The kiddos really enjoyed the tubing, but to my surprise, when we went into a cove, dropped anchor, and threw out the lily pad, they played on it and enjoyed it as much as the tubing. The staff was great on the phone, during the registration and pick up, and when we returned the boat. Definitely a 5-Star experience for my family. The boat was very nice and clean. Everything functioned properly.

Google maps easily takes you to the right parking lot, follow the signs to the rental office. Call ahead on weekends and holidays, always be prepared for lots of paperwork (mandated by the state and insurance so all the marinas are like this). Scam. Scam. Be very wary of this business. We rented waver runners from them only to lose our…read moresecurity deposit. We were docking the waverunner as per the staff instructions only to have it bump an object. There was a ding on the boat. Mind you it was a very narrow dock with no staff actually coming out to tow the waverunners in. Someone then came by and said it was our fault when it was their staff who directed traffic. I suspect the business uses this excuse to charge the customers for minor damage and keep the security deposits claiming they need to repair the waverunners. The waverunners by the way had other dings on it that were clearly not repaired. If other yelpers have had similar experiences, please file complaints accordingly so that others will not suffer a similar scam( " bait and switch ") while on a vacation.
