The food is usually pretty consistent. It's not the best pizza you've ever had, but your not paying that much either. I feel like their cookies are always a good bet! The cheese is surprisingly a pretty good cheese pizza. I'd recommend this spot if you are trying to get some pizza but not spend an arm and a leg. I recommend ordering online because the prices are a bit cheaper! The ambiance is not really existent because it's built for takeout! I brought up the previous incident with my order being very late and incorrect one month ago. This was a "service guarantee" delivery. They didn't have drivers until later so she held my order then told me it'll arrive between 5 and 530pm. Free XL pizza and pull apart bread (dessert). The doughnut holes are now off the menu. honestly, I've gotten good service from this location. Maybe once I work down the street and I order from here almost once a week I ordered online through Uber. They got my order wrong. I went in the store to pick up server. Jourdin was very rude not informative after Uber canceled my order that they made wrong. Soooo, let's start with how essential reading is. I ordered a pizza from Papa John's-Camp Creek at 1:30pm via online. After waiting 2.5 hours, the pizza finally came. Mind you, I was located 5 minutes from the actual restaurant. When the pizza was delivered, it the order was wrong and included a topping that I am completely allergic to. So, of course I instantly checked my online order to make sure I had not made a mistake. I had not! The delivery driver had already left so I drove to the restaurant where the employee told me that it would take 10 minutes to make another one. She also explained that other people had waited 3-4 hours. I guess that was supposed to make me feel better after getting dressed when I clearly had not planned to and driving to the restaurant to return a pizza that I was allergic to. When they first opened at the market place, I could get a pizza in a timely fashion and it wouldn't take them over 30 minutes to make and have ready. After choosing the pizza and checking out, I opened my email to find that it would take them 90 minutes to make and deliver my pizza! I wish Papa John's online service included the time it would take to get your pizza BEFORE you pay and checkout. I ordered from here during the summer of 2011, but only because there's a Papa Jonh's pizza location closer to where I live than here. First, let me tell you that the pizza here is delicious and unlike some locations where I have ordered my pizza the vegetables are not overcooked and the meats are fresh. The customer service is respectful and while you wait for your order you can shop in a rather clean, protected plaza full of other stores. If you're going to order from this place, like other places, you should either print coupons to bring to the store (just google them), or you can enter them into their website to get a powerful discount. read more

Honestly, I understand a pandemic and, I understand not having the man power needed to give the best service. However this establishment? Is basically giving no service. Every. Single. Time. I order a delivery it takes at least 2 hours, then when I call it's always "it's on the way now" or "the driver is coming back to pick it up" and then it either never shows up or I have to go pick it up. Which is FINE. Delivery is a privilege, I have no problem coming in, but the lack of customer service or communication is ridiculous. If someone pays for their food online and have been patient for -hours - you can't just answer the phone and say you're closed, without inquiring about why they might be calling- KNOWING you have orders that never got to their destination. Hello Jonae! On Valentine's Day, I ordered 2 heart-shaped Pizzas to surprise my Valentine. What I got was total disappointment. When I asked the why they were BURNT, I was told, "...it's thin crust," that's how they come out? I paid $23.71 for burnt pizza! By far the worst PJ location. I've had two bad experiences with them in ONE week. Nowhere on their website does it state that they don't deliver after 8pm. I order a pizza at 9:30p. At rpm we started checking our order status only to find or pizza was JUST in the "Making" status. 45 minutes later, the order stayed on Boxing status for well over an hour. When we tried calling the store, sometime picked up the line and immediately hung up. After that, the line stayed busy and if it was off the hook. Great food, slow delivery, horrible customer service. The first time we ordered from here we got an extra large pizza. It took quite a while to deliver so they gave us a code for a free pizza. The pizza was very very good however and no complaints about the taste. We decided to use the coupon code for the free pizza about a week later. The delivery man comes and asks for money even though we used the code online and had the mailed coupon in hand. He calls his manager who argues with us on the phone and does not allow us to have our pizza for free.
