Sliced garlic, chunky tomatoes, and the essence of beef all through it made for a pretty tasty side dish that I ended up giving to Tiff. I was saving room for the MEAT. So, that little piece that dropped off to tempt me was eaten and savored. It was soooo good. Still, I managed to save the rest of the rib for lunch the next day - I crisped that beautiful short rib up, as promised, and shared the pasta with Tiff - we had a delicious meal and both gave thanks for the food, for Leo and for Ashleigh, the awesome server who packaged the boxes up so beautifully and made sure we were well taken care of even though we took it home. He then told that I cannot do that because any order over $50.00 I must use a credit card. We did want to use or credit card.
