She then went a step further and invited us in anyway; she also brought over free custard and cups of ice for our bottle water since the drink machines were down too. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or apology for the inconvenience, which made the experience even more frustrating. We gave the restaurant another chance this year because we remembered how much we loved the food. Sadly, this visit left us just as disappointed. Everyone was just kind of wandering around looking at each other in slow motion while customers waited. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was honestly unbelievable. You can see in the photo they're not making food. They're standing on and talking. I will not be returning. This is one customer they finally lost.
