First time trying this spot. The food was on point. It was nice, hot and delicious. I went after the lunch rush was slowing down, so there wasn't no long lines. The staff was super nice and I had my food in no time. I tried to promotional Chipotle Chicken sandwich. It was so good and yes packed with spiciness. Terrible! I went to the drive thru at 9:40 pm. The staff was parking vehicles so the timer isn't running. The food was horrible, cold and old. At first sight I am not impressed. The sweet tea was low, napkins and straw dispensers were empty. Employee was hiding in the bathroom not changing the toilet paper like she was supposed to, causing me to have to leave the bathroom and go back in to find her again. Half of my fries were cold half were extremely hot, the toast was half toasted and my buffalo wings were cold. Overall this was not a very good first impression for my friend who had never been to a Zaxbys before and to whom I had told this was more of an upscale fast food chain. He will not be returning and neither will I, especially to this location. Very disappointed. They need to get their business together or else it will fall apart. When I pulled up to change my order, attitude #2 told me to wait to talk to someone else because she couldn't multitask beyond being the drive thru listener. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from the drive thru and said I didn't want sauce on my sandwich nor pickles. When I come to the window to pay I ask just to be sure they got my order right. So I ask if they got the no pickles no sauce, the young lady says I DONT KNOW and then says THE SANDWICH IS ALREADY MADE so I asked DOES IT HAVE SAUCE. I was debating writing this review because I realize that teenagers are working here and doing the cooking and order taking.. so I really must blame the management. I went to this zaxbys a few days ago around 7:30pm they were just finishing a rush. They were out of wings so I ordered a boneless wings and things and 2 of the new southwest chipotle sandwiches. They forgot my bbq sauce so I went in to get some and use the restroom. The inside was empty and a few of the teens that work there were in the dining area getting soda. No one greeted me.. that's fine. They got my sauce quickly and then I used the restroom. It smelled bad but I let that go.. but then I went to wash my hands and there was no soap in either of the dispensers.. which is disturbing because if I can't wash my hands then that means the kids that work their were not using soap to wash their hands after using the restroom either.. as I was leaving I looked around and noticed the trash was almost over flowing and the floors had garbage everywhere. I should have brought the food back at that moment and got a refund but I didn't.. smh.. I went home and ate.. 2 am I wake up and I am very sick.. I stay up all night sick which made me wake up late for work... I could not keep any food on my stomach and felt nauseous the entire day and had a terrible headache.. I check with my sister who had one of the sandwiches and she had also been sick after eating food from here.. if the managers were doing their job then they would be watching the children preparing the food, checking the orders and making sure they were right before going out the window, making sure the dining area was clean and having the children check the restrooms and fill the soap and clean.. instead none of that happened and my sister and I got food poisoning.. smh just avoid this place. This place has be by far the most inefficient and horrible service. Definitely my last time here . Last time they gave me my salad in a foam box without telling me they were throwing my salad in any type of container, this time I ordered cheesy bites and I received them without marinara sauce after I waited 20 mins in the drive through and had to pull forward for 5 mins.
