The pizza came out great, the NY style crust was thin but held up well. I love that we can order half and half so everyone gets what they want. The boneless wings needed additional garlic parm sauce, they were quite dry without it. We ordered delivery so the ambiance is not applicable. My main concern is that I paid extra for two additional garlic sauces and one pizza sauce, along with five packets of special seasoning. As pictured, I received no sauce in the box, not even the garlic sauce that comes included with a pizza. I only received one packet of special seasoning. I will try this place again, but I was quite disappointed with this order's execution. read more

We ordered pizza for delivery. We got a 1/2 and 1/2 stuffed crust pizza. I love that they provide this option so my husband and I can get different toppings. My order came out perfectly. Only downside is they outsource delivery to door dash and they seemed confused where to drop off the pizza. Overall we love this location and will be back. Ordered on-line for carryout. Arrived at location and was informed that my order had been made incorrectly, or had been given to others. Six employees were standing around, fidgeting, and wondering who made the mistake. I was informed another pizza would be "hurried". There was no offer of any any kind for the inconvenience. Our locally owned PJ's is still the best pizza chain in Plant City! Whoever's making the pizzas this morning, knows a perfect pizza. Our cheese pizzas we ordered this morning were done up perfectly with just the right sauce to cheese ratio... along with nicely proofed dough- no bubbles! I don't know what else to say, other than time after time our orders here are nothing short of perfect. We prefer our Papa's over everything else! So happy there are papa John's up here in Florida. I was craving a Hawaiian pizza. Saw this on Uber and ordered a small one. It's enough for me to have for dinner and lunch the next day. BEWARE! I would not trust ordering online or the app. I placed my order and the total came up one price, but when I picked it up, it charged my card a higher price. An item that was redeemed as 'free' was charged to my card. When I got home, I looked online and it showed the new higher price. Not the price it showed when I actually paid. The store could do nothing about it, and said I should call customer service. I did call customer service and not only could they not refund the extra money, they couldn't even reassure me that this would not happen again. And it was ready to go although I forgot to add a 2nd order the Manager (Haily) got it done quick. I was happy with the great service and she is always positive and friendly.
