Used the online ordering platform to place a order for an employee appreciation lunch/delivery. The ease of ordering and surprising my co-worker was effortless. Kudos to this location! I called the day of delivery to confirm that the order was received, paid for and would be delivered near the time I selected. My coworker received her order and said the delivery person was friendly and her pizza was piping hot. It seems like everywhere is run by a-hole 18 year olds. I got to the store to carry out an online order (1 large pizza) at the time the website said it would be ready. A rude kid told me it would be at least another 25 minutes because they make the delivery orders first. He didn't apologize or seem to care that I had to wait in the store which does not have any seating for 25 minutes minimum. Prioritizing delivery orders over carry out seems silly to me. After repeated bad experiences and long boycott, I gave them another chance tonight. Attitude Brad, who clearly hates his job, claiming to be the general manager, refused me service because I had the audacity to pay with a $100 bill. He admitted that he had change but said he's the boss and that's his policy. Their food is good. But at this location there's a few things that are super concerning! 1. Did pick up. They said 15 mins tops which was fine as I had to be somewhere within 30. I was late by the 15 mins. It took almost 45 mins for my order. I asked about it 2 or 3 different times and told them I had to go. 2. Gloves are close to non existant. This is a food place and I'd expect gloves to be worn. One person did, yet he went OUTSIDE with them on and didn't change them. I don't care if anything "can be cooked out". Still disgusting. 3. Apparently hair nets or even hair ties aren't existant either. Yes they wear hats, but don't bother pulling it back whatsoever unless its past their chin. read more

Having lived in Louisville, KY, I have always been loyal to Papa Johns, but I have not had pizza often in the last year and think that loyalty now ends. I ordered two original crust pizzas yesterday and was shocked at how thin crust the pizza was...I felt this was NY style it was so thin! Had I ordered thin crust there would have been no crust at all. It also did not taste flavorful in general and the light cheese request was not fulfilled on one my pizzas (both had the same amount). I don't know what changes they have made in the last year, but domino's is far better, and even better yet is local Z Brothers, which will get my business in the future. read more

Awesome pizza!! Hot, fresh and quick delivery. Toppings were plenty and pizza was made well. Delivery driver knocked on my hotel door and when I opened he was standing across the hall with his mask on and my pizza was laying on top of the delivery warmer on the floor. Placed an on line order at 5:30 pm and requested pick up 30 minutes later than the next available pick up time for 7:00 pm. Showed up a coupe of minutes before 7 pm and they hadn't even started. Said it was going to be another 35 minutes. No phone call no good explanation. All points to a poorly run business unable to keep commitments or valuing the customer. read more

Got sucked into trying a "papadia" by an enticing commercial. It tasted good but was still a major disappointment. It's legit just a medium pizza folded in half. If you opened it up, it's a literal pizza. Don't pay more money for the scam. Also why is it not "papadilla"? I just finished my pizza. It was good but pretty standard for mid-grade chain pizza. I enjoy ordering double sauce, makes all the difference. However I still can't get the bad taste out my mouth. Not of the pizza mind you but the scenario I got pulled in to. The young gal that wrung me up for the pizza and 2 liter and then I asked her to add an extra 20oz diet pepsi. Which she did. And thanked me for coming in. But she didn't get the drinks for me. The fridge was right there, so I thought it was up to me to get the drinks. As I'm getting them a large older employee (possibly the mngr.) awkwardly stands in front of me. I beg his pardon and point out I'm getting my drinks. He checks the tag on my box and naturally only sees the original order, not the diet pepsi. He leads me to the register and tells me that they didn't bill me. I kept telling him it was a second purchase not on the tag (I declined a receipt, and the gal was then working in the back now). He's insistent I haven't been billed asks for the $1.60. I tell him, "sir, I promise I paid for this." He finally looks it up in the register, apologizes and sends me on my way. Long story short, in this day and age the smart move would be to risk the $1.60 he might have lost if I was a 30+ man desperate for an easy Pepsi fix, to save the customer satisfaction he loses if he is wrong. Me leaving in a grumpy mood was far more expensive. It takes reprogramming of the staff and leadership but it's worth it to help sales. Nice enough store but should reevaluate priorities. Stopped in to Papa John's wanting to tell a manager my experience the week before with a bad pizza delivery. The manager, Tyler, explained what had happened that night, and then told me what he wanted to do to make it right. Though this was basic customer service, I really appreciated Tyler's professional attitude and seemingly sincere desire to provide solutions. I also noticed how he treated all the employees that were there at the time. He was kind and respectful to all the employees under him. Papa Johns hired the right guy. Great place. read more

