with Pan's, and confident they would do a superior job for less money. Anthony's estimate was a bit more, but it included SO much more--taking out all the dings, and also repainting the front and back bumpers and outside mirror holders--essentially makiing the car look brand new again. We started out by going to five different auto repair shops and getting prices between $1,500.00 to $2,200 to repair both our bumpers. Then we found Pan's Coach Craft. Anthony (the owner) greets his clients in a nice friendly way with no pushing or hyperbole. His prices are way under his competition and his work is superior. Not only did he do a great job at a great price but he did it twice since my wife accidentally hit a curb with the front bumper one week after the first repair.
