I've had workouts go 20 minutes longer than intended because Coach Sergio and I are debating over-tourism in the Greek Isles. And I don't even pay for coaching! He's just chill like that. If you live nearby, joining up is a no brainer. Way cheaper than the area's class based gyms like Jungle, Oak Cliff Pilates, or F45, and you'll be just as (if not more) healthy if you do some basic research first or work with their coaches.

After my work out I wasn't able to locate my key to my locker to access my belongings. I went to the front desk and spoke to Gabby. She immediately stepped in to help. She was extremely kind, patient, and proactive. She went out of her way to ask multiple team members for assistance and did not give up on helping me resolve the situation. Coach Neal was the only one who stepped up without hesitation. From the moment he came over, he was calm, understanding, and very professional. He took the time to assess the situation and ultimately helped me gain access to my locker, even though it required extra effort to resolve. His willingness to help, along with his patience and positive attitude, made a big difference during a frustrating moment. Both Gabby and Coach Neal demonstrated excellent customer service, teamwork, and genuine care. We have gone in before and she couldn't have cared but today she wasn't on the phone as she always is and decided to tell me that I couldn't bring my son in the gym. Because of these factors (not easy to park, not easy to get 24 hour access, cramped space, minimal machines, heavy loud music, very wimpy infraed sauna, and very high cost) I cannot recommend Paradigm Gym.
