When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.

The night I went in, there was a young lady working who seemed like she was having a bad day and didn't want to be at work. Tried to order the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito, substituting bacon for sausage. Seems like a simple substitution, but for whatever reason at this Sonic, they do it as an "add bacon" which is an extra charge. They never charge me at the other Sonic, instead taking the time to type, "substitute bacon." Now this seems like a small quibble, I mean, it's just a buck. But the inconsistency and lack of logic is upsetting. After all, the #14 is a Burrito where you have the option of bacon OR sausage, so.... In any case, this logic was too difficult, and the lady at the drive-thru proceeded to argue with me, even telling me that, "if you were a regular here, like you are at the other Sonic, then maybe we would do it as a substitution." Sonic needs to fix this, and make it an option, as not everyone likes sausage. Additionally, this store needs retraining and a new attitude!

When I ordered, I asked for my senior citizens discount. The clerk, very quickly, said "We don't give discounts". My reply was "Why does the Sonic across town give them? May I speak with your manager please?" The young man, without speaking to anyone, lied and said that he had just spoken to his manager and that Sonic didn't give senior citizens discounts, l then drove forward and didn't notice that this location had their trash can placed before the window. I didn't see it and had a drink cup from an earlier visit to Sonic (where I received a 10%discount when I purchased the drink) that needed to be thrown away. I asked him if he could throw it away and he said he couldn't because of health codes. I asked again to speak to his manager. At this point when he said he wasn't available I wasn't surprised. I asked him to write the managers name on a piece of paper. He did and gave it to me. I then drove around the restaurant and threw my cup away. I will never stop at this Sonic again.
