Tonight my wife & I decided to order pizza from Domino's since she is been trying to get over the flu & I am coming back from a full knee replacement just a couple of weeks ago. I told one of the managers what we wanted to order and it came up to around $54.00 and told him I was going to pay cash. He then told that I cannot do that because any order over $50.00 I must use a credit card. We did want to use or credit card. So decided to order from Papa John's, our order was bigger and totaled around $80.00. Plus it is being delivered and paying CASH for it. Well, at least the app worked this time, and my driver who delivered (Alexander) was a super nice guy. The picture I took was upon opening them upon reentry into my home. First of all, I wanted to try the loaded chicken cuz it looked good on the app, but upon further inspection, it looks nothing like that photo and more like the specialty chicken I used to order back in 2016. His buffalo chicken sandwich looks ok, but my chicken habanero sandwich looks like it was just THROWN into the box. Unacceptable. Last, The worst part about ordering delivery is when you actually PAY for items and do not receive them. Alexander told me "I don't think they gave you the sauces" and I was like "awww, well its NOT your fault, it's theirs" As a former Door Dasher, I do believe wholeheartedly that it is NOT the driver's fault when items are left out. As food is being prepared, extras like sauces are to be boxed/bagged up and then the driver grabs what was boxed or bagged up. The driver already has the harshest part of the job, the LEAST you can do as a food prep cook is prep the extras too as such. We specifically ordered extra sauce due to the fact that they are already stingy with the sauce in the sandwiches as it is, so Im out 4 EXTRA SAUCES that were PAID FOR. Y'all know better. This Dominos restaurant is awesome. I would say I'm a frequent customer and they have never disappointed me. The past few times we scheduled a carry out order at 5:30 and the food is always ready on time! Today I arrived at exactly 5:30 and it was ready. This place sux. Ordered pizza n pretzel garlic sticks. Took 55 mins to get delivered. The tracker showed the driver going all over to deliver except our house. When it finally got delivered there was a $5 bill stuck in the pizza container. I'm like why??? It was just weird and the pizza was cold n mediocre. This has to be the worst dominoes in the corporation. I have ordered delivery from here twice and both time the food came cold and the order took 2 hours to get here. Then, when you call the store, no one picks up. I waited for 45 mins with the phone ringing and none answered it. I even called and had the operator try to call the store and they were also unsuccessful. Terrible terrible experience. read more

Despite ordering an untold number of pizzas from Domino's it seems I have never reviewed them. I think it is time to remedy that. This, like all other locations, is primarily designed for delivery customers. Compared to other locations that I have used, this one seems to know what they're doing. My pizza is always delivered promptly by a friendly driver and it is piping hot when it arrives. I really couldn't ask for a better pizza delivery experience. My one complaint is that the cost of pizza seems to have increased significantly. Domino's seems to offer less coupons for what I want, and as a result my bill can approach $50 depending on what we order. I highly recommend checking the coupons prior to ordering to keep he bill down. If you're in Mandeville and want pizza delivered, give this location a try. Note: The Domino's Pizza app for Android is great. I can now do everything I need to from my phone instead of calling on the phone, or logging in to an actual computer. I'm really p.o.'d! Every time I try to eat at dominos I regret it. Ordered dinner for my family (3 pizzas). I got a call almost 30 minutes later saying that they are out of gluten-free crust & can't make 1 of them. By now everything else is closed and my choices are 1.) everybody else eat except for me or 2.) none of us eat. Took an hour for the pizza to even be made. When you try to call the store no one answers for 15 minutes and then tells you "sorry I'm the only person working today." Went up to the store to pick up the pizza and they said it was already out for delivery 10 minutes ago, turned around and came back home only to find out that they haven't made it to the house yet. I made an order online with a delivery time being 15-25 mins. according to the computer. It was sitting at the store for 53 minutes being check for quality by Richard until it was finally delivered. I called Richard after 40 minutes and he said the internet doesn't tell me that they were hour to hour and half behind and we were next to be delivered. We did not receive the pizza (ONE PIZZA) until and hour and 52 minutes from ordering. IT WAS FREEZING COLD!! This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I call the store back at 1 hour and 40 minutes after order, 40 minutes after they supposed had left for delivery and Richard has no clue where his driver is and doesn't know why he has not made it to my house yet. you have lost our business. read more

I wouldn't recommend this Domino's pizza to anyone. I've used this place once and it took forever to pick up my pizza through the drive-through. I asked for some napkins and almost 10 minutes later (not exaggerating) they brought me some paper towels from the bathroom. read more

We just ordered 2 pizzas. 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 cheese on 1, And 1/2 spinach w/ feta, 1/2 hawaiian on the other. The dough itself was jazzed up with spices, but they are STILL so stingy with the toppings!!!!! It is STILL a very bad pizza when the toppings are so sparingly provided. There's basically NO pizza sauce. It is STILL a cardboard tasting, severely DRY object to chew through!I forgot how much I hated Domino's because it has been years since I ordered this garbage.
