Each time I called, I was met with dismissive, mocking responses, and the staff even laughed at my struggle with the language barrier. On multiple occasions, they hung up on me, showing no regard for my concerns. When my partner went to pick up the order, he was also treated with the same contempt, receiving incorrect items and being overcharged. This entire situation has caused immense emotional distress, extending far beyond just the financial aspect. It has created tension and arguments in my personal life and even among my coworkers. We feel deeply dismissed and alienated, and it's clear that this behavior needs urgent attention.
