I'm not saying it isn't worth it because the food was delicious. I got the Philly Combo with 5 wings. The sandwich was absolutely loaded with meat, onions, peppers, and cheese. The bun was fresh and had been buttered and grilled. It tasted amazing! Sometimes Philly Cheesesteaks hit a little sour note but not this one. It was tasty and tender all the way to the end. Their fries are quite good, as well. They are crinkle fries, crisp on the outside and soft inside, sprinkled generously with salt. Their wings are very good. They have that crisp fried bite while still being well sauced. I got the honey bbq and can't wait to try the other flavors. They offer a wide array of choices here. Wings come in around 12 different flavors. They have salads, beef and chicken burgers, subs that are available in ham, turkey, grilled and fried chicken, and Reubens. Gyros and Philly Cheesesteaks are available in beef, chicken, or lamb. They have chicken tenders, fried fish - Whiting, Tilapia, and Catfish, fried shrimp, egg rolls, and chicken, beef, or shrimp fried rice (yes they have yum yum sauce) as well as some regional favorite sides and appetizers. They offer combos with fries and/or 5 wings and a drink. They also have kid combos and family wing packs. Clanton is finally moving up in the world with food delivery service. American Deli can be ordered through WAITR, KATS, and DOORDASH. My only complaint is that the drive thru does not feature their full menu. You only see their offerings of cheese sticks, okra, fried pickles, Cajun ranch fries, fried green tomatoes, bacon ranch fries, onion rings, egg rolls, chicken nuggets, and fruit bowls inside or on fb. My experience was pretty awesome and my service was friendly. They are now under new management so if you had a bad experience, please do give them another try. I know I'll be back.

The Traditional Wings and Things come with five buffaloed wings, three chicken fingers, crinkle fries, Texas Toast, and a drink. My wings were coated in Sweet & Spicy sauce. I opted to get the fingers in sauce, as well, but I got them in teriyaki. Ranch comes with it but you can swap out for any dip you like. Let me be honest with you. Zaxby's has the BEST wings in the area. They are cooked to perfection and tossed in your choice of sauce. You get that nice bite that most wings around here are missing. My food was delicious. The only thing keeping this from being a five star review was that my extra chicken finger was not just cool but ICE cold. I had to wait on this order to be finished but had to microwave that finger and I live less than five minutes away. Literally everything else but the slaw, my drink, and the salad greens, and that lone chicken finger were piping hot. No clue what happened there. It's a first for me. I did have issues with food and drinks being left out but it was Amelia's attitude that saved this from being a four star review. She was kind and fixed my order to the best of her ability, even giving us some cookies for our inconvenience. The food was fresh and delicious, no hint of the hard, old food that had become their norm. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I will now gladly return to this location. KFC, you better thank and keep Amelia. She's a great asset and knows how to treat customers.