"Worse ingredients worse pizza" I used to really like Papa Johns, and they were clearly the best quality of the large chain pizza places, but unfortunately it seems like their quality has seriously taken a hit! Though it is possible that it is just this location in NSL. I have ordered from this location 4 or 5 times and every single time stuff that I paid for was missing. I never called to make a fuss out of it since it was just small stuff, but when you pay a few bucks for a few cups of ranch to dip your wings and pizza in you should get it. For the pizza its not so bad, but the only times I order that extra stuff is when I don't have any in the house and wings do need something to dip in. Additionally every time we have ordered the pizza has been not very good, like much lower than any other fast food chain. It was soggy, floppy, greasy and the flavors were indistinguishable. We also waited much longer than quoted and much longer than any other pizza places, and we seriously live within a couple of blocks, whereas we live very far from the nearest pizza hut or dominoes and that always arrives much quicker. I will not ever order from this location again, but may consider ordering from another location if I am not at home or when I move, if for no other reason then to find out if it was just this location that went down hill. read more

These guys are the best. About a year ago, I had been ordering from the Bountiful Domino's and they were just completely rude to me. So I checked out this place and sure enough, they are really nice, really quick, and just a great place. I like the online ordering process, quite literally can order a pizza and include the tip in less than 4 min. Even more, they once were backed up and got my order out about an hour late...they sent me a coupon for a free pizza! Could you ask for better service from a pizza joint? Love ya guys! read more

I give this place 5 stars for my hubby. He loves he speciality pizza - meat lovers to be exact. I like the pizza to for it being a chain. I like that the pizza isn't greasy. If I were to rate on pizza alone.. 5 stars. This location struggles with getting a pizza done in less than 60 minutes, longer if you choose delivery. Tonight (Friday @ 7:00p) we chose pickup, and from order to pizza in hand it was 57 minutes. On two separate occasions we waited 2 hours for delivery. Not sure we'll be back. read more

The people that work there are always great and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that you walk out a satisfied customer. We only order our pizza from this place, even though there is another papa john's closer to where I reside. Anytime there is even the slightest issue - something as silly as the perperchini missing from pizza- they will make sure you are happy the next time. Keep up the good work guys! read more

I was a loyal customer until recently When for the first time I had a complaint! I received an undercooked pizza! I called and talked with the manager and he was super helpful and gave me a credit for my next pizza! I called back about a week later and they did not have on file my credit so they said their was nothing they could do! I was floored! I am sad that one $10 pizza was worth a loyal customer. Don't expect to get any sauces with your order. I ordered cheesticks, pan pizza and bbq wings. Put in an extra pizza sauce and spice pack and bbq sauce for the wings. Out of the 2 pizza sauces, spice pack and bbq that I had coming I received none of it. Now I get to eat cheesesticks with no pizza sauce and wings with no bbq. Finger spreading sauce? No thanks. Papa John's Pizza is pretty standard for a pizza place, but this review is about cleanliness. When I walked in to pick up my order, it took them a second to realize I was there, no big deal. While I was waiting I looked over to where there where two ladies were making the pizzas. One of the employees walked over and told me I would be helped in a moment. I looked back over to the girls making the pizza and noticed that one of them was spreading the pizza sauce on some poor saps pizza with her FINGER! Who does that? She proceeded to wipe the sauce from her finger on her apron and came to ring me up on the computer. How many other fingers have been on that keyboard and mouse? She told me my pizzas were still in the oven, then went back to making the pizzas. I wonder if my pizzas were also prepared literally by hand. I hope not. read more

Literally took 2 hours. Pizza was cold, even after the manager said it would be remade before it was sent back out. Specified that I needed the driver to call before he arrived. He did not. Recently moved from Denver to Salt Lake. I love Papa John's and have made multiple orders with them. I went on to Papajohns.com to place my first order in Salt Lake. On the main page was a special for a large specialty pizza, 10 chicken poppers, and a 2 liter for $18.00. When I clicked on order now button the special was no where to be found. I called the store and they referred me to customer support at 877-547-7272. I called and spoke with 3 different reps. They told me that it was not available in my area and did nothing to honor the deal and yet blamed it on the store for not participating. Why promote a deal that is not available to me?? SCAM?? I am happily munching on the Domino's deal choose 2 for $5.99 and am very satisfied! WHY PROMOTE A DEAL THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ME?? Sorry Papa you lost my business..!
