Big Daddy Burger in one hand and writing this review with the other. I had no idea what I wanted with 3 other food trucks parked next to this one. They were really nice and recommended this burger which I'm stoked that they did. THIS BURGER IS SO GOOD!! I don't think I've ever eaten a burger so fast in my life! Everything was on point and the mixture of bacon, grilled onions and aioli was amazing. I felt like the burger was melting into my mouth with every bite. The BBQ burger that I had was juicy, tasty and so big the bun could barely contain it! From start with super friendly service to finish with the nutella ice cream this truck provides a great experience. If I had to nitpick one thing it would be the red velvet cupcake. WOW! What a disappointment. $21 for an extremely gamey alligator dog with crappy mango salsa and some of the worst wings I've ever had.. The gator dog.. If you have ever had gator bisque or a gator sausage from the south, this is NO WHERE NEAR THAT QUALITY. There are way better options for a ground meat to use to introduce people to such an intense meat, and that was obviously not a consideration when they created this item. The mango sauce seems like an after thought to dull the senses, it doesn't add to the dog, it just distracts your taste buds from the gamey meat. Second, the even more disappointing wings.. Don't even consider these wings! They are the SMALLEST wings ever coated in the worst excuse for a marinade I've ever had served with store bought ranch. Way to much vinegar and salt, no where near enough sugar and spices. They are like on par with the 60 cent wings from wing stop but poorly cooked. Take the smallest wings ever and they deep fry them just enough so the skin doesnt really get crispy enough to stay crispy, and the meat really isnt moist other than the sauce and fry oil. Which turns the crispy that you want into soggy... then toss them in an unbalanced sauce... They seem to have jumped on the "food truck" band wagon and are charging 4 times what they should because of where they park. I found this food truck one day while I was driving in Irvine one day and I've been looking for them again ever since . The truck really caught my eye it has a satellite dish on top . I walked up to the truck and I noticed it had a coke machine right on the side of it not selling you coke cans for two dollars but real fountain drinks like a normal restaurant. Also they had baseball on a television that's mounted on the outside of the truck rather impressive. I walked up to order and I had a hard time choosing because the menu is very tempting with the pictures of food. I decided to get a burger and wings. The Burger itself is probably one of the best Burgers I've ever eaten. The bun was brioche and toasted to perfection grilled onions cheddar and a chipotle flavored sauce called there "secret sauce" was the best thing I've had in a long time all on top of a 1/3 lb patty that had like a crunchy sear. Man I could have ate two it was so good. I also had the wings the sauce on the wings was a spicy yet sweet buffalo profile kept my mouth with just the right amount of heat and the wings I got were huge . Came with a nice ranch dipping cuz and gorgonzola that complements the wings well . I actually sprinkled the gorgonzola on my wings very good. I would recommend this truck to anyone it's top notch food! read more

Truly one of the most solid food trucks I have eaten off of these guys came to my apartment complex at the enclaves in Irvine last night and they were on point . I couldn't decide between burger or wings so I got both . The burger itself was truly mouthwatering and perfectly executed. It came on a toasted brioche bun with a moustache brand on the bun very nice touch . It had some kind of chipotle mayo sauce that was to die for, with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and grilled onions all cooked to perfection. The Wing order I got had nice sized wings and the sauce wasn't your typical Frank's red hot, it was sweet and spicy loved the profile nice ranch and blue cheese crumble to pair with these tasty wings . Love the guys on this truck very personable and passionate about their truck and food. The truck also had a T.V. and Soda Fountain on it . Never seen that before . Will be giving this truck another visit next month. read more

Can not say enough about the outstanding food on this truck when u first here about a food truck that serves cheese burgers u think how original and boring so I decided to go with the authentic German Neurenburg Bratwurst dog smothered in homemade kraut and onions with brown mustard on there freshly baked signature mustache bun,my mouth is watering all over again just writing this review!! Let me just say as fantastic as my Brat was my wife wouldn't shut up about how amazing her burger was,so naturally I decided to give it a try,and WoW !! She wasn't kidding this burger was AMAZING!!! The handmade patty was so flavorful that it simply would just melt in your mouth with a rush of flavor in every bite! Hands down thee best burger I've ever ate,and the wingfrys ! and the secret sauce ! and the the ...well l could seriously go on and on and on about the food on this truck all l can say is if you're lucky enough to get the opportunity to try it DO IT ! First time eating from this truck. 8/30/14 While stopping at bottle logic brewery...which was excellent. Papa dads menu from the outset looked enticing, I was looking for something to go with my array of beer samples. I chose the caprese burger and wing fries. My anticipitory desire turned sour when the burger I ordered was way below expectation. It was an over cooked frozen patty. The brioche bun and condiments were fresh and looked appetizing, but you've all heard the saying " like putting lipstick on a pig".....very disappointed. Sorry guys....you both seemed friendly and diligent. But when you offer a "gourmet menu"....such as the bison dog and chipolte burgur among other delish sounding items. I know fresh tasting, well seasoned burgers and this was just not one. Probably would have scored much higher, but quality of meat is extremely important if you want to be successful. I know it may not be your specialty, your bratwurst may be good. I didn't try it. Your wing fries were delish. Crispy, buffalo style, very good. If not for the fries I would give two stars. read more

I came back and tried the German. It was a savory pork bratwurst in a fluffy egg bread. The bread was soft and came with a savory stone mustard and grilled onions. They also have seasonal sausages, my friend ordered a kangaroo sausage. It was delicious. read more

Saw them today at Monkey Sports in Irvine and thought I would give them a try. There seemed to be quite a few people waiting for food when I got there, so I thought that was a good sign. I decided to have a BBQ burger and the wing fries. The cashier was very friendly and told me that there was about a 20 minute wait because there was a few people ahead of me. It ended up being closer to 30 minutes but they were very kind about it I saw at least a dozen people get their food before me, so I was not worried about a little bit of time. The burger was HUGE! and cooked to a perfect medium with just the right about of pink inside. I have been to some places known for their burgers and this one topped even some of the most expensive ones I've had, and it was only 8 bucks. The fries were crisp and the wing sauce on it tasted like there was more that just buffalo sauce, super delicious. It was very clear that there was a lot of time and effort put into these foods. I would recommend this truck any day, even if it is a little busy, it was VERY worth the wait. read more
